oldu\u011fu Padi\u015fah\u2019\u0131n (Sultan Vahdettin Han\u2019\u0131n) huzuruna \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p: <em>\u201cSadrazam Damat Ferit Pa\u015fa\u2019n\u0131n liyakatsizli\u011fi ve gev\u015fekli\u011fi nedeniyle, kurtulu\u015f hamlelerini engelledi\u011fini ve bu nedenle g\u00f6revine son verilmesi gerekti\u011fini\u201d<\/em> s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor ve Sultan Vahdettin, Onun bu teklifini kabul ediyor ve eni\u015ftesini azlediyordu. Yani; Sultan Vahdettin\u2019le Mustafa Kemal aras\u0131nda b\u00f6ylesine yak\u0131n bir g\u00fcven ili\u015fkisi kurulmu\u015f bulunuyordu. Bu nedenle Sultan Vahdettin, <em>\u201cSakarya\u2019n\u0131n do\u011fusundaki b\u00fct\u00fcn vatan sath\u0131nda; Vali, Kaymakam ve Komutan gibi asker ve sivil t\u00fcm g\u00f6revlileri, tayin ve terfi ettirmek ve g\u00f6revine son vermek gibi ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc yetkilerle,\u201d<\/em> Mustafa Kemal\u2019i Anadolu\u2019ya g\u00f6nderiyordu. Ve zaten Mustafa Kemal, Havza\u2019dan; Padi\u015fah\u2019a, Sadrazam\u2019a, \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri, D\u0131\u015fi\u015fleri ve Milli Savunma (Harbiye Naz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131) Bakanlar\u0131na; <em>\u201cVerilen g\u00f6revinin ba\u015f\u0131nda oldu\u011funu\u201d<\/em> bildiren telgraflar \u00e7ekiyordu. Yani, uydurma tarihin ve yalanc\u0131 tarih\u00e7ilerin iddia etti\u011fi gibi; <em>\u201cK\u00f6hne bir vapurla ve ka\u00e7ak olarak!?\u201d<\/em> \u0130stanbul\u2019dan ayr\u0131l\u0131p Samsun\u2019a \u00e7\u0131km\u0131yordu.<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Mustafa Kemal 30 Nisan 1919 tarihli, H\u00fck\u00fcmet karar\u0131 ve Sultan Vahdettin onayl\u0131 <\/strong><strong><em>\u201c9. Ordu K\u0131taat\u0131 M\u00fcfetti\u015fli\u011fi\u201d<\/em><\/strong><strong> gibi askeri ve sivil y\u00f6neticiler \u00fczerinde etkiler ve yetkiler sahibi donan\u0131m\u0131yla Samsun\u2019a yollan\u0131yordu. Bu durum 5 May\u0131s 1919 tarihli <\/strong><strong>Takvim-i Vekayi<\/strong><strong>\u2019de yay\u0131mlan\u0131yordu.<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Milli M\u00fccadele&#8217;nin, Sivas&#8217;ta \u00e7\u0131kan ilk yay\u0131n organ\u0131 &#8220;\u0130r\u00e2de-i Milliye&#8221; gazetesini; bir grup \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi elbirli\u011fi etmek suretiyle Latin harflerine \u00e7eviriyor, Buruciye Yay\u0131nlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan Osmanl\u0131ca orijinaliyle birlikte 2007 y\u0131l\u0131nda yay\u0131nlan\u0131yordu. <\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>14 Eyl\u00fcl 1919 tarihli n\u00fcshada, \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bulunan ve uyduruk tarih\u00e7ileri yalanlayan bir telgraf yer al\u0131yordu. \u00c7eken; <em>&#8220;3. Ordu M\u00fcfetti\u015fi, Yaver-i Hazret-i \u015eehriyarileri Mustafa Kemal&#8221;,<\/em> \u00e7ekilen ki\u015fi &#8220;Zat-\u0131 \u015eahane&#8221; yani Sultan Vahdettin, \u00e7ekildi\u011fi yer ise Havza oluyordu. Tarih 14 Haziran 1919\u2019u g\u00f6steriyordu. <\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Bu telgrafta Mustafa Kemal Pa\u015fa, Padi\u015faha son g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerini hat\u0131rlat\u0131yor ve \u015f\u00f6yle diyordu: <em>\u201cHuzurdayken \u0130zmir&#8217;in i\u015fgali kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda \u2018pek mahzun olan\u2019 kalbinizin \u2018bu nokta-i nec\u00e2ta ait ilhamat\u0131\u2019n\u0131, yani; \u00fclkenin, sizin \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fczde mill\u00ee mukaddes bir kudretle kurtulaca\u011f\u0131na dair verdi\u011finiz ilhamlar\u0131 \u015fu an gibi hat\u0131rl\u0131yorum. Sizin \u2018ilk\u00e2\u2019n\u0131zdan, yani \u015eemseddin Sami&#8217;nin \u2018Kamus-i T\u00fcrk\u00ee\u2019sine bak\u0131l\u0131rsa; benim fikrimi \u00e7elmenizden ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m iman\u0131n azmiyle g\u00f6revime devam ediyorum!