Baz\u0131 maddeleri AB reformlar\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde &#8220;Ulusal Program&#8221;dan al\u0131nan de\u011fi\u015fiklik paketindeki insan haklar\u0131 ve K\u00fcrt sorunlar\u0131\u201d ilgili d\u00fczenlemelerin, kime ve neye hizmet etti\u011fi konusu endi\u015fe vericiydi.<\/p>\n<p>Sadece:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\">\n<li>Anayasam\u0131z\u0131n temel ve de\u011fi\u015fmez maddelerinin, AB ve AKP\u2019nin i\u015flerini kolayla\u015ft\u0131racak \u015fekilde yorumlanmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7mak<\/li>\n<li>Her t\u00fcrl\u00fc ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n AB\u2019ye devrine yasal zemin haz\u0131rlamak<\/li>\n<li>Demokratikle\u015fme demagojisiyle, \u00fclkemizin federasyonlara ay\u0131rman\u0131n alt yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturmak<\/li>\n<li>TSK\u2019y\u0131 zay\u0131flatmak, yetkilerini buday\u0131p etkisiz ve devre d\u0131\u015f\u0131 b\u0131rakmak<\/li>\n<li>Art\u0131k modas\u0131 ge\u00e7mi\u015f kat\u0131 sosyalist ve masonik Kemalist sistem yerine, \u0131l\u0131ml\u0131 \u0130slam projesini, yani \u201c\u0130slam Liberalizmi\u201d denen \u201cM\u00fcsl\u00fcman halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 Siyonist ve emperyalist g\u00fc\u00e7lere g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc hizmet\u00e7ili\u011fe haz\u0131rlama stratejisini daha rahat ve rantabl uygulamak gibi sinsi ve \u015fahsi hesaplar g\u00fcd\u00fclmekteydi. Oysa b\u00f6ylesi pansuman ve palyatif tedbirlerin mevcut yaray\u0131 azd\u0131rmaktan ba\u015fka i\u015fe yaramad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 herkesin bilmesi gerekirdi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>Tarhan Erdem dilinin alt\u0131nda neyi saklamaktayd\u0131?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Eski CHP Genel Sekreteri, \u015fimdi koyu AKP destek\u00e7isi, Konda Ara\u015ft\u0131rma \u015eirketi sahibi Tarhan Erdem, se\u00e7im sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 isabetli tahminle me\u015fhur bilinirdi. Oysa \u201cbu sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 \u00e7\u0131karmak \u00fczere, toplumu manip\u00fcle etmekle\u201d g\u00f6revliydi. 12 Eyl\u00fcl 2010 referandumunun hemen ard\u0131ndan \u201cYEN\u0130 ANAYASA\u201d giri\u015fimlerini te\u015fvik ve tavsiye etmekteydi. \u0130n\u00f6n\u00fc, Menderes ve Demirel d\u00f6nemlerindeki gibi \u201csa\u011fc\u0131 ve solcu partinin toplam oylar\u0131n\u0131n %75-80\u2019e ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir s\u00fcrecin, AKP-CHP sayesinde yakalanabilece\u011fini ve bunun istikrar getirece\u011fini\u201d belirtmekteydi. Oysa bu durum, d\u0131\u015f g\u00fc\u00e7lerin ve malum masonik merkezlerin, i\u015fbirlik\u00e7ileri eliyle \u00fclkeyi daha kolay y\u00f6netmenin ve kontrol etmenin bir gere\u011fi idi.<\/p>\n<p>Tarhan Erdem, daha \u00f6nce Zaman Gazetesinden Nuriye Akman\u2019a \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6ylemi\u015fti:<\/p>\n<p><b><i>\u201cBakanlar Kurulu&#8217;nun te\u015fkilinden, yerel y\u00f6netimlere kadar b\u00fct\u00fcn devlet \u015femas\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fczakere edilmesi ve yaz\u0131lmas\u0131 laz\u0131md\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc devleti bug\u00fcnk\u00fc organizasyonuyla mesela 2013 y\u0131l\u0131na ta\u015f\u0131mak imk\u00e2ns\u0131zd\u0131r. Bakanlar Kurulu\u2019nun te\u015fkilinden, yerel y\u00f6netimlere kadar b\u00fct\u00fcn devlet \u015femas\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fczakere edilmesi ve yeniden yaz\u0131lmas\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r. Sadece 4 tanesi say\u0131lm\u0131yor&#8221; diyerek kas\u0131tl\u0131 sapt\u0131rma ve \u00e7arp\u0131tmalar\u0131 ele\u015ftirmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>1990&#8217;l\u0131 