{"id":1046,"date":"2007-08-20T03:50:01","date_gmt":"2007-08-20T03:50:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.millicozum.com\/mc\/2007\/08\/20\/atatk-ve-lam\/"},"modified":"2007-08-20T03:50:01","modified_gmt":"2007-08-20T03:50:01","slug":"ataturk-ve-laisizm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.millicozum.com\/mc\/2007\/eylul-2007\/ataturk-ve-laisizm\/","title":{"rendered":"ATAT\u00dcRK VE LA\u0130S\u0130ZM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0  <\/p>\n<p> <strong>Atat\u00fcrk; M\u00fcsl\u00fcman Laiktir!..<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p> <strong>Atat\u00fcrk Maturidi Me\u015frebdi ve Nakil ile Akl\u0131 (Kur&#39;an ile ilmi hakikatleri) \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015ftiren birisiydi!.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p> <strong>Emekli B\u00fcy\u00fckel\u00e7i G\u00fcnd\u00fcz Aktan, bir m\u00fclakat\u0131nda: &quot;CHP<sup>&#39;<\/sup>nin laiklik konusunda Atat\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fc Doktrin&#39;den belirgin bir sapma g\u00f6stermi\u015f oldu\u011funu&quot; s\u00f6ylemi\u015fti.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p> <strong>Aktan, Mustafa Kemal&#39;in \u0130mam Maturidi anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131nda oldu\u011funu, &#39;biz amelde Hanefi, \u0130tikatta Maturudiyiz<sup>&#39;<\/sup> s\u00f6zlerini Meclis k\u00fcrs\u00fcs\u00fcnden Seyit Bey&#39;in yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konu\u015fmaya koydurmas\u0131yla ilan etti\u011fini belirtmi\u015fti.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>  \u00a0  <\/p>\n<p> <strong>Bu konu olduk\u00e7a ilgi \u00e7ekmi\u015f ve bas\u0131nda \u00e7ok g\u00fcndeme gelmi\u015fti. \u00d6rne\u011fin,<\/strong><sup> <\/sup><strong>&#8216;her <\/strong><strong>\u015feyi<\/strong> <strong>bilen adam<sup>&#39;<\/sup> havas\u0131ndaki Taha Akyol, b\u00f6yle bir konu\u015fmay\u0131 Mustafa Kemal&#39;in yazd\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131na pek kani olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etmi\u015f sonra da, &#39;T\u00fcrkiye&#39;nin liberal laikli\u011fe ihtiyac\u0131 vard\u0131r<sup>&#39;<\/sup>, gibi masonik ve m\u00fcnaf\u0131k tav\u0131rlar sergilemi\u015fti. <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p> \u015eimdi hari\u00e7ten gazel okuyanlar\u0131 ve i\u015fkembe-i k\u00fcbra&#39;dan tart\u0131\u015fmaya kat\u0131lanlar\u0131 bir yana b\u0131rak\u0131rsak, \u00f6ncelikle Mustafa Kemal Atat\u00fcrk&#39;\u00fcn aynen G\u00fcnd\u00fcz Aktan&#39;\u0131n ifade etti\u011fi gibi Maturidi Me\u015frebi tercih etti\u011finin ve T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyetinin bireylerinin Teolojisine bu mezhebe g\u00f6re in\u015fa etmek istedi\u011finin bir ba\u015fka kan\u0131t\u0131n\u0131 burada a\u00e7\u0131klamak istiyorum. <\/p>\n<p> Mustafa Kemal Atat\u00fcrk ki\u015fisel harcamalar\u0131ndan bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc ay\u0131rarak, bug\u00fcn T\u00fcrkiye&#39;de yayg\u0131n tefsir olarak bilinen Elmal\u0131l\u0131 tefsirini kaleme alan Hamdi Yaz\u0131r&#39;dan bu me\u015fhur eseri \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 istemi\u015ftir. Bu tefsir i\u00e7in kontrat yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 da bilinmektedir. Mustafa Kemal Atat\u00fcrk, bu kontrat\u0131n maddeleri aras\u0131na , &#39;bu tefsir, Hanefi f\u0131kh\u0131 ve Maturidi itikad\u0131 \u00fczerine kaleme al\u0131nacakt\u0131r,&#39; maddesinin konulmas\u0131n\u0131 bizzat talep etmi\u015ftir. <\/p>\n<p> Sonraki y\u0131llarda Diyanet \u0130\u015fleri Ba\u015fkanlar\u0131n\u0131n Maturidi ekolden se\u00e7ilmesi de bir tesad\u00fcf de\u011fildir. <\/p>\n<p> Maturidi&#39;li\u011fin; bug\u00fcnk\u00fc kat\u0131 ve