Ancak bu \u00f6zlemine b\u00fct\u00fcn bir as\u0131r ge\u00e7ti\u011fi halde, maalesef kavu\u015famam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>20. Asra girildi\u011fi zaman bu asr\u0131n ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131nda imparatorluklar\u0131n hakim oldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde 4 b\u00fcy\u00fck imparatorluk hakim durumdayd\u0131. Bunlar;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Osmanl\u0131 Devleti, Rus \u00c7arl\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u0130ngiltere Krall\u0131\u011f\u0131, Avusturya \u2013 Macaristan \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu \u0130diler.<\/p>\n<p><b>2- <\/b><b>Birinci Cihan harbi bu imparatorluklara son verdi. Bu otoritelerin yerine baz\u0131 \u00fclkelerde fa\u015fist diktat\u00f6rl\u00fckler geldi. <\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u0130kinci Cihan harbine kadar s\u00fcren \u00e7eyrek as\u0131rl\u0131k bir d\u00f6nem bu \u00fclkelerde bir &#8220;diktat\u00f6rler d\u00f6nemi&#8221; oldu. B\u00f6ylece bir STAL\u0130N, H\u0130TLER, MUSSOL\u0130N\u0130, FRANKO d\u00f6nemi ya\u015fand\u0131. Bunlar\u0131n &#8220;fa\u015fizm&#8221; ve &#8220;bask\u0131lar\u0131&#8221; insanlara b\u00fcy\u00fck zul\u00fcmler yapt\u0131. Bu zul\u00fcmlerin sonucunda \u0130kinci Cihan harbi \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130kinci Cihan harbinde insanlar \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck ac\u0131lar \u00e7ektiler. \u0130kinci Cihan harbi bu diktat\u00f6rlere kar\u015f\u0131 yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f top yek\u00fcn bir sava\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130kinci Cihan harbi bu diktat\u00f6rl\u00fcklere son verdi. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu sava\u015f fa\u015fizmi ve bask\u0131y\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131rmak, h\u00fcrriyet, insan haklar\u0131 ve demokrasiyi yery\u00fcz\u00fcne hakim k\u0131lmak i\u00e7in yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>6 sene s\u00fcren ve insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n unutulmayacak b\u00fcy\u00fck ac\u0131 ve kay\u0131plar\u0131na sebep olan \u0130kinci Cihan harbinden sonra insanl\u0131k top yek\u00fcn H\u00dcRR\u0130YET, \u0130NSAN HAKLARI VE DEMOKRAS\u0130\u2019nin tesisi i\u00e7in uzun y\u0131llar m\u00fccadele verdi. Bu m\u00fccadele 50 y\u0131ldan beri s\u00fcrmektedir ve halen de devam etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><b>3- <\/b><b>50 y\u0131ldan beri arzu edilen sonuca ula\u015f\u0131lamam\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131n\u0131n nedeni \u015funlar olmu\u015ftur.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00d6nce bir defa \u0130kinci Cihan harbinde diktat\u00f6rlerin hepsi temizlenemedi. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Stalin arkaya kald\u0131. O diktat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc \u0130kinci Cihan harbinden sonra da devam ettirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Bu y\u00fczden yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde 1945 ten 1990 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar bir SO\u011eUK HARP d\u00f6nemi ya\u015fand\u0131. Bu d\u00f6neme ra\u011fmen b\u00fct\u00fcn insanl\u0131k takriben 50 y\u0131l boyunca h\u00fcrriyet, insan haklar\u0131 ve demokrasi hususunda b\u00fcy\u00fck gayretler saffetti. \u00d6nemli ad\u0131mlar at\u0131ld\u0131. Ancak arzu edilen sonuca ula\u015f\u0131lamad\u0131.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Bu ad\u0131mlar\u0131n nirengi noktalar\u0131 olarak \u015funlar say\u0131labilir. <\/b><\/li>\n<li>1945 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u0130nsan Haklar\u0131 Beyannamesinin ne\u015frolunmas\u0131 ve bunu takiben 1947 y\u0131l\u0131nda (BM) Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler Te\u015fkilat\u0131\u2019n\u0131n kurulmas\u0131.