Bu \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131m\u0131z her iki tarafad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u015eimdi bu tiplerin: \u201cLaiklik ad\u0131na, sadece kamudan de\u011fil, fert ve cemiyet hayat\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131ndan d\u0131\u015flan\u0131p yasaklanmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini\u201d savunacak kadar g\u0131c\u0131k ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201c\u0130slami hayat\u201d d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, acaba sadece cehaletten (inan\u00e7 ve bilgi yetmezli\u011finden) mi, yoksa \u00e7ok sinsi bir h\u0131yanetten mi kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorusu \u00f6nemliydi.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Me\u015fhur bir Siyaset\u00e7iyle ilgili \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 iddialar ortaya at\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131!<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Bir dergideki iddialara g\u00f6re, bu siyaset\u00e7inin dedesinin babas\u0131 Mehmet Sad\u0131k Efendi, 1850 tarihinde Ap\u00e7a\u011fa k\u00f6y\u00fcnde do\u011fmu\u015ftu. Ap\u00e7a\u011fa, o tarihlerde <b>Abu\u00e7eh<\/b> diye an\u0131l\u0131yordu. \u00d6zellikle y\u00f6redeki Ermeniler, Abu\u00e7eh ad\u0131n\u0131 kullan\u0131yordu. Babas\u0131n\u0131n ad\u0131 Hac\u0131 Mehmet, anne ad\u0131 ise Ay\u015fe oluyordu. Mehmet Sad\u0131k Efendi, E\u011fin&#8217;de (Kemaliye) belediye k\u00e2tipli\u011fi yap\u0131yor, daha sonralar\u0131 muhtelif yerlerde posta m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc g\u00f6revlerinde bulunuyordu. En son 1915 y\u0131l\u0131nda Mekke&#8217;nin posta m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc g\u00f6revini y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyor, ayn\u0131 tarihte ailenin bir ba\u015fka yak\u0131n akrabas\u0131 da Cidde posta m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc yap\u0131l\u0131yordu. Bu akrabalar\u0131, Cumhuriyet&#8217;in ilan\u0131 ve sonras\u0131nda ya\u015fanan devrimlerin ard\u0131ndan &#8220;\u00c7itlio\u011flu&#8221; soyad\u0131n\u0131 al\u0131yordu. Yani ailenin bir k\u0131sm\u0131 bug\u00fcn \u00c7itlio\u011flu soyad\u0131n\u0131 kullan\u0131yor, bunlar\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131 da Elaz\u0131\u011f\u2019da ya\u015f\u0131yordu.<\/p>\n<p>Dedesi Mehmet Cemal Efendi de, 1887&#8217;de Ap\u00e7a\u011fa&#8217;da do\u011fmu\u015ftu. \u00d6nce S\u0131byan mektebini, ard\u0131ndan da E\u011fin R\u00fc\u015ftiyesi&#8217;ni bitiriyordu. Buradan \u015fahadetname (diploma) alan Mehmet Cemal Efendi, T\u00fcrk\u00e7e ve Frans\u0131zca okuyup yazabiliyordu. 1906 senesinde Ankara&#8217;da Telgraf ve Posta M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc&#8217;nde muhabere memuru olarak i\u015fe ba\u015fl\u0131yor, bir s\u00fcre sonra Yozgat Posta ve Telgraf M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc&#8217;nde muhabere g\u00f6revine tayin ediliyordu. \u0130lerleyen y\u0131llarda ise Refahiye&#8217;de Telgraf M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc yap\u0131yordu.