\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ancak; telgraf\u0131n bu \u015feklini ba\u015fka kaynaklarda bulabilece\u011finizi san\u0131yorsan\u0131z, aldan\u0131yorsunuz. \u201cNutuk\u201d dahil di\u011fer kaynaklarda; <em>\u201cilk\u00e2\u201d<\/em> kelimesinin <em>\u201cdilhah\u201d<\/em>a d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6r\u00fcp hayrete d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyorsunuz (mesela; \u201cAtat\u00fcrk&#8217;\u00fcn B\u00fct\u00fcn Eserleri\u201d, c. 2, s. 375). Me\u011fer, Atat\u00fcrk&#8217;\u00fcn kendi s\u00f6zleri de zamanla kitab\u0131na uydurulmu\u015ftu! <\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Peki, sonradan tamamen unutulacak olan bu &#8220;fikir \u00e7elme&#8221; hadisesi neyin nesiydi? Ona dair de baz\u0131 ipu\u00e7lar\u0131 bulabiliyoruz ayn\u0131 telgrafta. Mustafa Kemal Pa\u015fa, Samsun&#8217;a \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131ktan bir ay kadar sonra, \u015fu ger\u00e7e\u011fi itiraf ediyordu: <\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>\u201c\u0130stanbul&#8217;da iken milletin bu kadar kuvvetli ve az vakitte felaketlerden bu derece m\u00fcteyakk\u0131z [uyanm\u0131\u015f] oldu\u011funu tahayy\u00fcl edemezdim.\u201d <\/em><\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u0130lgin\u00e7 de\u011fil mi? Devam ediyor Kemal Pa\u015fa: <\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>\u201cMillet ba\u015ftan a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 uyan\u0131k olup istiklal-i millet ve devleti ve hukuk-i \u00e2liye-i saltanat ve hilafeti teyid i\u00e7in kavi bir azim ve iman ile m\u00fccehhez bulunuyor.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><strong> Yani; uyanm\u0131\u015f olan millet, milletin ve devletin ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile saltanat ve hilafetin y\u00fcce haklar\u0131n\u0131 desteklemek i\u00e7in sa\u011flam bir kararl\u0131l\u0131k ve imanla donanm\u0131\u015f durumda oldu\u011funu belirtiyordu. <\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Mustafa Kemal Pa\u015fa&#8217;n\u0131n bu tespitleri; halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n, \u00e7o\u011fu din \u00e2limi olan zatlarca kurtulu\u015f m\u00fccadelesine haz\u0131rland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyordu. Piyasadaki ink\u0131lap tarihlerinde, o y\u0131llarda milletin yere serilmi\u015f oldu\u011fu ve sonra Atat\u00fcrk&#8217;\u00fcn gelip onu diriltti\u011fi anlat\u0131l\u0131yordu. Oysa ger\u00e7ek hi\u00e7 de \u00f6yle de\u011filmi\u015f. \u00dcstelik bunu bizzat kendisi s\u00f6yl\u00fcyordu. <\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Mustafa Kemal, Vahdettin\u2019in son Hatt-\u0131 H\u00fcmayun\u2019uyla, b\u00fct\u00fcn milletin azim ve m\u00fccadele g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc uyand\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da beyan ediyordu. Peki, kime kar\u015f\u0131ym\u0131\u015f bu m\u00fccadele? Zaten cevab\u0131n\u0131 telgraf sahibi veriyordu: <\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>\u201cMilletin beka ve varl\u0131\u011f\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fman olanlara kar\u015f\u0131!