Zorunlu ilk\u00f6\u011fretim \u00e7a\u011f\u0131, 6-13 ya\u015f grubundaki \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 kapsayacak; Kur&#8217;an-\u0131 Kerim ve Hz. Peygamberimizin (SAV) hayat\u0131, ortaokul ve liselerde se\u00e7meli ders olarak okutulacakt\u0131. \u0130lk\u00f6\u011fretim kurumlar\u0131 tan\u0131mlan\u0131rken, \u201cimam hatip ortaokullar\u0131\u201d da bu tan\u0131mda yer alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Ortaokullar ile imam hatip ortaokullar\u0131nda; lise e\u011fitimini destekleyecek \u015fekilde \u00f6\u011frencilerin yetenek, geli\u015fim ve tercihlerine g\u00f6re se\u00e7meli dersler olu\u015fturulacakt\u0131.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">Yeni Yasan\u0131n Kurallar\u0131 <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>E\u011fitim art\u0131k 8 de\u011fil 12 y\u0131l <b>\u201czorunlu\u201d <\/b>olacakt\u0131. Yani, yasan\u0131n uygulamaya girdi\u011fi y\u0131ldan itibaren okullarda sadece lise bitirenler mezun olacak, 8 y\u0131l\u0131 bitirmek diplomaya hak kazanmak anlam\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131mayacakt\u0131.<\/li>\n<li>Zorunluluk s\u00fcresi 12 y\u0131la \u00e7\u0131kan e\u011fitim 4\u2019er y\u0131ll\u0131k 3 kademe halinde uygulanacakt\u0131.<\/li>\n<li>E\u011fer yasan\u0131n 2012-13 \u00f6\u011frenim y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren uygulanmas\u0131na karar verilirse, bu y\u0131l\u0131n Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda 72 ay\u0131 doldurmu\u015f olan \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n ilkokula yazd\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 zorunlu k\u0131l\u0131nacakt\u0131.<\/li>\n<li>Yine yasa 2012-13\u2019de devreye girecekse, ayn\u0131 y\u0131l ilk\u00f6\u011fretimin 8. veya daha alt s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131na devam edeceklerin liseye de devam\u0131 zorunlu olacak, okuldan ayr\u0131l\u0131namayacak, diploma al\u0131namayacakt\u0131.<\/li>\n<li>Yasa 2012-13\u2019de devreye girecekse, bu y\u0131l ilk\u00f6\u011fretim d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131n\u0131ftan be\u015finci s\u0131n\u0131fa ge\u00e7enler Eyl\u00fcl\u2019den itibaren \u201c<b>ortaokul<\/b>\u201d \u00f6\u011frencisi olacaklard\u0131. Yok yasan\u0131n uygulamas\u0131 2013-14\u2019e b\u0131rak\u0131lacaksa, bu y\u0131l ilkokul 3. s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 bitiren \u00f6\u011frenciler, gelecek y\u0131l yabanc\u0131 okullar\u0131n ortaokul b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerine girebilmek i\u00e7in s\u0131nava kat\u0131lacakt\u0131.<\/li>\n<li>Yasa uygulamaya girdi\u011finde \u201c<b>ortaokul<\/b>\u201d \u00f6\u011frencisi olacaklar, isterlerse baz\u0131 se\u00e7meli ders paketlerine kat\u0131lacakt\u0131. Bu paketler i\u00e7inde i\u00e7eri\u011fi ve ismi belli sadece iki ders yasada vard\u0131: Kuran\u2019\u0131 Kerim ve Peygamberin Hayat\u0131. Geri kalanlar\u0131n ne olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 sonradan duyuracakt\u0131.<\/li>\n<li>Ortaokul \u00f6\u011frencileri, baz\u0131 mesleki ve teknik paketleri se\u00e7mi\u015f olsalar dahi \u00e7\u0131rakl\u0131k programlar\u0131na kat\u0131lmayacakt\u0131. \u00c7\u0131rakl\u0131k ancak lise a\u015famas\u0131nda m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olacakt\u0131.<\/li>\n<li>Yasa, se\u00e7meli ders paketlerinin yolun bir yerinde de\u011fi\u015ftirilebilece\u011fini, bir se\u00e7imden vazge\u00e7ilebilece\u011fini s\u00f6yl\u00fcyordu ama bunun bi\u00e7imini ve kriterlerini bakanl\u0131k koyacakt\u0131.