kapal\u0131 y\u00f6netimleri, hatta baz\u0131 anar\u015fist hareketleri besleyen taklit\u00e7i ve gelenek\u00e7i ekollerden temel fark\u0131, &quot;laikli\u011fi \u0130slam i\u00e7i kaynaklardan \u00fcretmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131&quot; g\u00f6sterilebilir.. <\/p>\n<p> \u0130slam teolojisi i\u00e7inde dini \u00f6\u011frenme unsurlar\u0131n\u0131 iki temelde &#39;nakil ve ak\u0131l&#39; olarak ifade eden \u0130mam Maturudi, bu iki kayna\u011f\u0131n her birine de son derecede \u00f6nem vermi\u015f ve birbirlerini do\u011frulamas\u0131 \u015fart\u0131n\u0131 benimsemi\u015ftir. <\/p>\n<p> Nakil, Kur&#39;an ve S\u00fcnnet&#39;i i\u00e7ermi\u015f; Ak\u0131l ise, ilmi ve insani \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcler temelinde \u00f6zg\u00fcr bireyin \u00f6zg\u00fcr sorgulama yetene\u011fini ifade etmi\u015ftir. Bu kapsamda, g\u00f6recelili\u011fin de \u00f6nemine binaen \u0130mam Maturudi, yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu Kur&#39;an tefsirine &#39;tefsir&#39; (a\u00e7\u0131klama) ismini koymaktan \u00e7ekinmi\u015f, tevil kelimesini se\u00e7erek, &#39;yorumlardan biri&#39; ifadesini tercih etmi\u015ftir. <\/p>\n<p> Maturudilere g\u00f6re, iyi-g\u00fczel (h\u00fcs\u00fcn) veya k\u00f6t\u00fc-\u00e7irkin (kubuh) ak\u0131l yoluyla bilinir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bir \u015fey; iyi-g\u00fczel oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in Allah taraf\u0131ndan emredilmi\u015f, k\u00f6t\u00fc-\u00e7irkin oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in de yasaklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p> E\u015farilere g\u00f6re ise; h\u00fcs\u00fcn ve kubuh, ak\u0131lla bilinemedi\u011finden dolay\u0131; Allah bir \u015feyi emretti\u011fi i\u00e7in g\u00fczeldir, nehyetti\u011fi i\u00e7in de k\u00f6t\u00fcd\u00fcr. <\/p>\n<p> Selefi ekol, b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcnah i\u015fleyenleri k\u00e2fir olarak kabul ederken, Maturdi ekol onlar\u0131 sadece &quot;g\u00fcnahk\u00e2r M\u00fcsl\u00fcman&quot; kabul etmi\u015ftir. <\/p>\n<p> Ancak en \u00f6nemlisi, Maturudi ekol\u00fcn, devlet y\u00f6neticilerinin me\u015fruiyetlerinin kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ilahi g\u00fc\u00e7ten almaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na derin bir ele\u015ftiri getirmesidir. \u0130mam Maturudi d\u00f6neminde, devlet y\u00f6neticileri taraf\u0131ndan kullan\u0131lan, &#39;\u015fenin\u015fah, yery\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fcn sultan\u0131&#39; gibi s\u0131fatlara kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131k\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve Cuma hutbelerinde bu s\u0131fatlar\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 ele\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. B\u00f6ylece din istismar\u0131n\u0131n ve \u015fah\u0131slar\u0131 putla\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilmi\u015ftir. <\/p>\n<p> Zaten, hilafet makam\u0131n\u0131n kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 konusunda Mustafa Kemal Atat\u00fcrk ve din alimi arkada\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar da Maturudili\u011fin bu i\u00e7eri\u011finden beslenmi\u015ftir. <\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p> Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi&#39;nde Kemalist l\u00e2isitenin sonu ise, maalesef \u0130n\u00f6n\u00fcc\u00fc laikli\u011fin, &#39;deizm&#39; denilen &#39;dinsiz ama imanl\u0131&#39; bir kavray\u0131\u015f\u0131 yerle\u015ftirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ile gelmi\u015ftir. &#39;Din Allah ile kul aras\u0131ndad\u0131r&#39; diye \u00f6zetlenen bu deist g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f, sosyal y\u00f6n\u00fc