y\u0131llar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda TBMM Anayasa de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131nda Meclis Ba\u015fkan\u0131 H\u00fcsamettin Cindoruk&#8217;a s\u00f6yledi\u011fi <b><i>&#8216;Anayasa&#8217;ya bir \u015fey yaz\u0131yorsunuz. Uygulamada onun tam tersini yap\u0131yorsunuz&#8217;<\/i><\/b> s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc hat\u0131rlatan Erbakan, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de uygulanan sistemin demokrasi de\u011fil demokratur oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemi\u015fti. Erbakan, <b><i>\u201cBu sistem Halk\u0131n iradesinin tecellisi de\u011fil, halk\u0131n idareye alet edilmesidir. Uygulama ile Anayasa&#8217;da yazanlar ba\u015fka \u015feylerdir. Laiklik diyorsunuz, Anayasan\u0131n tam tersini uyguluyorsunuz. Yaz\u0131lanlar\u0131n tam tersini uygularsan\u0131z, yap\u0131lan anayasa ne k\u0131ymet ifade edecektir? \u00d6nce yaz\u0131lanlar\u0131n aynen uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131 temin etmek gerekir.&#8221;<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Anayasan\u0131n ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n 2. paragraf\u0131ndaki <b><i>&#8216;\u00e7a\u011fda\u015f medeniyete ula\u015fman\u0131n azmi \u00f6n\u00fcnde&#8217;<\/i><\/b> \u015feklindeki ifadeyi ele\u015ftiren Erbakan, <b><i>&#8220;Bence son derece yanl\u0131\u015f bir tabirdir. \u00c7a\u011fda\u015f medeniyete ula\u015fman\u0131n azmi \u00f6n\u00fcnde demek, biz \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f medeniyetin gerisindeyiz demektir. Bu bir a\u015fa\u011f\u0131l\u0131k kompleksidir. Daha ba\u015ftan bir a\u015fa\u011f\u0131l\u0131k kompleksiyle ba\u015flanan i\u015ften ne hay\u0131r beklenir? Biz milletler aras\u0131nda tarihte en \u015ferefli milletiz. Ondan dolay\u0131 b\u00f6yle bir a\u015fa\u011f\u0131l\u0131k kompleksini kabul edemeyiz. Bunlar ilk f\u0131rsatta d\u00fczeltilmelidir&#8221;<\/i><\/b> demi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>Anayasa&#8217;n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fmez 4. maddesi i\u00e7indeki en \u00f6nemli hususun <b><i>&#8216;\u00fclkenin milletiyle ve devletiyle b\u00f6l\u00fcnmez b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc&#8217; <\/i><\/b>oldu\u011funu kaydeden Erbakan,<b><i> &#8220;Bu ger\u00e7ek, Anayasa&#8217;da tekrar tekrar belirtilmi\u015f oldu\u011fu ve yaz\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde, uygulamalar bunun tam tersi istikametindedir? G\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz ger\u00e7ek \u015fudur. Milyonlar a\u00e7 ve i\u015fsiz b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, anar\u015fi ve ayr\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n kuca\u011f\u0131na at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, milli birlik ve dirlik ba\u011flar\u0131 kopar\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Evet, &#8216;Vatan\u0131n birli\u011fi b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc tehlikededir. Bunu s\u00f6ylemek bir g\u00f6revdir. Ama s\u00f6ylemekle g\u00f6rev bitmez. \u00d6yleyse \u00e7aresni bulmak laz\u0131m gelir&#8221;<\/i><\/b> diyen Erbakan, tehlike i\u00e7in do\u011fru te\u015fhis ve do\u011fru tedavi gerekti\u011fini dile getirmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnyadaki m\u00fccadelenin hak bat\u0131l ekseninde devam etti\u011fini kaydeden Erbakan, Osmanl\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n as\u0131rlarca d\u00fcnyaya hak ve adalet da\u011f\u0131tt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, ancak 2. Viyana ku\u015fatmas\u0131 ile maddi g\u00fcc\u00fcn \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131 emperyalizmin eline ge\u00e7ti\u011fini belirtmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p><b> <\/b><\/p>\n<p><b> <\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>Yeni Anayasa, Yeni Tanzimat Olmamal\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>M. Ali Bulut\u2019un a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki tespitleri \u00f6nemlidir:<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fclhane Hatt\u0131 H\u00fcmay\u00fbn\u2019undan, Islahat Ferman\u0131 ve Kanun-\u0131 Esasi\u2019ye var\u0131ncaya kadar Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n, \u00e7o\u011fu \u201csiyas\u00ee imi\u015f gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcnen\u201d \u00e7abalar\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131, hukuk eksenlidir.