\u201d<\/em><\/strong><strong> Yani; Milli M\u00fccadele, \u0130ngilizlere ve \u0130ngilizlere yaltaklanmay\u0131 meslek edinen zay\u0131f karakterlilere kar\u015f\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyordu. <\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u015eimdi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnelim, Sultan Vahdettin\u2019e: <\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>\u201cBeni Anadolu&#8217;ya ikna ettiniz\u201d<\/em><\/strong><strong> diyen kim oluyordu? Atat\u00fcrk. <\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>\u201cAnadolu&#8217;ya ge\u00e7meden \u00f6nce, milletin bu kadar uyan\u0131k ve m\u00fccadeleye haz\u0131r olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hayal bile edemezdim\u201d<\/em><\/strong><strong> diyen kim oluyordu? Yine Atat\u00fcrk. <\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>\u201cUyanm\u0131\u015f olan milletin, ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k ate\u015fiyle tutu\u015fmu\u015f oldu\u011funu ve devletin ve milletin haklar\u0131n\u0131 desteklemek i\u00e7in kararl\u0131l\u0131k i\u00e7inde oldu\u011funu\u201d<\/em><\/strong><strong> s\u00f6yleyen kim oluyordu? Yine Atat\u00fcrk. <\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Vahdettin&#8217;e, <em>\u201cHatt-\u0131 H\u00fcmayun\u2019unuz milletin m\u00fccadele g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc uyand\u0131rd\u0131\u201d<\/em> diyen de Oydu. <em>\u201c\u0130ngilizlere ve onlar\u0131n destek\u00e7ilerine kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadele etmek \u00fczere (Sultan Vahdettin\u2019le) anla\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131\u201d<\/em> s\u00f6yleyen de Oydu. <\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00dcstelik Sultan Vahdettin, Mustafa Kemal Pa\u015fa\u2019ya <em>\u201cDokuzuncu Ordu K\u0131taat\u0131 M\u00fcfetti\u015fli\u011fi\u201d<\/em> yan\u0131nda; sivil ve asker her yetkilinin Ona itaat etmesini sa\u011flayacak <em>\u201c\u00dcst\u00fcn Yetkili Padi\u015fah Salahiyeti\u201d<\/em> g\u00f6revini de veriyordu. Bilse asla g\u00f6ndermezdi\u201d <\/em>diyordu.<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u015eimdi Havza telgraf\u0131yla g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz ki; Atat\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fc Samsun\u2019a gitmeye ikna eden de, g\u00f6nderen de, Hatt-\u0131 H\u00fcmayun\u2019uyla halka direni\u015f mesaj\u0131 veren de, \u0130ngilizleri bar\u0131\u015fa ikna etmek ve oyalay\u0131vermek i\u00e7in Mustafa Kemal&#8217;le gizlice mutabakat halinde Milli M\u00fccadeleyi destekleyen de Vahdettin&#8217;den ba\u015fkas\u0131 de\u011fildi. <em>\u201cAralar\u0131nda b\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar \u00f6nceden konu\u015fulmam\u0131\u015f olsa, Mustafa Kemal ne diye anlats\u0131n ki derdini Sultan\u2019a?\u201d<\/em> sorusunun yan\u0131t\u0131, zaten konuyu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcyordu.<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00dcstelik Vahdettin&#8217;in; Anadolu halk\u0131na, <em>\u201cYan\u0131n\u0131zday\u0131m!\u201d<\/em> mesaj\u0131n\u0131 veren bir beyannamesi var ki, gazete s\u00fctunlar\u0131nda alk\u0131\u015fla kar\u015f\u0131lan\u0131yordu. Mustafa Kemal; 28 Eyl\u00fcl 1919 tarihli n\u00fcshada, <em>bu beyannamenin Osmanl\u0131 tarihinde her bak\u0131mdan benzersiz oldu\u011funu<\/em> yaz\u0131yor. <em>\u201cPadi\u015fah\u0131m\u0131z, Anadolu harek\u00e2t\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131yla me\u015fru oldu\u011funu ilan ederek; mevcut cereyan\u0131, yani Kuvay-\u0131 Milliye\u2019yi l\u00fctfen te\u015fvik etmekte ve hatta kat\u0131larak kuvvetlendirmektedir.