imha ederek, T\u00fcrk bireyinin laiklik kavray\u0131\u015f\u0131nda &#39;deist sapma&#39;y\u0131 olu\u015ftururken; \u015fekilcilik ve taklit\u00e7ilik gelene\u011finden beslenen baz\u0131 hareketler de &#39;liberal&#39; g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcl\u00fc siyasi yap\u0131lar i\u00e7erisinde yerle\u015ferek, bug\u00fcnk\u00fc \u0131l\u0131ml\u0131 \u0130slam&#39;a kadar gelen bir e\u011filimin do\u011fup geli\u015fmesine yard\u0131m etmi\u015ftir. <\/p>\n<p> Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan, Emekli B\u00fcy\u00fckel\u00e7i G\u00fcnd\u00fcz Aktan&#39;\u0131n ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 tart\u0131\u015fma \u00f6nemlidir. T\u00fcrkiye&#39;nin gelece\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan belki de ge\u00e7irdi\u011fimiz se\u00e7imden \u00e7ok daha b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00f6nem ifade eden tarihi bir a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131m\u0131, Cumhuriyet&#39;in din anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n ve kendi \u00fcretti\u011fi &#8216;laisite&#39;nin k\u00f6kenlerine d\u00f6n\u00fcl\u00fcp, yeniden tart\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131p de\u011ferlendirilmesinin; hatta yeniden \u00fcretilip \u015fekillendirilmesinin ipu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yor gibidir. <\/p>\n<p> T\u00fcrkiye&#39;de ve tabi asl\u0131nda d\u00fcnyan\u0131n her yerinde, teoloji (Dini bilimleri ve imani hakikatleri) bilmeyenler, devlet y\u00f6netiminde b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fck \u00e7ekmektedir. Bu dindar olsun, olmas\u0131n; ateist olsun, olmas\u0131n; deist olsun, olmas\u0131n. Her y\u00f6netici aday\u0131 i\u00e7in b\u00f6yledir. <\/p>\n<p> CHP&#39;nin en b\u00fcy\u00fck bunal\u0131m\u0131 ve \u00e7\u0131kmaz\u0131 da; kadrolar\u0131n\u0131n kendi tarihinin birikim ve deneyimlerinden habersiz hale gelmesidir. <\/p>\n<p> <strong>Atat\u00fcrk Laikli\u011fi Nas\u0131ld\u0131r?<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p> <strong>Bug\u00fcn &#39;Dindar insan laik olabilir mi?&#39; diye soruluyor. Evet, olabilir. Bunun en iyi \u00f6rne\u011fi Maturudi ortaya \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130mam Maturudi 850-950 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda Semerkant&#39;ta ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc bir din adam\u0131d\u0131r. T\u00fcrk as\u0131ll\u0131 bir dehad\u0131r. \u00d6rnek ve \u00f6nder bir M\u00fcsl\u00fcman&#39;d\u0131r. O, diyanetle siyasetin ayr\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 savunan ilk ki\u015fi oldu ve &#39;Kur&#39;an\u0131 yaratan Allah&#39;t\u0131r. Allah vahyi yaratt\u0131. Allah vahyi yaratt\u0131 da akl\u0131 kim yaratt\u0131?&#39; diyerek akl\u0131n \u00f6nemini ve gere\u011fini vurgulad\u0131.. Onun teolojisinde (Dini de\u011ferlendirmelerinde ve \u0130slam d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesinde) akl\u0131n\u0131 kullanan ve ayn\u0131 zamanda da inanan birey vard\u0131r. &quot;\u0130yilik ve k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck sizin iradenizledir. Su\u00e7u kaderinize y\u00fcklemeyin&quot; der. O, yanl\u0131\u015f kader inanc\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130nsana sorumluluklar\u0131n\u0131, yarat\u0131l\u0131\u015f ve imtihan s\u0131rr\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r,.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p> <strong>Maturudi&#39;ye g\u00f6re, toplumun veya devletin din konusunda bireye bask\u0131 yapmas\u0131 yanl\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ve haks\u0131zd\u0131r. Onun teolojisi t\u00fcm\u00fcyle demokratik ve laik topluma uymaktad\u0131r. Atat\u00fcrk&#39;\u00fcn laikli\u011fi i\u015fte bu Hanefi ve Matururidi \u00e7izgiyi esas almaktad\u0131r ve Kur&#39;an\u0131n \u00f6z\u00fcne dayanmaktad\u0131r. &quot;Dindar birey laik devlet&quot; anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131d\u0131r bu. CHP ise hen\u00fcz dindarl\u0131kla laikli\u011fi ba\u011fda\u015ft\u0131ramam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r..