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnyada bug\u00fcn iki temel hukuk disiplininden s\u00f6z edilebilir. Biri, bug\u00fcnk\u00fc Bat\u0131 medeniyetinin kendisine temel kabul etti\u011fi <strong>Roma hukuku<\/strong>, di\u011feri de <strong>\u0130slam hukuku\u2019<\/strong><strong>dur<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130slam hukuku i\u00e7inde de Osmanl\u0131 hukuku, m\u00fcmtaz bir yere sahiptir. Zira Osmanl\u0131 \u00e7ok dilli, \u00e7ok k\u00fclt\u00fcrl\u00fc ve \u00e7ok dinli bir imparatorluktu ve insana, e\u015fyaya, kavimlere ve onlar\u0131n k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne Kuran perspektifinden, yani tabii hukuk penceresinden bakabilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Esas\u0131nda \u201cortak disiplin ve prensiplere ba\u011fl\u0131, \u00e7ok hukuklu sistemi\u201d farkl\u0131 milletli imparatorluklar\u0131n ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz kaderidir. Tebaalar\u0131n\u0131 iyi idare etmek, en az\u0131ndan ho\u015fnutsuzluklar\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in, idaresi alt\u0131nda bulunan kavimleri, m\u00fcmk\u00fcn mertebe farkl\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcrlere uygun kanuni d\u00fczenlemeler ile zabtu rapt alt\u0131na almay\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015flerdir. O y\u00fczden de hukukun t\u00fcm \u015fubelerine ait h\u00fck\u00fcm ve i\u00e7tihatlara sahiptirler.<\/p>\n<p>Osmanl\u0131, ferdin haklar\u0131 hususunda Roma\u2019dan da ileri gitmi\u015ftir. Yarg\u0131da, sadece imparatorlu\u011fun bekas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan de\u011fil, devletin ruhunda <strong>\u2018\u00e2mir\u2019<\/strong> olan \u0130slami anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n prensipleri de g\u00f6zetilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zembilli\u2019nin Yavuz\u2019a Uyar\u0131s\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mesela <strong>Yavuz Sultan Selim<\/strong>\u2019in, <strong>Yunan<\/strong> halk\u0131n\u0131 disiplinize, biraz da asimile etmeyi \u00f6ng\u00f6ren teklifini, d\u00f6nemin Anayasa Mahkemesi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 &nbsp;-(Belki de Yarg\u0131tay Ba\u015fkan\u0131 demek laz\u0131m(?))- <strong>\u015eeyh\u00fclislam&nbsp; Zembilli<\/strong>, <strong>\u201cAllah t\u00fcm \u00e2lemlerin Rabbidir, sadece M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n de\u011fil\u2019<\/strong> diyerek reddetmi\u015ftir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Osmanl\u0131 insan\u00ee gereklere Romal\u0131lardan daha sayg\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r; Osmanl\u0131 hukuku da Roma hukukundan daha be\u015fer\u00ee ve insan\u00eedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bat\u0131 hukukunun amir h\u00fckm\u00fc (ruhu),&nbsp; Roma hukukunun H\u0131ristiyan ahlak\u0131yla a\u015f\u0131lanm\u0131\u015f halidir. Fakat o hukuk, daha sonra pagan Grek k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcyle e\u015fle\u015ftirilerek g\u00fcya sadece <strong>\u2018akl\u0131 esasa alan\u2019<\/strong> bir hukuk sistemine haline getirilmi\u015ftir. \u0130nsan\u0131n manevi y\u00f6n\u00fc ve Allah\u2019a bakan y\u00fcz\u00fc g\u00f6rmezlikten gelinmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bat\u0131 