Konu\u015fma ve duygular\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 payla\u015fma arac\u0131 olan D\u0130L, Y\u00fcce Yarat\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n insanlara bah\u015fetti\u011fi en \u00f6nemli fazilet ve meziyetlerin ba\u015f\u0131nda gelir. Konu\u015fulan dilleri insanlar kendileri tasarlay\u0131p meydana getirmi\u015f de\u011fildir. Farkl\u0131 kavimlerin ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 co\u011frafi \u015fartlara uygun de\u011fi\u015fik renk ve bi\u00e7imlerde yarat\u0131lmalar\u0131 gibi ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 \u201cD\u0130L\u201dleri onlara ilham eden de yine Rabbimizdir ve bu Allah\u2019\u0131n hikmet ve ibret ayetlerinden birisidir. (Bak: Rum 22. ayet) Evet, insanlara, dil icat etmekten ziyade, kendi dillerini geli\u015ftirmek, sistemle\u015ftirmek, devlet ve medeniyet dili haline getirmek f\u0131rsat\u0131 verilmi\u015ftir. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 14.2pt;\"><b><i><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">\u201c(Allah) \u0130nsan\u0131 halk etmi\u015f ve ona beyan\u0131 (ileti\u015fim kurmay\u0131 ve duygular\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015fkalar\u0131na anlatmay\u0131) \u00f6\u011fretmi\u015ftir\u201d. (Rahman Suresi 4. ayet)<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 14.2pt;\"><b><i><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">\u201cBiz hi\u00e7bir El\u00e7i\u2019yi, kendi kavminin dilinden ba\u015fkas\u0131yla g\u00f6ndermedik ki, onlara (ilahi ger\u00e7ekleri ve insani g\u00f6revlerini) apa\u00e7\u0131k beyan edip (anlatabilsin)\u201d (\u0130brahim Suresi 4. ayet)<\/span><\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\"> ayeti de, her \u00fclkede gerekli ve ge\u00e7erli olan resmi dili \u00e7ok g\u00fczel ve d\u00fczg\u00fcn konu\u015fmak l\u00fczumuna i\u015faret etmektedir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 14.2pt;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">Asla unutulmas\u0131n ki, bir toplumu millet yapan ve birbirine ba\u011flay\u0131p g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc, onurlu ve huzurlu k\u0131lan \u00f6\u011felerin en \u00f6nemli ilk ikisi; D\u0130N birli\u011fi ile D\u0130L birli\u011fidir. Dil insanl\u0131k tarihiyle birlikte meydana gelmi\u015f ve devam etmi\u015f tabii bir ihtiyac\u0131n eseri ve \u00f6\u011fesidir.<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\"> Bu nedenle, dillerin yozla\u015fmas\u0131, bozulmas\u0131 ve k\u0131s\u0131rla\u015fmas\u0131, toplumun k\u00fclt\u00fcr seviyesini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrecek ve medeniyet s\u00fcrecini k\u00f6rletecektir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc insanlar, ancak konu\u015fup yazabildikleri D\u0130L seviyesinde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretebilecektir. Ba\u015fkalar\u0131yla do\u011fru ve doyurucu ileti\u015fim kurabilmeleri de, yine ancak konu\u015fup yazabildikleri dilin zenginli\u011fi ve g\u00fczelli\u011fi sayesindedir. Dil sadece ileti\u015fimin de\u011fil, ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131 olumlu bi\u00e7imde etkilemenin ve y\u00f6nlendirmenin de en \u00f6nemli arac\u0131 olma \u00f6zelli\u011fine sahiptir. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 14.2pt;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">T\u00fcrk\u00e7eyi g\u00fczel ve do\u011fru konu\u015fman\u0131n \u00f6nemi:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 14.2pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; font-size: 10pt;\">T\u00fcrk\u00e7emiz, ayn\u0131 zamanda binlerce y\u0131ll\u0131k inan\u00e7 ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr de\u011ferlerimizin ve medeniyet birikimlerimizin \u201ckod\u201dlar\u0131n\u0131 ve \u015fifrelerini \u00f6z\u00fcnde ta\u015f\u0131yan kelime hazinemiz ve ortak zihnimizdir. Dil, bilgisayar gibi sadece bilgilerin y\u00fcklendi\u011fi bir depo de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda yeni bilgilerin ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerin \u00fcretildi\u011fi, eski bilgilerin tazelenip g\u00fcncel ihtiya\u00e7 ve ama\u00e7lara uygun sentezlendi\u011fi bir ifade ve ileti\u015fim sistemidir. Yani insan\u0131n kelime hazinesi ve T\u00fcrk\u00e7eye h\u00e2kimiyeti, onun d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve de\u011ferlendirme seviyesinin de g\u00f6stergesidir. Ama