<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p> <strong>Eski CHP&#39;li ve sol d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceli iken, MHP&#39;den aday olan Emekli B\u00fcy\u00fckel\u00e7i ve yazar G\u00fcnd\u00fcz Aktan;<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p> <strong>Kur&#39;an\u0131n hakikati ve h\u00fck\u00fcmleri; \u0130slam&#39;\u0131n hedefi ve hikmetleri konusundaki bilgi yetersizli\u011finden kaynaklanan baz\u0131 yanl\u0131\u015f yorumlar yapsa da.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p> <strong>Atat\u00fcrk&#39;\u00fcn Maturudi mezhebini esas alan, akl\u0131selimin ve m\u00fcspet ilmin hakemli\u011fini \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131karan bir yakla\u015f\u0131mla &quot;M\u00fcsl\u00fcman kimlikli ve dindar ki\u015filikli Laiklik&quot; prensibini benimsedi\u011fi ve ismet \u0130n\u00f6n\u00fc eliyle bu gerekli ve ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i felsefenin dejenere edilip, dini d\u0131\u015flayan ve \u0130slam d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na dayanan bir laiklik anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n yerle\u015ftirildi\u011fi hususundaki tespitleri olduk\u00e7a yerindedir.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p> \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Atat\u00fcrk&#39;\u00fcn hedefi; \u0130slam&#39;\u0131n da \u00f6z\u00fcne ve hikmetine uygun oldu\u011fu gibi: <\/p>\n<p> Toplumun h\u00fcr tercihi ve tensibiyle Milli iradenin olu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak; inan\u00e7l\u0131 ve ahlakl\u0131 kalarak, Laik ve demokratik bir bar\u0131\u015f ve adalet d\u00fczenini oturtmak; dinini, dilini ve Milli kimli\u011fini koruyarak muas\u0131r medeniyeti yakalay\u0131p a\u015fmak; b\u00f6ylece her y\u00f6nden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z, kalk\u0131nm\u0131\u015f ve \u00f6rnek al\u0131nmaya ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015f B\u00fcy\u00fck T\u00fcrkiye hayaline ula\u015fmak y\u00f6n\u00fcndedir. <\/p>\n<p> <strong>\u015eu ayetler, D\u00f6neklik edenleri ve i\u015fbirlik\u00e7ileri ilgilendirmektedir!.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p> <strong>Okuyaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z ayetler sanki bug\u00fcn yeni inmi\u015f gibidir. Haktan d\u00f6nenlerin, halk\u0131na h\u0131yanet edenlerin makam ve menfaat hat\u0131r\u0131na zalim g\u00fc\u00e7lerin g\u00fcd\u00fcm\u00fcne girenlerin halini ve ak\u0131betini haber vermektedir.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p> <strong>\u015eimdi, Kur&#39;an ayetleri, bizzat bize inmi\u015f gibi okunur, nefsimiz muhatap al\u0131narak \u00fczerinde durulursa, masaj\u0131 fark edilir ve fayda verir. \u00d6zellikle akl\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ve vicdan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 devreye sokmam\u0131z gerekmektedir.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p> <strong>Her \u015fey zamanla y\u0131pran\u0131verir, k\u00f6hnele\u015fip eskir. Yani zaman her \u015feyi \u00f6\u011f\u00fcten ve eskiten bir de\u011firmen misalidir. Ama zaman\u0131 da eskiten ve kendisi ter-\u00fc tazeli\u011fini hep muhafaza eden bir ger\u00e7ek vard\u0131r ki, o da Kur&#39;an ayetleridir.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p> <strong>\u015eimdi Muhammed Sure&#39;sinin 20 ile 36. ayetlerinin (Sh: 509-510) dikkatle ve ibretle okuyal\u0131m..