Hukuku \u00c7ifte Standartl\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O y\u00fczden de Bat\u0131 hukuku \u00e7ifte standarttan kendini kurtaram\u0131yor. Kendi tebaas\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011funda nispeten <strong>\u2018adil\u2019<\/strong> olmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Ama <strong>\u201c\u00f6teki\u201d<\/strong>ni medeniyeti i\u00e7in bir tehdit olarak alg\u0131lad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda <strong>adil olmay\u0131 de\u011fil, pragmatik olmay\u0131<\/strong> esas al\u0131yor. Kendileri de bunun fark\u0131nda oldu\u011fundan, s\u00fcrekli yeni kriterler icat ederek hukuk sistemindeki kay\u0131r\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 gidermeye u\u011fra\u015f\u0131yor. Buna ra\u011fmen, \u0130slam s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011funda \u2013\u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc o kendi ya\u015fam tarzlar\u0131na tehdit olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor- uygulaman\u0131n nas\u0131l mihverinden sapt\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 herkes biliyor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin AB maceras\u0131 malum!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bediuzzaman<\/strong>, Bat\u0131 ve \u0130slam medeniyeti kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 <strong>(S\u00f6zler, Lemaat)<\/strong> lirik makalesinde, mevcut Bat\u0131 medeniyetinin insana bak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 <strong>\u2018insan\u00ee\u2019 <\/strong>ve<strong> \u2018rahman\u00ee<\/strong><b>\u2019<\/b> bulmuyor. \u0130ki Bat\u0131 tasavvur ediyor; <strong>H\u0131ristiyan Bat\u0131, ateist Bat\u0131<\/strong>. Hukuk sisteminin \u2018ateist Bat\u0131\u2019 taraf\u0131ndan \u015fekillendirildi\u011fini s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. Ve onu Rahman\u00ee; yani insan f\u0131trat\u0131na uygun g\u00f6rm\u00fcyor.&nbsp;Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Bat\u0131n\u0131n h\u00fck\u00fcmleri Kuran\u2019la&nbsp;da vicdanla da ba\u011fda\u015fm\u0131yor. Kur\u2019an ile ba\u011fda\u015fmayan bir hukukun \u00f6zellikle M\u00fcsl\u00fcman ahaliye tatbikini yanl\u0131\u015f, yarars\u0131z ve yaralay\u0131c\u0131 buluyor \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc huzur ve asayi\u015f yerine huzursuzluk ve karga\u015faya neden oluyor. Nitekim tarihi ve tabii ger\u00e7eklerde bunu ispat ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>Osmanl\u0131, Bat\u0131 medeniyetinin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 teknik \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn, kendi varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in bir tehdit olu\u015fturdu\u011funu fark etti\u011fi 18. y\u00fczy\u0131l ba\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren ondan iktibaslar yapmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Tekni\u011fini alarak kendisini ona kar\u015f\u0131 savunabilece\u011fini sand\u0131. Ama Bat\u0131 maalesef tekni\u011finden \u00f6nce, medeniyet alg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131, yani hukuk ve ahlak nizam\u0131n\u0131 bize dayatt\u0131. Sonunda da Osmanl\u0131 y\u0131k\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, yerine kurulan Cumhuriyet, s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 belli ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z bir T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi kurma ve koruma mecburiyetindeki Atat\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn sabataist ve mason cuntaya kar\u015f\u0131 mazeret ve mahkumiyetini f\u0131rsat bilenler, <strong>A dan Z\u2019ye Bat\u0131 hukukunu getirip T\u00fcrk milletine dayatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r<\/strong>. &nbsp;Fakat yaz\u0131k ki iki y\u00fcz y\u0131l boyunca -Bat\u0131l\u0131 anlamda tashihler yapmak \u00fczere-&nbsp; say\u0131s\u0131z hukuk\u00ee d\u00fczenlemelere giri\u015filmi\u015f olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, T\u00fcrk milleti, i\u00e7inde kendisini bulaca\u011f\u0131, rahata kavu\u015faca\u011f\u0131 milli bir anayasa olu\u015fturamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.