<\/li>\n<li>Yasa, se\u00e7meli derslerin not ortalamas\u0131na katk\u0131s\u0131 hakk\u0131nda hi\u00e7bir \u015fey s\u00f6ylemiyordu. Bunu da bakanl\u0131k tasarlayacakt\u0131. Bu, belki de en kritik konuyu olu\u015fturmaktayd\u0131.<\/li>\n<li>Ortaokulu bitirenler, d\u00f6rt y\u0131ll\u0131k liseye ge\u00e7i\u015fte, mezun olduklar\u0131 pakete uygun okullara al\u0131nacakt\u0131. Lise seviyesindeki okullar\u0131n m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olan b\u00fct\u00fcn genel paketleri sunabilmesi isteniyordu ama konu teknik e\u011fitim olunca o t\u00fcr paketler uzmanla\u015fm\u0131\u015f okullar da olacakt\u0131. Bunu ve teknik e\u011fitimin i\u015fleyi\u015f bi\u00e7imini yine bakanl\u0131k ayarlayacakt\u0131.<\/li>\n<li>\u00d6rne\u011fin engellilere verilen \u201cevde e\u011fitim\u201d veya \u201c<b>kayna\u015ft\u0131rma e\u011fitimi<\/b>\u201d gibi \u00f6zellikli e\u011fitimin nas\u0131l sunulaca\u011f\u0131, sunumda bir de\u011fi\u015fiklik olup olmayaca\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/li>\n<li>Yasan\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girmesiyle birlikte T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ortalama e\u011fitim s\u00fcresi uzayacakt\u0131. Ama \u00f6zellikle lise seviyesinde yak\u0131n zaman i\u00e7inde ciddi bir derslik ve \u00f6\u011fretmen a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131 olu\u015facakt\u0131; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc art\u0131k ayn\u0131 ilk\u00f6\u011fretimde oldu\u011fu gibi lisede de hedef y\u00fczde 100 okulla\u015fma oran\u0131 olacakt\u0131. Bu orana yakla\u015f\u0131lacak olursa da derslik ve \u00f6\u011fretmen a\u00e7\u0131klar\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kacakt\u0131.<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\" title=\"\"><\/a><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">[1]<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 16pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">4+4+4\u2019le \u201c\u0130kili E\u011fitim\u201d Tekrar Ba\u015flayacakt\u0131.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">Kanuna g\u00f6re Eyl\u00fcl sonu itibariyle 5 ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 tamamlay\u0131p 6 ya\u015f\u0131ndan g\u00fcn alanlar\u0131n zorunlu ilk\u00f6\u011fretim \u00e7a\u011f\u0131na girmi\u015f say\u0131laca\u011f\u0131ndan 1 milyon 250 bin civar\u0131nda yeni ilave \u00f6\u011frenci al\u0131nacakt\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">B\u00fct\u00fcn il m\u00fcd\u00fcrlerine, ayn\u0131 mahalledeki bir ilk\u00f6\u011fretim okulunu ilkokul, di\u011ferini ortaokul olarak ay\u0131rmalar\u0131 talimat\u0131 yollanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bina ay\u0131rma b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fehirlerde kolayd\u0131r, ama yerle\u015fim yeri k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcld\u00fck\u00e7e, birden fazla ilkokul olmayan yerler vard\u0131r. Orada da ortaokul \u00f6\u011frencileri sabah\u00e7\u0131, ilkokul \u00f6\u011frencileri de \u00f6\u011flenci olarak okumak zorunda kalacakt\u0131r. Yani ikili e\u011fitim yayg\u0131nla\u015facakt\u0131r. Bu y\u0131l 8. s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 bitirenler otomatik olarak liseye kay\u0131t olaca\u011f\u0131ndan, bunun lise 1\u2019inci s\u0131n\u0131flarda ilk\u00f6\u011fretim 1\u2019lerdeki gibi \u00f6\u011frenci say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131racakt\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 16pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">Hafif m\u00fcfredat uygulanacakt\u0131<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">1. s\u0131n\u0131flara anas\u0131n\u0131f\u0131yla 1. s\u0131n\u0131f m\u00fcfredat\u0131n\u0131n harmanlanmas\u0131yla elde edilmi\u015f daha hafif bir m\u00fcfredat uygulanacak, ya\u015f fark\u0131 olan \u00f6\u011frencilerin ayr\u0131lmas\u0131 \u201c\u00e7ok gerekli say\u0131lmayacakt\u0131r.