Yani Safahattaki \u015fiirler bir nevi Mustafa Kemal&#8217;in de tasvib, tasdik ve tavsiye etti\u011fi ger\u00e7ekleri i\u00e7ermektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Ne var ki Atat\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fc ge\u00e7inen bir\u00e7ok kesimlerin safahat\u0131 okumak ve anlamak yerine, ondan g\u0131c\u0131k ald\u0131klar\u0131 ve yobazl\u0131k sayd\u0131klar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Hatta b\u00f6ylelerinin \u0130stiklal Mar\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n s\u00f6zlerindeki \u00f6zlere de inanmad\u0131klar\u0131, ho\u015flanmad\u0131klar\u0131 ve sahip \u00e7\u0131kmad\u0131klar\u0131 da ac\u0131 bir ger\u00e7ektir.<\/p>\n<p>Yani bunlar, ne Mustafa Kemal&#8217;le , ne Mehmet Akif&#8217;le ve ne de kurtulu\u015f sava\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yapan ve Cumhuriyetimizi kuran milletimizle ayn\u0131 inan\u00e7 ve ideallere sahip de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p>Ayd\u0131nl\u0131k dergisinin 23 Aral\u0131k 2007 say\u0131s\u0131nda Fikret Otyam&#8217;\u0131n &#8220;Camilerin \u00e7o\u011falmas\u0131ndan&#8221; rahats\u0131zl\u0131k duyan&#8221; yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131, bunlar\u0131n as\u0131l niyetlerini ve kirli mahiyetlerini ele vermektedir:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Cumhuriyet Gazetesi&#8217;nde Olaylar ve G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler sayfas\u0131nda yer alan &#8220;\u0130nan\u00e7lar ve Toplum&#8221; ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 yaz\u0131n\u0131 (15 Aral\u0131k 2007) tarifsiz bir keyifle okudum, i\u00e7im \u0131\u015f\u0131lad\u0131 bir yerini yaz\u0131ma katay\u0131m dedim ve al\u0131yorum: &#8220;&#8230;Evet bu kurum Cumhuriyetin ilk y\u0131llar\u0131nda da vard\u0131, ama 40-50 ki\u015filik merkez \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc, 67 il m\u00fcft\u00fcs\u00fc ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yordu. Verilen \u00f6d\u00fcnler sonucu bug\u00fcn \u00fclkemizde 67 bin okul, 1220 hastane yap\u0131labilmi\u015fken 85 bin cami vard\u0131r. 77 bin doktor, 90 bin din g\u00f6revlisi olu\u015funa, her 60 bin ki\u015fiye bir hastane d\u00fc\u015ferken, 350 ki\u015fiye bir cami d\u00fc\u015fmesine, 270 kilise ve 100 tane cem evi bulunmas\u0131na bakarak yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n nerelere akt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 rakamlarda ortaya koymak m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.&#8221; Asl\u0131nda burada bir sahtek\u00e2rl\u0131k daha sergilenmekte ve Camiler diyanet b\u00fct\u00e7esinden ve Devlet Hazinesinden kar\u015f\u0131lanm\u0131\u015f gibi g\u00f6sterilmektedir. Oysa Camilerin tamam\u0131, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman milletimizin g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc ba\u011f\u0131\u015flar\u0131yla dikilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Evet, Mehmet Akif ne s\u00f6ylemi\u015fse o olmu\u015ftur, ne olmu\u015fsa onu yazm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bir d\u00fcnya g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn, medeniyetin, tarihin b\u00fct\u00fcn y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fc omuzlar\u0131nda, y\u00fcre\u011finde ta\u015f\u0131m\u0131\u015f bir insand\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>As\u0131rlar\u0131 dolduran bir d\u00fcnya g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn, medeniyetin, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn sesi ve terc\u00fcman\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Birileri y\u00fcce dinimize sald\u0131r\u0131yorsa veya \u0130slam k\u00f6t\u00fcye kullan\u0131l\u0131yorsa olmamas\u0131 gereken yerdeyse Akif&#8217;in ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Kur&#8217;an-\u0131 Kerim&#8217;in bir hayat kitab\u0131 oldu\u011funu s\u00fcrekli hat\u0131rlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 unutmamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Akif, yokluklar i\u00e7inde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde \u0130stiklal Mar\u015f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131 yazmas\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kendisine verilen 500 liray\u0131 kabul etmeyecek kadar duyarl\u0131 ve tutarl\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu \u00f6rnek insan\u0131, bu b\u00fcy\u00fck ilim ve g\u00f6n\u00fcl adam\u0131n\u0131 ne kadar anlarsak kendi milli ruhumuz da o kadar iyi korunacakt\u0131r. Bu bak\u0131mdan Safahat \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir kaynakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Milli \u015eairimiz ve haysiyetli m\u00fctefekkirimiz Mehmet Akif Ersoy&#8217;un; ki\u015filik yap\u0131s\u0131 ruh d\u00fcnyas\u0131, millet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadele tarz\u0131 ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k a\u015fk\u0131 hepimize \u00f6rnek olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Hayat\u0131, milli m\u00fccadelemize katk\u0131lar\u0131 ve ba\u015fta \u0130stiklal Mar\u015f\u0131m\u0131z olmak \u00fczere e\u015fsiz yap\u0131tlar\u0131na milletimizin g\u00f6nl\u00fcnde taht kuran Milli \u015eairimiz Mehmet Akif Ersoy&#8217;u okumay\u0131, anlamay\u0131 akli ve ahlaki tavsiyelerini uygulamay\u0131 gericilik sayan s\u00f6zde laik ve Kemalist bozuntular\u0131, hi\u00e7 de\u011filse Atat\u00fcrk&#8217;ten ve Milli m\u00fccadelede \u015fehitlerimizden utanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Mehmet Akif Ersoy, ya\u015fayarak tan\u0131kl\u0131k yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 onur ve cesaretiyle g\u00fc\u00e7 katt\u0131\u011f\u0131, engin ruh ve mana d\u00fcnyas\u0131yla destanla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 kurtulu\u015f m\u00fccadelemizi, \u015fiirleriyle tarihe kaz\u0131yan bu vatan ve millet \u015fairimize sayg\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131k, k\u00fcstahl\u0131ktan da \u00f6te bir soysuzluk ve \u015fuursuzluk hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>O, \u00e7ekilen sanc\u0131lar\u0131n gelecekte unutulmamas\u0131, fakat bir daha da ya\u015fanmamas\u0131 ve yaz\u0131lmamas\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesiyle gelmi\u015f ge\u00e7mi\u015f en b\u00fcy\u00fck kahramanl\u0131k \u015fiirlerimizden bir tanesi olan \u0130stiklal Mar\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 bizlere sunan bir g\u00f6n\u00fcl ve fikir adam\u0131d\u0131r. Osmanl\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n son d\u00f6neminden ba\u015flayarak, vatan\u0131n her kar\u0131\u015f topra\u011f\u0131na ayak basan Mehmet Akif, gitti\u011fi her yere, her cepheye heyecan g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcp, ruh katarak milletimizin ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k ve bekas\u0131n\u0131n me\u015falesini yakanlardand\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Mehmet Akif Ersoy, hayat\u0131n\u0131 ve sanat\u0131n\u0131 milletine ve vatan\u0131na hizmet arac\u0131 saym\u0131\u015ft\u0131r<\/p>\n<p>\u015eiire \u00e7ok gen\u00e7 ya\u015fta ba\u015flayan Mehmet Akif, o y\u0131llar\u0131n (1890&#8217;l\u0131 y\u0131llar) \u015fiir anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na uygun \u00fcr\u00fcnlerle kendisine belli bir \u015f\u00f6hret yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Fakat O, sanat\u0131n\u0131 milleti i\u00e7in yararl\u0131 bir u\u011fra\u015fa d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmeye \u00e7abalam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Asl\u0131nda yedi kitaptan meydana gelen, fakat bug\u00fcn Safahat ad\u0131yla tek bir kitap olarak bilinen kitapta yer alan \u015fiirler, onun bu karar\u0131 verdikten sonra yazd\u0131klar\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6nceki d\u00f6nemde yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fiirlerini