\u201d<\/em> diyordu. Peki daha ne demesi bekleniyordu?<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a><\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Evet, Mustafa Kemal\u2019le Sultan Vahdettin, yakinen tan\u0131\u015f\u0131p, birbirine son derece g\u00fcvenmektedir. Ancak bu sevgi ve samimiyeti \u00f6zenle gizleyip, her ikisi <em>\u201cdan\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131 bir d\u00f6v\u00fc\u015f\u201d<\/em> tavr\u0131 sergilemektedir.<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Bu nedenle \u0130ngilizler ve i\u015fgal g\u00fc\u00e7leri, Mustafa Kemal\u2019i kendilerine yak\u0131n g\u00f6rmektedir. Onun, Sultan Vahdettin taraf\u0131ndan Samsun\u2019a (Anadolu\u2019ya) g\u00f6nderilmesine bu y\u00fczden kar\u015f\u0131 gelinmemi\u015f ve \u015f\u00fcphe \u00e7ekmemi\u015ftir. Atat\u00fcrk bu sayede, milli m\u00fccadeleyi daha rahat \u00f6rg\u00fctlemi\u015f, hatta \u0130ngilizlerin stratejik ve teknik yard\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 bile al\u0131p kullanabilmi\u015ftir. Hatta, Ankara H\u00fck\u00fcmetini resmen ilk tan\u0131yan \u00fclke, \u0130ngiltere\u2019dir. Mustafa Kemal\u2019in bu hilesini ve Milli gayesini sezdiklerinde ise; i\u015f i\u015ften \u00e7oktan ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir. Atat\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn as\u0131l niyetini sezenler, hatta bir suikasta yeltenenler ise, komplocu zannedilmi\u015fti.<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sultan Vahdettin\u2019in, \u015eeyh\u00fclislam M. Cenova liman\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kan ve oradan San-Remo \u015fehrine ge\u00e7en Sultan Vahdettin, \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fcn son y\u0131llar\u0131n\u0131 bu \u015fehirde tamamlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130stanbul&#8217;da kalan efrad-\u0131 \u00e2ilesiyle, maiyyet halk\u0131ndan baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 da San-Remo&#8217;ya getiren Vahdettin Han, bu kalabal\u0131k n\u00fcfusu ge\u00e7indirebilmek i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u0131st\u0131rap \u00e7ekmi\u015f, fakr-\u0131 zarurete d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f, ancak hi\u00e7 kimseden yard\u0131m kabul etmemi\u015f; &#8220;Al-i Osman&#8221; ni\u015fan\u0131n\u0131n k\u0131ymetli ta\u015flar\u0131na var\u0131ncaya kadar s\u00f6kt\u00fcr\u00fcp satm\u0131\u015f, y\u00fckte hafif, pahada a\u011f\u0131r ne varsa c\u00fcmlesi gizli gizli elden \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve b\u00f6ylece Sultan Vahdettin \u00e7ekti\u011fi \u0131st\u0131rab\u0131, harem halk\u0131na dahi sezdirmeden eriyip gitmi\u015ftir!..<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sultan Vahdettin&#8217;in hi\u00e7 kimseden yard\u0131m kabul etmedi\u011fi hususunda \u015fu olay ilgin\u00e7tir. O y\u0131llarda, bu \u00fclkede baz\u0131 m\u00fcte\u015febbis zevat\u0131n himmetiyle bir heyet kurulup; Vahdettin Han Avrupa&#8217;da s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 i\u00e7inde iken k\u00fclliyetli bir miktar para toplan\u0131p, A\u011fa Muhammed Nureddin Cafer isminde bir zat vas\u0131tas\u0131yla kendisine g\u00f6nderilmi\u015ftir. Bu zat\u0131n bildirdi\u011fine g\u00f6re; Vahdettin Han, bu paray\u0131 kabul etmemi\u015f ve &#8220;hamdolsun \u015fimdi ihtiyac\u0131m yoktur&#8221; demi\u015ftir. Paray\u0131 g\u00f6t\u00fcren zat ise: &#8220;Bu paray\u0131 M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar, \u0130slami bir hizmete sarf etmeniz i\u00e7in g\u00f6ndermi\u015flerdir&#8221; diyerek, Halifenin g\u00f6nl\u00fcn\u00fc almak suretiyle paray\u0131 kabul ettirmek istemi\u015f, o zaman Halife, paray\u0131 getiren zata, &#8220;Sizin \u00fclkenizde \u0130slam\u00ee bir medrese veya buna benzer bir m\u00fcessese var m\u0131d\u0131r?..