&nbsp;\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc yap\u0131lan t\u00fcm d\u00fczenlemelerde <strong>\u00e2mir ruh<\/strong>, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman T\u00fcrk halk\u0131n\u0131n rahat\u0131 ve bekas\u0131 de\u011fil, Bat\u0131n\u0131n bize bi\u00e7ti\u011fi rold\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Maalesef mevcut Anayasam\u0131zdaki <strong>\u2018\u00e2mir ruh\u2019<\/strong> \u0130slam veya T\u00fcrk harc\u0131 de\u011fil, <strong>\u2018ateist Bat\u0131\u2019<\/strong>n\u0131n g\u00fcya ak\u0131lc\u0131 olan AB kriterleri ve kurallar\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eimdi yeniden AB kriterleri endeksli bir Anayasa haz\u0131rlanacaksa ve Anayasan\u0131n <strong>amir ruhu<\/strong> Bat\u0131l\u0131 umdeler olacaksa yeni bir Anayasa yapman\u0131n toplumu aldatmaktan ba\u015fka bir anlam\u0131 olmayacakt\u0131r. \u0130\u015fte 1982 Anayasas\u0131 -evet asker d\u00fczenlemesidir ama- milletin y\u00fczde 92\u2019sinin \u2018evet\u2019ini alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Peygamberimiz, \u201c<strong>benim \u00fcmmetim \u015fer \u00fczere ittifak etmez\u201d<\/strong> (\u0130bni Mace, Fiten) buyurdu\u011funa g\u00f6re bu Anayasa bir t\u00fcr <strong>\u2018icma-\u0131 \u00fcmmet\u2019<\/strong>e mazhar olmu\u015f bir d\u00fczenleme konumundad\u0131r.&nbsp;E\u011fer <strong>\u2018insanlar aldat\u0131ld\u0131lar\u2019<\/strong> diyorsan\u0131z, o takdirde, zalimler ve hainlerce kolayl\u0131kla ve defalarca aldat\u0131lanlar\u0131n \u201c\u015fuurlu m\u00fcmin say\u0131lamayaca\u011f\u0131\u201d hadisini hat\u0131rlamal\u0131d\u0131r.<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u015eu ger\u00e7e\u011fi de asla unutmayal\u0131m ki:<\/p>\n<p>Osmanl\u0131 hukuk d\u00fczeni, kendi \u00e7a\u011f\u0131nda d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en adil ve ileri devlet sistemiydi. O tarihi birikim ve deneyimden \u00f6rnek al\u0131nacak bir\u00e7ok noktalar olabilirdi. Ancak, y\u00fczy\u0131llar \u00f6ncesi \u015fartlar ve ihtiya\u00e7lar i\u00e7in haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f bir hukuk sistemini bug\u00fcn olduk\u00e7a de\u011fi\u015fen ve geli\u015fen standartlara aynen uygulamaya kalk\u0131\u015fmak, b\u00fcy\u00fcyen insana, \u00e7ocukluk elbisesi giydirmeye u\u011fra\u015fmak gibidir. Bizim derdimiz ve gayemiz Osmanl\u0131y\u0131 diriltmek ve takip etmek de\u011fil, o muhte\u015fem medeniyete can ve y\u00f6n veren \u0130slami ve insani d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceyi esas alarak, yeni ve yeterli bir medeniyet modeli \u00fcretmektir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Demem \u015fu ki yap\u0131lacak Anayasada, \u00e2mir olan ruh, \u2018eski ruh\u2019 olacaksa; yani, yeni anayasay\u0131 \u015fekillendirecek ruh, \u0130slam medeniyeti de\u011fil de yine Bat\u0131 medeniyeti umdeleri olacaksa, b\u0131rakal\u0131m eski yasa oldu\u011fu gibi kals\u0131n. Zira Bat\u0131 medeniyeti esasl\u0131 yeni bir Anayasa, \u00f6z\u00fcnde, kesinlikle yeni sorunlar ve yeni \u015feytanl\u0131klar bar\u0131nd\u0131racakt\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>Atat\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn ger\u00e7ek niyetini ve mahiyetini, ancak baz\u0131 mecburiyetlerle tavizler verdi\u011fini anlatan \u015fu konu\u015fmas\u0131, tarihi \u00f6neme sahiptir.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Mustafa Kemal\u2019in Meclis Ba\u015fkan\u0131 olarak \u0130lk Konu\u015fmas\u0131<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Tarih, 24.4.1920.