bug\u00fcn maalesef \u00fcniversite mezunlar\u0131 bile Atat\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn Nutkunu anlayamaz ve dedesinin hat\u0131ralar\u0131n\u0131 okuyamaz hale getirilmi\u015ftir. Gerekli ve yeterli bilgi \u00fcretmenin ve yeni beceriler ve ke\u015fifler geli\u015ftirmenin vazge\u00e7ilmez iki unsuru: zengin bir dil hazinesi ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme, zihnetme ve mant\u0131k y\u00fcr\u00fctme yetene\u011fidir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 10pt;\">Mahalli \u015fiveler ve b\u00f6lgesel leh\u00e7elerle, duygu ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerimizi ifade etme imk\u00e2n\u0131 k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131 hale gelmekte, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla beynimiz k\u0131s\u0131r bir ileti\u015fime mahk\u00fbm edilmektedir.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><b><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\"><\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">T\u00fcrk\u00e7emizi mahalli \u015fivelerle konu\u015fmak, ortak ileti\u015fim arac\u0131m\u0131z ve Milli kayna\u015fma kayna\u011f\u0131m\u0131z olan dilimizi birbirimize yabanc\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmakta ve maalesef Bat\u0131l\u0131 Do\u011fuluyla, Akdenizli Karadenizli ile anla\u015famaz duruma gelmektedir.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><b><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\"><\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">B\u00f6lgesel \u015five ve leh\u00e7eler, d\u0131\u015f g\u00fc\u00e7ler taraf\u0131ndan bir ayr\u0131\u015fma vesilesi olarak te\u015fvik edilmektedir. \u00d6zellikle Do\u011fu ve G\u00fcneydo\u011fu b\u00f6lgemizdeki K\u00fcrt k\u00f6kenli karde\u015flerimiz T\u00fcrk\u00e7eyi kendilerine \u00f6zg\u00fc bir \u015fiveyle konu\u015farak, bu leh\u00e7eyi PKK\u2019n\u0131n ve sivil uzant\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n bir parolas\u0131 ve birbirini tan\u0131ma vas\u0131tas\u0131 gibi kullanma e\u011filimindedir.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><b><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\"><\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">Filmlerde, dizilerde, tiyatro sahnelerinde, hatta kitap ve gazete dilinde, \u201cDo\u011fu \u015fivesi, Karadeniz \u015fivesi, Ege \u015fivesi, Trakya \u015fivesi, \u0130\u00e7 Anadolu \u015fivesi, Elaz\u0131\u011f-Erzurum leh\u00e7esi\u201d s\u00fcrekli ve sistemli \u015fekilde g\u00fcndeme getirilmek suretiyle, hatta daha da ileri giderek \u201cK\u00fcrt\u00e7enin, Laz dilinin, \u00c7erkezcenin\u201d resmi e\u011fitim dili olmas\u0131 talepleriyle ve \u201cmasumane bir insan hakk\u0131\u201d g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fcyle, Milli birlik ve dirli\u011fimiz dinamitlenmek istenmektedir.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\"><\/span><\/b><b><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">Bu tehlikeyi frenleyip \u00f6nlemek \u00fczere:<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; Hikmet ve hakikat rehberi y\u00fcksek d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceler, \u00f6rnek ve orijinal projeler, ancak, do\u011fru, zengin ve doyurucu bir anadil ikliminde ve zemininde \u00e7i\u00e7ek a\u00e7abilir. Biz, e\u011fer bilimi ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce sistemini T\u00dcRK\u00c7E \u00fcretip, T\u00dcRK\u00c7E ifade edemiyorsak, biz o bilgi ve becerinin ger\u00e7ek sahipleri de\u011filiz demektir. Bir insan\u0131n yabanc\u0131 ve yayg\u0131n \u0130ngilizce gibi dilleri \u00f6\u011frenmesi, elbette onun ufuklar\u0131n\u0131 ve d\u00fcnyaya ula\u015fma imk\u00e2nlar\u0131n\u0131 geni\u015fletecektir. Bu, \u015fu anlama gelmektedir: S\u00f6zc\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn c\u00fcmle i\u00e7indeki konumu, ona yeni bir anlam kazand\u0131r\u0131verir. Bir c\u00fcmlenin \u00f6znesinin &#8220;Mehmet&#8221; oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnelim. Bu c\u00fcmlede &#8220;Mehmet&#8221; yerine &#8220;o, arkada\u015f\u0131m, karde\u015fim, bizim yaramaz&#8221; s\u00f6zc\u00fcklerini kullanabiliriz. Dilimiz bize, c\u00fcmlede bulunan bir s\u00f6zc\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn yerini alabilecek ba\u015fka s\u00f6zc\u00fck listesi sunacak kadar zengindir. Bu listeye se\u00e7me ekseni ad\u0131 verilmektedir.