&#8221; diye sormu\u015f, o zat da: &#8220;Sind \u0130slamiye Medresesi&#8221;nden ve di\u011fer iki medreseden bahsetmi\u015f, bunun \u00fczerine Vahdettin Han:<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>\u00a0\u201c-Mademki, bu paray\u0131 benim bir \u0130slam\u00ee i\u015fe sarf etmem i\u00e7in getirdiniz, ben de Halife s\u0131fat\u0131yla sizi n\u00e2ib tayin ettim. Bu paray\u0131 al\u0131p g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcn, \u2018Sind \u0130slamiyye Medresesi\u2019 ile onun yan\u0131ndaki di\u011fer medreselere Halife nam\u0131na sarf edin\u201d<\/em><\/strong><strong> demi\u015ftir!..<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Vahdettin Han&#8217;dan bu s\u00f6zleri duyan zat diyor ki:<\/strong> <strong><em>\u201cHalife bu s\u00f6z\u00fc s\u00f6yledi\u011fi zaman, onun huzurunda a\u011flamamak i\u00e7in kendimi zor tuttum. Zira ihtiyac\u0131 oldu\u011funu biliyordum. Huzurundan ayr\u0131ld\u0131m ve paray\u0131 dedi\u011fi yerlere sarf eyledim.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\">[5]<\/a><\/em><\/strong> \u0130\u015fte sabataist ve masonlar\u0131n hain damgas\u0131 vurduklar\u0131 Sultan Vahdettin Han b\u00f6ylesine asil bir \u015fahsiyettir.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Refik Halid Karay\u2019\u0131n; 1926\u2019da Halep \u201cDo\u011fru Yol\u201d gazetesinde, Sultan Vahdettin\u2019le ilgili yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 makalesinde, \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli ve tarihi itiraflar yer almaktayd\u0131\u2026<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cZaman, Vahdettin Han\u2019\u0131n hayat-\u0131 siyasiyesini ihtirastan ari bir \u00e2lim g\u00f6z\u00fcyle tetkik edecek olursa, bir\u00e7ok hatalar\u0131n\u0131 bulabilecektir; fakat ona atfedilmek istenen namertlik ve hainlik iddias\u0131n\u0131, yani saray\u0131n\u0131n bir k\u00f6\u015fesinde ya\u015fayabilmek i\u00e7in, memleketini ecnebi istilas\u0131 alt\u0131nda k\u0131vrand\u0131rmak emeliyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 tezvirini (yalan ve iftiras\u0131n\u0131) k\u00fclliyen reddedecektir. Hen\u00fcz bir adam \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p da \u2018vatan\u0131n\u0131 sevenlerden bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda o \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131, hem fart-\u0131 hamiyetinden (milli onur ve gayretinden) ne zilletlere katlanarak\u2026\u2019 diyemiyor. Fakat yar\u0131n bu, as\u0131l h\u00fcrriyet ve as\u0131l Cumhuriyet teess\u00fcs edince, hakikat olarak T\u00fcrk tarihinin granit kitabesine hakk olunacakt\u0131r (kaz\u0131nacakt\u0131r)\u2026 Bedbaht T\u00fcrk Padi\u015fah\u0131, siyasetinde muvaffak olamad\u0131; fakat T\u00fcrk milletini izmihlal ve badire zannetti\u011fimiz kanl\u0131 serg\u00fcze\u015fte atan bir asker (Mustafa Kemal), o millete; ne bahas\u0131na olursa olsun, d\u00fcnyada her \u015feyden k\u0131ymetdar olan istikl\u00e2lini kazand\u0131rd\u0131, d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131 misli g\u00f6r\u00fclmemi\u015f bir \u015fanl\u0131 darbe ile yurdun can evinden kopar\u0131p att\u0131 ve tam manas\u0131yla muzaffer oldu. Fakat ne yaps\u0131n ki muhit, an\u2019ane, mant\u0131k, ihtiyat, ya\u015f