kitaplar\u0131na almam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla onun milletine b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 eser, milletinin hizmetine sundu\u011fu sanat\u0131d\u0131r. Bu y\u00fczden ilk \u015fiir kitab\u0131n\u0131n yay\u0131mlanmas\u0131yla birlikte Akif, d\u00f6neminin edebiyat kamuoyu ve ele\u015ftirmenleri taraf\u0131ndan &#8220;Mill\u00ee \u015eair&#8221; olarak nitelenmi\u015f, bu s\u0131fatla an\u0131lmaya ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Safahat, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de Kur&#8217;\u00e2n-\u0131 Kerim&#8217;den sonra en fazla bas\u0131lan ve okunan \u015fiir kitab\u0131d\u0131r. &#8220;Sessiz ya\u015fad\u0131m, kim beni nereden bilecektir?&#8221; diyen bir \u015fairin, bug\u00fcn millet nezdinde b\u00fcy\u00fck bir sese d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesi Kur&#8217;an\u0131n terc\u00fcmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yapmas\u0131ndand\u0131r. Rahmetli m\u00fctefekkirimiz Nurettin Top\u00e7u, Mehmet Akif&#8217;i &#8220;Onun ruhunun, bedeni ile \u00e7ehresine akseden manas\u0131n\u0131 vas\u0131fland\u0131rmak isterken \u015fu portreyi \u00e7izmemiz l\u00e2z\u0131m geliyor: Vakar dolu bir al\u0131n, hay\u00e2 dolu bir \u00e7ehre, \u015fiddet dolu bir bak\u0131\u015f, iman dolu bir sine.&#8221; S\u00f6zleriyle ne g\u00fczel tan\u0131tm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Mehmet Akif kendisine y\u00f6nelen sald\u0131r\u0131lara hi\u00e7 ald\u0131rmam\u0131\u015f s\u00f6z geli\u015fi onun \u015fiirine dair k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmseyici baz\u0131 yaz\u0131lar vard\u0131r, bunlar\u0131 hi\u00e7birine cevap vermeye kalk\u0131\u015fmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ama Tevfik Fikret&#8217;in \u0130sl\u00e2miyet&#8217;i ve Kur&#8217;\u00e2n-\u0131 Kerim&#8217;i a\u015fa\u011f\u0131layan \u015fiirine \u00e7ok \u015fiddetle cevap vermekten de sak\u0131nmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Fikret&#8217;e dair m\u0131sralar\u0131n\u0131 \u015fiirinden \u00e7\u0131karmas\u0131n\u0131 rica eden dostu Hasan Basri \u00c7antay&#8217;a, &#8220;Bunu yapamam&#8221; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc &#8220;Ahl\u00e2k k\u00fcrs\u00fcs\u00fcnden hayk\u0131ran bir adam\u0131n ister inans\u0131n ister inanmas\u0131n- halk\u0131n ahl\u00e2k mesnedi olan varl\u0131\u011fa uluorta s\u00f6vmesi&#8221; kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda sessiz ve tepkisiz kalmak dinsiz \u015feytanl\u0131kt\u0131r diyebilen \u015fahsiyet li bir kahraman\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Osmanl\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n Tasfiyesi ve Cumhuriyet S\u00fcrecinde Mustafa Kemal &#8211; Mehmet Akif Sentezi<\/p>\n<p>Osmanl\u0131 devleti ni\u00e7in y\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131? Bu soru sadece bir tarih sorusu de\u011fildir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu s\u00fcre\u00e7, ge\u00e7mi\u015fte ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015f ve olup bitmi\u015f bir tarihsel d\u00f6nem de\u011fil, halen ya\u015fanmakta olan uzun bir s\u00fcrecin \u00f6nemli bir halkas\u0131d\u0131r. Asl\u0131nda Osmanl\u0131 kendi kendine y\u0131k\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f, tasfiye edilmi\u015ftir. Bu tasfiye s\u00fcreci ise baz\u0131 y\u00f6nleri ile halen devam etmektedir. \u00d6zellikle Osmanl\u0131&#8217;y\u0131 tasfiye eden g\u00fc\u00e7lerin Osmanl\u0131n\u0131n me\u015fru miras\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 olan T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;ye d\u00f6n\u00fck tasfiye politikalar\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fmemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca Devlet akl\u0131 (hikmet-i h\u00fck\u00fcmet) ve politik\/k\u00fclt\u00fcrel dinamikleri itibariyle Osmanl\u0131, T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti b\u00fcnyesinde ya\u015famaya devam etmektedir. Ge\u00e7en zaman i\u00e7inde sadece \u015fekilsel baz\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fiklikler olmu\u015f, co\u011frafi bir k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclme ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015f ve Anadolu n\u00fcfusu artm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu anlamda Cumhuriyet, Tanzimat ve Me\u015frutiyet s\u00fcrecinin bir devam\u0131d\u0131r. Anadolu ise kaybedilen topraklar ad\u0131na ayakta duran bir &#8220;i\u00e7 kale&#8221; konumundad\u0131r. B\u00f6yle oldu\u011fu i\u00e7indir ki, Osmanl\u0131 bakiyesi Balkan, Kafkas ve kuzey Irak&#8217;ta M\u00fcsl\u00fcman unsurlara d\u00f6n\u00fck her tehcir ve tasfiye d\u00f6neminde bu unsurlar\u0131n gelip s\u0131\u011f\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 &#8220;ana ve son vatan&#8221; Anadolu&#8217;dur. Son vatand\u0131r, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu topraklarda ya\u015fayanlar\u0131n gidecekleri ba\u015fka bir yer yoktur.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Osmanl\u0131n\u0131n tasfiye s\u00fcrecine yol a\u00e7an d\u0131\u015f nedenler bellidir: Emperyalist devletlerin M\u00fcsl\u00fcman ve rakip bir uygarl\u0131k istememeleri, Ortado\u011fu petrolleri ve s\u0131cak denizlere daha rahat inebilme \u00e7abalar\u0131, Osmanl\u0131y\u0131 y\u0131k\u0131ma g\u00f6t\u00fcren temel d\u0131\u015f fakt\u00f6rlerdir. Osmanl\u0131n\u0131n tasfiyesine yola\u00e7an i\u00e7 fakt\u00f6rlerdir. Ama bizi as\u0131l ilgilendiren, daha do\u011frusu bug\u00fcn i\u00e7in de ge\u00e7erli olan husus Osmanl\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n tasfiyesine yol a\u00e7an i\u00e7 fakt\u00f6rlerdir. Genel hatlar\u0131yla belirtecek olursak, Osmanl\u0131n\u0131n y\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131na neden olan birbirine ba\u011fl\u0131 d\u00f6rt temel i\u00e7 fakt\u00f6r sayabiliriz:<\/p>\n<p>1.M\u00fcsbet bilim ve teknolojide geri kal\u0131nmas\u0131<\/p>\n<p>2.Reformlar\u0131n yap\u0131lamamas\u0131<\/p>\n<p>3.Anadolu&#8217;nun d\u0131\u015flanmas\u0131 ve bak\u0131ms\u0131z b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131<\/p>\n<p>4.Balkan sorununun t\u0131kanmas\u0131<\/p>\n<p>Osmanl\u0131n\u0131n tasfiyesi, bu d\u00f6rt temel i\u00e7 fakt\u00f6r\u00fcn sayesinde m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmu\u015ftur. Cumhuriyet, i\u015fte bu sorunlar\u0131n her \u015fey kaybedildikten sonra, hem de h\u0131zl\u0131, kaba ve keskin y\u00f6ntemlerle \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmesinin ad\u0131d\u0131r. Yani Cumhuriyet, keskin bir modernle\u015fme politikas\u0131, Anadolu T\u00fcrk unsura dayanma, Devlet ve toprak reformlar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ve Balkan d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn Misak-\u0131 Milli ile yani tamamen ricat ederek \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmesi anlam\u0131nda &#8220;Osmanl\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn restorasyonu&#8221; gibidir.<\/p>\n<p>Tarihsel a\u00e7\u0131dan Cumhuriyetin stratejik anlam\u0131 budur.<\/p>\n<p>Bu noktaya g\u00f6t\u00fcren &#8220;taktik&#8221; ise, Mustafa Kemal&#8217;in &#8220;elde olan\u0131 koruyarak yeni bir sayfa a\u00e7ma&#8221; takti\u011fidir. Bilindi\u011fi gibi Osmanl\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc kesinle\u015ftiren 1. D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131 sonras\u0131 Enver Pa\u015fa&#8217;n\u0131n temsil etti\u011fi, sava\u015f\u0131 geni\u015f bir co\u011frafyaya yayarak Almanya ve Bol\u015fevik Rusya ile ittifak halinde \u0130ngiliz emperyalist zincirini k\u0131rmak g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fcyle Milli b\u00fcnyeyi zay\u0131f d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmek ve bitirmekti. Ancak Almanlar\u0131n gereken deste\u011fi verecek durumda olmamas\u0131 ve Rusya&#8217;n\u0131n da \u0130ngilizlerle anla\u015fmas\u0131 