Bizim i\u00e7in <b><i>\u201ckutsal devlet\u201d<\/i><\/b> yerine <b><i>\u201csosyal devlet\u201d<\/i><\/b> esast\u0131r. Bizim tercihimiz \u201cgardiyan devlet\u201d de\u011fil \u201cgarson devlet\u201d anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131d\u0131r. Ancak, milletin ve onu olu\u015fturan fertlerin huzur ve refah\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak, her t\u00fcrl\u00fc h\u00fcrriyet ve haklar\u0131n\u0131 korumak i\u00e7in de; kuvvetli, adil ve g\u00fcvenilir bir devlet d\u00fczenine ve disiplinine ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 14.2pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">Bu konuyu: <b><i>\u201cYumurta m\u0131 tavuk yapmak i\u00e7in laz\u0131m, yoksa tavuk mu yumurta yapmak i\u00e7in laz\u0131m?\u201d<\/i><\/b> mecras\u0131na sokmak yanl\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ve yarars\u0131zd\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 14.2pt;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">Devlet v\u00fccudumuz, millet ise ruhumuz konumundad\u0131r ve her ikisi de birbirleri i\u00e7in ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz ihtiya\u00e7t\u0131r.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 14.2pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">Bug\u00fcn AKP iktidar\u0131yla ve tabi Ha\u00e7l\u0131 Bat\u0131n\u0131n (ABD ve AB\u2019nin) karar\u0131 ve k\u0131\u015fk\u0131rtmas\u0131yla ve g\u00fcya toplumu olu\u015fturan fertlerin ve etnisitenin demokratik talepleri ve bireylerin \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckleri ad\u0131na, devletin g\u00fcc\u00fc daralt\u0131lmaya ve millet da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmaya, b\u00f6ylece milli birlik ve dirlik par\u00e7alanmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 14.2pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de devlet (daha do\u011frusu devlete h\u00e2kim olan rejim ve ideoloji) uzun y\u0131llar, K\u00fcrt karde\u015flerimizi horlayan, yok sayan ve d\u0131\u015f g\u00fc\u00e7lerce k\u0131\u015fk\u0131rt\u0131lmaya yol a\u00e7an, yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131k ve haks\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131 maalesef yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Merak etti\u011fimden soruyorum. Devlet kutsal m\u0131d\u0131r peki? Yani devlet hi\u00e7 yanl\u0131\u015f yapmaz m\u0131? E\u011fer yapm\u0131yorsa, dini hassasiyeti olan insan\u0131m\u0131z neden devletin ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc ile ilgili yasa\u011f\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 durdu, neden Erbakan Hoca 40 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 sistemin yanl\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczeltmeye adad\u0131?\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\" title=\"\"><\/a><b><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">[1]<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 14.2pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">Tespitlerinde de, maalesef k\u0131\u015fk\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131 ve do\u011frularla yanl\u0131\u015flar\u0131 kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 bir tarz\u0131n sakatl\u0131\u011f\u0131 vard\u0131r. BDP ve PKK\u2019n\u0131n cinayet ve h\u0131yanetlerine kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kan herkesi MHP\u2019ye toleransl\u0131 olmakla su\u00e7lamak ve sanki AKP ve CHP\u2019nin fark\u0131 varm\u0131\u015f gibi bir hava olu\u015fturmak bizzat devletimize, \u00fclke b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcze, milli birlik ve dirli\u011fimize kasteden bir ter\u00f6r \u015febekesine mazeret ve me\u015fruiyet kazand\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Evet, <b>\u201cDevlet kutsal bir ama\u00e7\u201d<\/b> de\u011fil, ama <b>\u201cBa\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k ve bekam\u0131z i\u00e7in ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz bir ara\u00e7t\u0131r.\u201d<\/b> Biz Milli G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00e7\u00fcler nazar\u0131nda devlet, tabi ki, <b>\u201cmukaddes mesele\u201d <\/b>de\u011fil, ama <b>\u201claz\u0131m m\u00fcessese\u201d<\/b>dir, yani, mutlaka tesis ve te\u015fkil edilmesi gereken bir kurum konumundad\u0131r. Peygamberimizin Devlet Esas\u0131 ve Medine Anayasas\u0131:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 14.2pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">Sahih-i Buhari\u2019de Hz. Peygamber&#8217;in (sav) Medine\u2019ye hicretten hemen sonra M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n n\u00fcfusunun say\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 emretti\u011fi kay\u0131tl\u0131d\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 kayna\u011fa g\u00f6re, 1500 isimlik bir liste haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. S\u00f6z konusu say\u0131ma kad\u0131nlar ve \u00e7ocuklar kat\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 14.2pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">Mekke&#8217;den \u0130ki y\u00fcz ailenin hicret etti\u011fini varsayarsak, Muhacirlerin toplam say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k be\u015f y\u00fcz civar\u0131nda oldu\u011fu anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r. Bu listeye Medineli M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar da al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hem umulmad\u0131k, hem de \u015fa\u015f\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131 nitelikteki bu hadise, devlet anayasas\u0131 haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131yd\u0131. Bir anayasaya neden gerek g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 14.2pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">Kurey\u015flilerin zulm\u00fc y\u00fcz\u00fcnden Mekke M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131 Medine&#8217;ye hicret etmek zorunda kalm\u0131\u015f ve daha sonra Peygamber (sav) de onlara kat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Kurey\u015fliler d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131klar\u0131ndan vazge\u00e7selerdi, M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede can ve mal kay\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131, yurtlar\u0131ndan s\u00fcrg\u00fcnde bulunmalar\u0131n\u0131 unutabilirler, Medine&#8217;de yeni bir hayata ba\u015flayabilirlerdi. Fakat Mekke Kurey\u015flileri onlar\u0131 rahat b\u0131rakmad\u0131. Zul\u00fcm saltanat\u0131n\u0131 y\u0131kmaktan korktuklar\u0131 Hz. Peygamberi (sav) ellerinden ka\u00e7\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcnce \u00e7\u0131lg\u0131na d\u00f6nen Mekke m\u00fc\u015frikleri Medine vatanda\u015flar\u0131na bir mektup yazarak, onlar\u0131n topraklar\u0131na s\u0131\u011f\u0131nan d\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131n\u0131n ya kovulmas\u0131n\u0131 ya \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclmesini, aksi takdirde Kurey\u015flilerin &#8220;gerekeni yapacaklar\u0131\u201d konusunda uyarm\u0131\u015flard\u0131.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 14.2pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">Medineli M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n bu isteklerin hi\u00e7birisini kabul edemeyece\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. B\u00f6yle bir durumda sorunlar ve zorluklar \u00e7ok fazlad\u0131r.