ve y\u00fczlerce sebep, Onu \u00e7\u0131kmaz farz edilen b\u00f6yle bir yola at\u0131lmaktan menetti; kahrolas\u0131 siyasetin bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc muz\u0131r dalgalar\u0131 \u00fcst\u00fcnde \u00e7\u0131rp\u0131nd\u0131ra \u00e7\u0131rp\u0131nd\u0131ra g\u00f6t\u00fcrd\u00fc ve k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck, kuytu k\u00f6y\u00fcn kenar\u0131na bir enkaz par\u00e7as\u0131 gibi b\u0131rak\u0131verdi. O, emin ve memleketine m\u00fcfid (faydal\u0131) zannetti\u011fi yumu\u015fak siyasetinin neticesinde taht\u0131n\u0131, tac\u0131n\u0131 kaybederken; tehlikeli ve muz\u0131r k\u0131yas olunan bir siyaset-i d\u00fcr\u00fc\u015ftane, (kat\u0131 ve k\u00f6t\u00fc san\u0131lan Kuvay-\u0131 Milliye hareketi) millete memleketini kazand\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u015eark politikas\u0131nda yaln\u0131z galiplerin hakk\u0131, hakk-\u0131 kel\u00e2m\u0131, m\u00fcdafaas\u0131 (sadece galip gelenlerin konu\u015fma ve kendini savunma hakk\u0131) vard\u0131r. Padi\u015fah\u0131m oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in de\u011fil, tan\u0131mak \u015ferefine nail oldu\u011fum bir b\u00fcy\u00fck vatanda\u015f\u0131m oldu\u011fundan dolay\u0131, haks\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa u\u011frayan Vahdettin Han\u2019\u0131n hakk\u0131n\u0131 vermek istedim. Bana \u00f6yle geliyor ki; bu T\u00fcrk Hakan\u0131, avizelerinin binbir t\u00fcrl\u00fc \u0131\u015f\u0131k sa\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve mermer salonlar\u0131n\u0131n denizler gibi ufuklara uzand\u0131\u011f\u0131 ayd\u0131nl\u0131k ve geni\u015f salonlara bedel, bir ufak k\u00f6\u015fk\u00fcn Freng\u00e2ne d\u00f6\u015fenmi\u015f dar, lo\u015f odas\u0131nda can verirken, mahrum kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 saltanat\u0131na ra\u011fmen, milletinin bug\u00fcnk\u00fc istiklalini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnerek ilcay-i siyasetle (mecburiyetle) yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 baz\u0131 hatalar\u0131 unutmu\u015f, m\u00fcsterih can vermi\u015f ve \u015fahs\u0131na yap\u0131lan tecav\u00fczleri de zafere h\u00fcrmeten affetmi\u015ftir. Madde gere\u011fince; yakalama emrinin ba\u015flamas\u0131yla meydana gelmi\u015f olan b\u00fct\u00fcn muameleler tamamen yok say\u0131l\u0131r ve davas\u0131 her zaman uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bi\u00e7imde yeniden g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr\u2026 Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla, Sultan Vahdettin\u2019in imzas\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan ve idam ferman\u0131 olarak bilinen belgede; Mustafa Kemal\u2019le arkada\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n yakaland\u0131klar\u0131nda idam edilmeleri de\u011fil, ele ge\u00e7irildikleri zaman davalar\u0131n\u0131n yeniden g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi emredilmektedir.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn14\" name=\"_ftnref14\">[14]<\/a> <\/em><\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Mustafa Kemal\u2019i ve Kuvay-\u0131 Milliyecileri, Samsun \u00fczerinden Anadolu\u2019ya g\u00f6nderen ve dolayl\u0131 bi\u00e7imde destekleyip g\u00fcvenen Sultan Vahdettin\u2019in; b\u00f6yle bir ferman\u0131 ancak ve yaln\u0131z baz\u0131 stratejik oyalama niyetiyle imzalayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmemiz gerekir. Ve zaten bu idam ferman\u0131 de\u011fil, yeniden yarg\u0131lanma f\u0131rsat\u0131 vermektedir.