sonucu Enver Pa\u015fa&#8217;n\u0131n geni\u015fleyerek kurtulma takti\u011finin ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n kesinle\u015fmesinden sonra Mustafa Kemal&#8217;in, Anadolu&#8217;ya s\u0131\u011f\u0131narak elde olan\u0131 koruma Siyonist ve emperyalist g\u00fc\u00e7leri umutland\u0131r\u0131p oyalayarak ve Rusya ile anla\u015farak yeni bir sayfa a\u00e7ma takti\u011fi uygulamaya girdi. Bu taktik Cumhuriyet&#8217;in kurulu\u015fuyla sonu\u00e7land\u0131 ve Lozan anla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan Osmanl\u0131n\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7y\u00fczy\u0131l boyunca yapmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn reformlar uygulamaya kondu. Bu anlamda &#8220;Cumhuriyet&#8221;, hem Osmanl\u0131n\u0131n (devletin) k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclerek devam\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131, hem de bat\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131 M\u00fcsl\u00fcman bir toplumun \u00f6zg\u00fcn bir modernle\u015fme deneyimi olarak geli\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>Bu noktada Cumhuriyetin ba\u015far\u0131 ve ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131 ise ayr\u0131 bir tart\u0131\u015fma konusudur. \u00d6zellikle y\u0131k\u0131l\u0131\u015f s\u00fcrecinde var kalmak i\u00e7in geli\u015ftirilen k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclme takti\u011finin, Atat\u00fcrk&#8217;ten sonraki istismarc\u0131 ve sabataist mason kuklas\u0131 Kemalist se\u00e7kinler eliyle kal\u0131c\u0131 bir politikaya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesi ve bu politikan\u0131n da Osmanl\u0131y\u0131 y\u0131kan devletlerin T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin yeniden b\u00fcy\u00fcmesini engellemeye d\u00f6n\u00fck politikalar\u0131na hizmet eder hale gelmesi, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f politikas\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6kertmeye d\u00f6n\u00fck en \u00f6nemli noktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu noktada Cumhuriyetin as\u0131l stratejik anlam\u0131n\u0131 kavrayan ve yeni biny\u0131la girerken milletin varl\u0131k ve bekas\u0131n\u0131 tekrar b\u00fcy\u00fcme ve g\u00fc\u00e7lenme \u00e7abas\u0131yla \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015ftirebilen yeni bir taktik politika gerekmektedir. Meclis&#8217;in bir \u0130stikl\u00e2l Mar\u015f\u0131 g\u00fcftesi i\u00e7in a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 yar\u0131\u015fmaya kat\u0131lan 724 \u015fiirin hi\u00e7biri beklenilen ba\u015far\u0131ya ula\u015famay\u0131nca maarif vekilinin iste\u011fi \u00fczerine 17 \u015eubat 1921&#8217;de yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u0130stiklal Mar\u015f\u0131, 12 Mart&#8217;ta birinci TBMM taraf\u0131ndan kabul edildi. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em> 1923 sonras\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de deniz t\u00fckenmi\u015fti. \u00dclkenin &#8220;\u0130stiklal Mar\u015f\u0131&#8221;n\u0131 yazan bir \u015fairin ne yazsa, ne s\u00f6ylese su\u00e7 oldu\u011fu bir takvimde, ba\u015fl\u0131k kli\u015fesini oradan oraya ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131p yay\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 Sebil\u00fcrre\u015fad&#8217;\u0131n yay\u0131m\u0131na Takrir-i S\u00fck\u00fbn Kanunu ile s\u00fcresiz son verilmi\u015fti. O zaman her ikisinde tenkit edilen &#8220;T\u00fcrk&#8221; anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n ve &#8220;Kahraman Irk&#8221; kavram\u0131n\u0131n \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131 bir yakla\u015f\u0131m olmay\u0131p, \u0130slamla \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015fmi\u015f ve Anadolu da \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 k\u00f6ken ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrleri b\u00fcnyesinde eritmi\u015f bir milli kimli\u011fi ifade etmektedir.
