H\u00e2lbuki Amerika\u2019da 80 milyon vas\u0131ta bulunmakta ve buna g\u00f6re iki ki\u015fiye bir araba d\u00fc\u015fmektedir. Bu durum bizim bir an evvel oto sanayiine gitmemiz i\u00e7in adeta bizi ikaz etmektedir. Bu as\u0131rda en geri kalm\u0131\u015f memleketlerde bile oto sanayiine gidildi\u011fi bir hakikattir. Zira beynelmilel bir toplant\u0131da, memleketinde oto sanayii bulunmayan bir delege gayet \u00e7ekingen ve \u00fcrkek konu\u015fur. Oto sanayiini yaln\u0131z iktisadi bak\u0131mdan m\u00fctalaa etmemek laz\u0131md\u0131r. Bunun yan\u0131nda bir de, siyasi taraf\u0131 vard\u0131r. B\u00f6yle bir sanayi kurmaya te\u015febb\u00fcs ederken, elbette \u00e7e\u015fitli tenkitlere maruz kal\u0131nacakt\u0131r, fakat ilgililerin bug\u00fcn hi\u00e7 \u00e7ekinmeden, korkmadan T\u00fcrk g\u00fcc\u00fcne, T\u00fcrk m\u00fchendisine g\u00fcvenle bakmalar\u0131 yerinde olur. Halen memleketimizde 180 bin Sanat Okulu mezunu, iki bin m\u00fchendis ve 100 bin kadar makinist, teknisyen ve usta vard\u0131r. Halen memleketimizde 188 makine m\u00fchendisi, 180 bin sanat okulu mezunu, 90 bin makinist, teknisyen ve usta g\u00f6revlidir.