<\/p>\n<p><b>Burada hem Mehmet Sad\u0131k Efendi, hem de Ap\u00e7a\u011fa \u00fczerinde durmakta fayda vard\u0131. B\u00f6lgeyi anlamak, demografik yap\u0131s\u0131 hakk\u0131nda bilgi almak i\u00e7in bak\u0131lacak en iyi kaynak, \u015eeriyye Sicilleri yani Mahkeme Kay\u0131tlar\u0131yd\u0131. Osmanl\u0131 mahkeme kay\u0131tlar\u0131 olan \u015eeriyye Sicilleri, bize bir b\u00f6lgenin sosyal, iktisadi, dini vb. hakk\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan sorunlar\u0131 ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm yollar\u0131n\u0131 sunmaktayd\u0131. Daha do\u011fru bir ifadeyle, oradaki halk aras\u0131nda meydana gelen anla\u015fmazl\u0131klar hakk\u0131nda mahkeme \u00fcyelerinin, \u015fahitlerin ve iddia sahiplerinin ifadeleri, g\u00f6r\u00fclen davada kayda ge\u00e7irilmi\u015f durumdayd\u0131. Daha sonra bu kay\u0131tlar mahkeme taraf\u0131ndan saklan\u0131rd\u0131. Mahkeme kay\u0131tlar\u0131nda; davac\u0131n\u0131n da, daval\u0131n\u0131n da sorgudan \u00f6nce adres tespitleri yap\u0131l\u0131rd\u0131. Bunlar\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir k\u0131sm\u0131 zanaatk\u00e2r ve esnaft\u0131. Ermeniler, daha \u00e7ok E\u011fin kasabas\u0131nda ya\u015famaktayd\u0131. \u00d6zellikle kasaba i\u00e7erisindeki mahallelerde pek \u00e7ok Ermeni&#8217;nin ikamet etti\u011fi, bug\u00fcne kadar gelen belgelerden anla\u015f\u0131lmaktayd\u0131. Kasabada D\u00f6rtyol A\u011fz\u0131 Mahallesi ile S\u00fcfela Mahallesi, Ermenilerin yo\u011fun bulundu\u011fu mahalleler aras\u0131ndayd\u0131. E\u011fin&#8217;e ba\u011fl\u0131 k\u00f6ylerde de Ermenilerin yo\u011fun bir \u015fekilde ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 \u00e7ok rahatl\u0131kla anla\u015f\u0131lmaktayd\u0131. \u00d6zellikle <\/b><b>Gemer-gab (Kemer-gab), Ap\u00e7a\u011fa ve \u0130li\u00e7,<\/b><b> bu k\u00f6ylerin ba\u015f\u0131ndayd\u0131. \u015eeriyye Sicilleri&#8217;ne g\u00f6re E\u011fin de, az da olsa Rumlar da ya\u015famaktayd\u0131. Rumlar \u00f6zellikle Vanik k\u00f6y\u00fc ve \u00e7evresinde bulunmaktayd\u0131.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>\u201c<\/b><b>Ap\u00e7a\u011fa\u201d,<\/b><b> i\u00e7inde \u00e7ok az M\u00fcsl\u00fcman&#8217;\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir Ermeni k\u00f6y\u00fc oluyordu. \u015eeriyye Sicillerin&#8217;de Ap\u00e7a\u011fa ile ilgili on mahkeme kayd\u0131ndan sadece bir tanesi M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara ait g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyordu. Mahkeme kay\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131n onda dokuzu Ermenilere ait \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yordu. K\u0131saca k\u00f6y\u00fcn \u00f6nemli bir k\u0131sm\u0131 Ermeni&#8217;ydi; ancak az da olsa, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman n\u00fcfusun ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 da kaynaklardan anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131yordu. Ayn\u0131 zamanda Ap\u00e7a\u011fa k\u00f6y\u00fc muhtarlar\u0131n\u0131n ve k\u00f6y ihtiyar heyetinin tamam\u0131 Ermenilerden meydana geliyordu. Nitekim Ap\u00e7a\u011fa&#8217;dan mahkemeye ba\u015fvuran bir Ermeni&#8217;nin davas\u0131na k\u00f6y\u00fcn &#8220;muhtar-\u0131 evveli Kozmoz veled Tebimbek&#8221; ile muhtar-\u0131 sanisi &#8220;Hamtor veled Aleksan; ihtiyar heyetinden ise Kirkor veled Agop, Kirkor veled Artin, Karabet veled Nihayet&#8221; kat\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131 kaydediliyordu.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>E\u011fin&#8217;in bir ba\u015fka k\u00f6y\u00fc, \u201c\u0130li\u00e7\u201dde \u015eeriyye Sicili&#8217;ne g\u00f6re Ermeni k\u00f6y\u00fc olarak g\u00f6z\u00fck\u00fcyordu. \u0130li\u00e7&#8217;ten mahkemeye ba\u015fvuran tek bir M\u00fcsl\u00fcman&#8217;a rastlamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmuyordu. K\u00f6yde ya\u015fayanlar\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131n Ermeni oldu\u011fu anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131yordu. Mahkeme kay\u0131tlar\u0131na g\u00f6re k\u00f6y muhtar\u0131n\u0131n ad\u0131 <\/b><b>Kirkor veled Relham&#8217;<\/b><b>d\u0131. B\u00f6lgede az da olsa bir Rum n\u00fcfusu ya\u015famaktayd\u0131.