<\/li>\n<li>1949 y\u0131l\u0131nda h\u00fcrriyet ve insan haklar\u0131n\u0131 korumak gayesiyle NATO\u2019nun kurulmas\u0131. <\/li>\n<li>Avrupa \u0130nsan Haklar\u0131 Beyannamesi\u2019nin ne\u015fredilmesi, Avrupa \u0130nsan Haklar\u0131 S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi\u2019nin y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe konmas\u0131 ve Avrupa \u0130nsan Haklar\u0131 Mahkemesi\u2019nin kurulmas\u0131. <\/li>\n<li>(A\u0130HS) Avrupa \u0130nsan Haklar\u0131 S\u00f6zle\u015fmesini temel almak \u00fczere 1957 senesinde Avrupa Ortak Pazar\u0131 ile ba\u015flamak \u00fczere bug\u00fcnk\u00fc Avrupa Birli\u011fi\u2019nin kurulmas\u0131. <\/li>\n<li>Ve b\u00fct\u00fcn bu geli\u015fmeler kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda daha fazla kapal\u0131 kalamayan Sovyetler Birli\u011finde Perestroika \/ Glasnost hareketlerinin ba\u015flamas\u0131 ve bunun sonucu olarak kom\u00fcnizmin iflas\u0131 ve Sovyetler Birli\u011finin da\u011f\u0131lmas\u0131,<\/li>\n<li>Bu geli\u015fmeler \u00fczerine temenni olunuyordu ki, Sovyetler Birli\u011fi\u2019nin da\u011f\u0131lmas\u0131ndan sonra (1987-1990) yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde art\u0131k bar\u0131\u015f, huzur, demokrasi ve insan haklar\u0131 hakim olsun. Ama ne yaz\u0131k ki bu amaca ula\u015famad\u0131. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc; Sovyetlerin da\u011f\u0131lmas\u0131ndan sonra Bat\u0131 liderleri bar\u0131\u015fa dayal\u0131 bir d\u00fcnya kurulmas\u0131 yerine, yine d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011fa dayanan bir d\u00fcnya kurulmas\u0131 yoluna sapt\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<p>Bunun en a\u00e7\u0131k delili, 1990\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda, \u0130ngiltere Ba\u015fbakan\u0131 Margaret Teacher\u2019in \u0130sko\u00e7ya\u2019daki NATO toplant\u0131s\u0131nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konu\u015fmad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Sovyetler Birli\u011finin da\u011f\u0131lmas\u0131ndan sonra (\u015eimdi ne yapaca\u011f\u0131z, Nato\u2019yu fesih mi edece\u011fiz ?) sorusuna Teacher:<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cD\u00fc\u015fman\u0131 olmayan ideoloji ya\u015fayamaz. Bizim ya\u015fayabilmemiz i\u00e7in mutlaka bir d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n olmas\u0131 laz\u0131md\u0131r. Sovyetler birli\u011fi da\u011f\u0131ld\u0131 ve d\u00fc\u015fman olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Onun yerine yeni bir d\u00fc\u015fman koymam\u0131z gerekiyor. Bu yeni d\u00fc\u015fman \u0130SLAM olacakt\u0131r.\u201d <\/i>Cevab\u0131n\u0131 vermi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fte, ne yaz\u0131k ki yeni olu\u015fuma b\u00f6yle yanl\u0131\u015f yol g\u00f6sterilmi\u015f olmas\u0131, yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n tesis edilece\u011fi yerde d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en hassas b\u00f6lgelerinde Filistin\u2019de yeniden sava\u015flar\u0131n ba\u015flamas\u0131na sebep olmu\u015ftur. \u00d6nce \u0130ran-Irak Sava\u015f\u0131, sonra K\u00f6rfez Sava\u015f\u0131, sonra Bosna katliam\u0131, sonra Azerbaycan ve \u00c7e\u00e7enistan katliamlar\u0131\u2026.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar cereyan ederken son olarak bunlara \u201cYEN\u0130 B\u0130R TABLO\u201d eklendi. Bug\u00fcnk\u00fc tablonun ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na AMER\u0130KA\u2019DAK\u0130 11 EYL\u00dcL 2001 TER\u00d6R OLAYI bahane yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>1-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bu olay\u0131n kimler taraf\u0131ndan ne maksatla yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, hen\u00fcz inand\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 bir \u015fekilde tespit edilip ortaya konulamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kullan\u0131lan y\u00fcksek teknoloji ve planlamalar\u0131n profesyonellikleri dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman insanlar, toplum, kamuoyu bu olaylar\u0131 bir tak\u0131m Bat\u0131l\u0131 istihbarat \u00f6rg\u00fctlerinin tertip etmi\u015f olabilece\u011fi ihtimalini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmekten kendilerini alamamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>2-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ter\u00f6r olaylar\u0131n\u0131 tasvip etmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Onlar\u0131n a\u00e7t\u0131klar\u0131 \u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131rla hakk\u0131 \u00fcst\u00fcn tutan medeniyetler d\u00f6nemi ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015f ve insanlar mutlulu\u011fa ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Fakat \u0130nsanlar\u0131n yanl\u0131\u015f yollara sapmalar\u0131 ile, Hakk\u2019\u0131 \u00fcst\u00fcn tutan medeniyetlerin ard\u0131ndan, takiben, kuvveti \u00fcst\u00fcn tutan medeniyetler ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu konular\u0131n se\u00e7kin uzmanlar taraf\u0131ndan s\u00fcrekli ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, \u00e7e\u015fitli etkinliklerle devaml\u0131 olgunla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6ylece di\u011fer medeniyet temsilcileri ve bat\u0131 ile diyaloga oturuldu\u011fu zaman Hakka dayal\u0131 d\u00fcnya d\u00fczeni olarak, elbirli\u011fi ve i\u015fbirli\u011fi ile nas\u0131l bir d\u00fczen ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilece\u011fi konusu ayd\u0131nl\u0131\u011fa kavu\u015fturulmu\u015f olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><b>3- <\/b><b>Diyalog Heyetleri ve Diyalog Toplant\u0131lar\u0131 D\u00fczenleme B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Bu b\u00f6l\u00fcmde \u00e7e\u015fitli konularda \u0130slam Alemi\u2019ni temsil edecek yetkin ve etkin \u015fahsiyetlerden olu\u015fan \u201cdiyalog heyetlerinin\u201d g\u00f6rev yapmalar\u0131 d\u00fczenlenmi\u015ftir. Bunlar \u00f6zel ve gizli de\u011fil, samimi ve seviyeli giri\u015fimlerdir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130slam Alemi ile bilhassa ezilen ve s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fclen di\u011fer d\u00fcnya merkezleri aras\u0131nda yap\u0131lacak olan diyalog toplant\u0131lar\u0131 bu b\u00f6l\u00fcmde planlanacak, d\u00fczenlenecek, haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131 tamamland\u0131ktan sonra ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecektir.<\/p>\n<p><b>4- <\/b><b>Bat\u0131y\u0131 \u0130zleme Ve \u0130slam Aleyhine Maksatl\u0131 Propagandalar\u0131n \u00d6nlenmesi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Bu b\u00f6l\u00fcm \u0130slam Aleminde mevcut \u00e7e\u015fitli kurulu\u015flarla i\u015fbirli\u011fi yaparacak Bat\u0131 ve di\u011fer D\u00fcnya b\u00f6lgelerinde; M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanl\u0131k aleyhine yap\u0131lan propaganda ve faaliyetleri izleyecek ve bunlar\u0131n d\u00fczeltilmesi i\u00e7in ilgili \u00fclkeler nezdinde giri\u015fimlerde bulunacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6ln \u00dcniversitesi \u0130slami Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc rahmetli Prof. Falaturi bir\u00e7ok Bat\u0131l\u0131 ilim adamlar\u0131 ile beraber Almanya\u2019da, bilhassa okul kitaplar\u0131nda ve resmi devlet yay\u0131nlar\u0131nda \u0130slam dini ve topluluklar\u0131 aleyhine yap\u0131lan ger\u00e7ekd\u0131\u015f\u0131 faaliyetleri kitaplar halinde ortaya koymu\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu gibi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n geni\u015fletilmesi bir vecibedir \u00f6ncelik ve \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bir\u00e7ok Bat\u0131l\u0131 y\u00f6netici kendi \u00fclkelerinde yap\u0131lan ve masonik mahfillerce tezg\u00e2hlanan maksatl\u0131 \u0130slam aleyhtarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 faaliyetlerinden maalesef habersiz bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><b>5- <\/b><b>Lobi Faaliyetleri B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Bir\u00e7ok Bat\u0131 \u00fclkesi maksatl\u0131 menfi propagandalar y\u00fcz\u00fcnden medya, \u00fcniversite ve siyaset sahas\u0131nda \u0130slam alemi ile diyalogu l\u00fczumsuz g\u00f6ren fikir cereyanlar\u0131n\u0131n etkisi alt\u0131ndad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Yukar\u0131da belirtildi\u011fi gibi Bat\u0131 kendini de tan\u0131m\u0131yor, \u0130slam Alemini de tan\u0131m\u0131yor. D\u00fcnya bar\u0131\u015f\u0131 i\u00e7in \u0130slam-Bat\u0131 Diyalogunun \u00f6nemine m\u00fcdrik bulunmuyor.