\u201d \u201cBu sene ilkokul 1. s\u0131n\u0131fa ba\u015flayacak \u00f6\u011frenci say\u0131s\u0131 \u00e7ok ciddi artaca\u011f\u0131ndan \u015fube say\u0131s\u0131 da \u00e7o\u011falacak.\u201d 5. s\u0131n\u0131ftaki s\u0131n\u0131f \u00f6\u011fretmenleri orada kullan\u0131lacakt\u0131r. \u00d6\u011fretmen a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131f de\u011fil bran\u015f \u00f6\u011fretmenlerinde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kacakt\u0131r. Yeni konulan se\u00e7meli dersler dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u201cKur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim ve Hz. Peygamberimiz\u201din hayat\u0131 dersleriyle ilgili olu\u015facakt\u0131r. Kesintisiz e\u011fitimin kald\u0131r\u0131larak, yerine sahas\u0131nda ehil, dindar bir neslin yeti\u015ftirilmesini hedefleyen kesintili e\u011fitime ge\u00e7i\u015f; \u015firk, zul\u00fcm, imans\u0131zl\u0131k, ahlaks\u0131zl\u0131k ve her t\u00fcrl\u00fc cehalet batakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kurutmaya y\u00f6nelik ilk ad\u0131md\u0131r. Ana hayat Yasam\u0131z Kur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim\u2019in ve e\u015fsiz Liderimiz, ba\u015f\u00f6\u011fretmenimiz ve Sevgili Peygamberimiz Hz. Muhammed (s.a.v) Efendimiz\u2019in hayat\u0131 ve m\u00fccadelesini i\u00e7eren Siyer kitaplar\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm okullarda tercihli ders olarak okutulmas\u0131, sevindirici, ama yeterli olmayan bir ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7t\u0131r.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt; line-height: 150%;\"><strong><i><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">\u201cEy Peygamber! Han\u0131mlar\u0131na, k\u0131zlar\u0131na ve b\u00fct\u00fcn m\u00fc\u2019minlerin han\u0131mlar\u0131na; (Toplum i\u00e7ine veya kendilerine nik\u00e2h d\u00fc\u015fen namahremlerin yanlar\u0131na) \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131klar\u0131nda tenlerini g\u00f6stermeyen, v\u00fccut hatlar\u0131n\u0131 belli etmeyen elbiselerini giyerek \u00e7\u0131kmalar\u0131 hususundaki \u00f6rt\u00fc emrimi duyur. Allah \u00e7ok ba\u011f\u0131\u015flay\u0131c\u0131 ve engin merhamet sahibidir.<\/span><\/i><\/strong><span class=\"mnb\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\"> (Ahzab S.59)\u201d \u0130lahi mesaj\u0131na uyularak t\u00fcm resmi dairelerde ve okullar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n tamam\u0131nda da keyfi ve \u00e7a\u011fd\u0131\u015f\u0131 tesett\u00fcr (\u00f6rt\u00fc) yasa\u011f\u0131 art\u0131k kald\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r\u2026<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt;\"><span class=\"mnb\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">\u2026\u0130mam Hatip Liselerindeki \u00f6rt\u00fc yasa\u011f\u0131n\u0131 h\u00fck\u00fcmeti kurdu\u011fu hafta kald\u0131rtan bug\u00fcnk\u00fc iktidar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 tebrik ediyoruz. Anayasa referandumunun sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 haklarla da, \u00fcniversitelerde y\u0131llarca devam eden keyfi \u00f6rt\u00fc yasa\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da ge\u00e7en sene kald\u0131rmay\u0131, Allah\u2019\u0131n (cc) l\u00fctfuyla g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi ak\u0131ll\u0131 siyaset ve sab\u0131r sayesinde ba\u015faran iktidar\u0131m\u0131za yeni haklar i\u00e7in <\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">\u201cdurmak ve yorulmak yok, yola devam<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"mnb\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">!