<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Yeri gelmi\u015fken, Atat\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn Meclisten ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi ilk Anayasan\u0131n (Te\u015fkilat\u0131 Esasiye Kanunu\u2019nun) temel esas\u0131 olan \u015fu 10 maddeyi yazmakta fayda vard\u0131r:<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>1- H\u00e2kimiyet kay\u0131ts\u0131z \u015farts\u0131z milletindir. Y\u00f6netim bi\u00e7imi; halk\u0131n mukadderat\u0131n\u0131 bizzat ve bilfiil (yine kendisinin tayin ve) idare etmesi esas\u0131na dayan\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>2- \u0130cra kudreti ve te\u015fri salahiyeti (y\u00fcr\u00fctme ve yasama yetkisi) milletin tek ve ger\u00e7ek temsilcisi olan B\u00fcy\u00fck Millet Meclisinde toplan\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>3- T\u00fcrkiye devleti, B\u00fcy\u00fck Millet Meclisi taraf\u0131ndan idare olunur ve h\u00fck\u00fcmet. \u201cTBMM H\u00fck\u00fcmeti\u201d unvan\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>4- B\u00fcy\u00fck Millet Meclisi, vilayetler halk\u0131nca se\u00e7ilmi\u015f \u00fcyelerden olu\u015facakt\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>5- Se\u00e7ilen Meclis \u00fcyeleri, sadece kendilerinin de\u011fil, t\u00fcm T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin Vekili say\u0131l\u0131r ve yap\u0131lacak se\u00e7imlerle, yeni Meclis olu\u015funcaya kadar g\u00f6revde kal\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>6- B\u00fcy\u00fck Millet Meclisinin genel kurulu, Kas\u0131m ay\u0131 ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda davetsiz toplan\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>7- \u015eer\u2019i h\u00fck\u00fcmlerin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi, b\u00fct\u00fcn kanunlar\u0131n haz\u0131rlan\u0131p kesinle\u015fmesi, d\u00fczeltilip de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi, fesh ve iptal edilmesi, her t\u00fcrl\u00fc anla\u015fma ve bar\u0131\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi ve vatan savunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in sava\u015f ilan edilmesi gibi hukuku esasiye, sadece B\u00fcy\u00fck Millet Meclisinin g\u00f6rev ve yetkileri aras\u0131ndad\u0131r. Kanun ve nizamlar\u0131n tanziminde, insanlar\u0131n ya\u015fam tarz\u0131na yatk\u0131n ve yumu\u015fak, zaman\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na ve \u015fartlar\u0131na muvaf\u0131k ahk\u00e2m-\u0131 f\u0131khiye (\u0130slam hukukunun kanun ve kaideleri)<\/strong> <strong>ile, s\u00fcregelen \u00f6rf ve \u00e2detler esas al\u0131n\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>8-<\/strong> B\u00fcy\u00fck Millet Meclisi, h\u00fck\u00fcmetin taksim ve tayin etti\u011fi devlet dairelerini, \u00f6zel kanunlar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde ve se\u00e7ilip gelmi\u015f Milletvekilleri eliyle idare etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>9-<\/strong> B\u00fcy\u00fck Millet Meclisi Genel Kurulu taraf\u0131ndan bir Meclis Ba\u015fkan\u0131 se\u00e7ilir. Bakanlar Kurulu da yine kendi i\u00e7lerinden bir Ba\u015fbakan se\u00e7er. Ancak BMM Ba\u015fkan\u0131, ayn\u0131 zamanda Bakanlar Kurulu\u2019nun da tabii Ba\u015fkan\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>10-<\/strong> Kanuni Esasi\u2019nin, bu maddeleriyle \u00e7eli\u015fmeyen di\u011fer h\u00fck\u00fcmleri, eskisi gibi y\u00fcr\u00fcmeye devam olunacakt\u0131r.\u00a0 20 Kanuni Sani &#8211; 1920<a href=\"#_ftn15\" name=\"_ftnref15\">[15]<\/a><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>21 Nisan 1924\u2019teki Te\u015fkilat\u0131 Esasiye\u2019nin 2.