\u201d diyoruz.<\/span><\/span><a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\" title=\"\"><\/a><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">[3]<\/span><\/span><span class=\"mnb\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">\u201d <\/span><\/span><span class=\"mnb\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">diyen \u015eevki Y\u0131lmaz, ya yeni e\u011fitim d\u00fczenlemesinin perde arkas\u0131n\u0131 bilmiyor, \u201ccahil cesur olur\u201d cinsinden palavra s\u0131k\u0131yordu veya M\u00fcsl\u00fcman halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 aldatmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yordu.<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt;\"><span class=\"mnb\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">4+4+4\u2019\u00fcn Perde arkas\u0131<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt;\"><span class=\"mnb\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 13pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">1<\/span><\/b><\/span><span class=\"mnb\"><span style=\"font-size: 13pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">-Bu yeni e\u011fitim Kanunuyla, \u201cDin K\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ve Ahlak Bilgisi\u201d dersi mecburi olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131l\u0131yordu. 12 Eyl\u00fcl sonras\u0131 Anayasaya konulan ve Kenan Pa\u015fa\u2019ya d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ba\u015f nedenini olu\u015fturan bu kanuna, dinsiz \u00e7evrelerin b\u00fct\u00fcn tepki ve taleplerine ra\u011fmen dokunulam\u0131yordu. \u015eimdi Avrupa Birli\u011finin \u00e7ok \u0131srarc\u0131 talimatlar\u0131 sonucu, AKP h\u00fck\u00fcmeti <b><i>\u201c4+4+4 d\u00fczenlemesiyle, \u0130mam-Hatiplerin orta k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131yoruz ve Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131 Kerim\u2019i se\u00e7meli ders yap\u0131yoruz\u201d<\/i><\/b> k\u0131l\u0131f\u0131 ve kahramanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda, Din e\u011fitimini mecbur k\u0131lan anayasa maddesini ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131yordu. Yani din \u00f6\u011fretimi ve manevi e\u011fitim sahas\u0131nda bir kazan\u0131m sa\u011flanm\u0131yor, tam aksine geri ad\u0131m at\u0131l\u0131yor ve 12 Eyl\u00fcl 1980 \u00f6ncesine d\u00f6n\u00fcl\u00fcyordu.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt;\"><span class=\"mnb\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 13pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">2<\/span><\/b><\/span><span class=\"mnb\"><span style=\"font-size: 13pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">-Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n ilk a\u015famas\u0131 olan \u201cG\u00fcneydo\u011fu\u2019ya \u00f6zerklik\u201d plan\u0131 gere\u011fi, \u201cE\u011fitimin K\u00fcrt\u00e7e yap\u0131lmas\u0131\u201dna zemin haz\u0131rlamak ve me\u015fruiyet kazand\u0131rmak \u00fczere <b><i>\u201cOkullarda se\u00e7meli ders olarak K\u00fcrt\u00e7e\u2019yi okutman\u0131n\u201d <\/i><\/b>\u00f6n\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131yordu. Ve zaten bu konuda Ba\u015fbakan\u0131n \u00f6zel temsilcisi s\u0131fat\u0131yla Oslo\u2019da PKK ile g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fen, ard\u0131ndan M\u0130T M\u00fcste\u015farl\u0131\u011f\u0131na getirilen Hakan Fidan\u2019\u0131n, PKK yetkililerine ve AB g\u00f6revlilerine, Sn. Recep T.
