Ama k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fcklerini, tembellik ve gev\u015fekliklerinin ac\u0131 ve al\u00e7alt\u0131c\u0131 neticelerini ise, h\u00e2\u015f\u00e2, kadere y\u00fcklemeyip, kendi nefsinden ve c\u00fcz\u2019i iradesinin yanl\u0131\u015f ve yarars\u0131z tercihinden bilip\u201d t\u00f6vbek\u00e2r olmakt\u0131r.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial;\"><strong><em>\u201c(Ey insan!) Bu aitlikte iman ve itikat noktas\u0131nda Allah\u2019a kar\u015f\u0131 bir isyan, -h\u00e2\u015f\u00e2- bir mukabele ve m\u00fcdahale s\u00f6z konusu olamayacakt\u0131r. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial;\"><strong>\u0130\u015fte; ilk \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f, niyetin ilk basama\u011f\u0131 ve iradenin ilk hareket noktas\u0131 olan meyelanlar (irademizle yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z tercih alanlar\u0131) tamamen kulun inisiyatifinde olan noktalard\u0131r. Bundan sonraki merhaleler ise elbette Allah\u2019\u0131n takdiri, iradesi ve halk etmesiyle olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Sadece ilk \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f veya ilk ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 diyebilece\u011fimiz, \u201cmeyelanlar\u201d (tercih ve tensip niyet ve gayretleri) de olmazsa; insanlar\u0131n imtihana t\u00e2bi tutulmas\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu olamayacakt\u0131r ve sonu\u00e7lar ise; zul\u00fcm say\u0131lacakt\u0131r. Allah (CC) ise; bundan m\u00fcnezzeh olan Adil-i Mutlak\u2019t\u0131r.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial;\"><strong>\u00d6rne\u011fin; imtihana giren bir talebe imtihan salonunun tertibi, d\u00fczeni ve tanzimi ile ilgili hi\u00e7bir \u015feyden sorumlu de\u011fildir ve onlara kar\u0131\u015famaz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc oralara m\u00fcdahalesi s\u00f6z konusu olamaz. Ancak imtihan k\u00e2\u011f\u0131d\u0131na istedi\u011fini yazmakta serbest b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Burada diledi\u011fi gibi hareket etme hakk\u0131 vard\u0131r. \u0130mtihan s\u00fcresince serbestiyeti vard\u0131r. Diledi\u011fi gibi hareket etti\u011finden sonucuna da katlan\u0131r. \u0130\u015fte imtihan b\u00f6yle yap\u0131l\u0131r. \u0130sterse talebe matematik imtihan\u0131nda resim de \u00e7izebilir veya hocas\u0131na isyank\u00e2r c\u00fcmleler de yazabilir; bu da serbest b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial;\"><strong>\u0130\u015fte, bu misal gibi; d\u00fcnya imtihan\u0131 da buna k\u0131yaslan\u0131r. \u0130nsanlar \u00f6m\u00fcr sayfalar\u0131n\u0131 kendilerine verilen iradeleriyle, meyelan (e\u011filim ve tercih) kalemleri ile doldurmaktad\u0131r. Bu muamelede gayet serbest durumdalard\u0131r. Ancak Allah\u2019\u0131n uluhiyetine, tayin ve takdir yetkisine asla m\u00fcdahale kesinlikle s\u00f6z konusu de\u011fildir. Bu \u015fartlarda imtihan olanlar\u0131n ak\u0131betleri de adalet noktas\u0131ndan muhasebeye t\u00e2bi tutulacak, ona g\u00f6re azaba veya m\u00fck\u00e2fata m\u00fcstahak olacakt\u0131r.<\/strong><strong>[2]<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial;\"><strong>C\u00fcz&#8217;i \u0130rade Kavram\u0131!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial;\"><strong>C\u00fcz\u2019i irade; bir \u015feyi istemek, arzu etmek, tercih etmek, Allah&#8217;a itaat veya O\u2019na isyanla ilgili kanaate meyletmek anlam\u0131na gelir. Farkl\u0131 alternatiflerden birine meyletme, tercih etme kabiliyeti bulunan ki\u015finin, iradesi vard\u0131r demektir. Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015flerde insan\u0131n b\u00f6yle bir tercih kabiliyeti oldu\u011fu kesindir, aksi halde <\/strong><strong><em>\u201cimtihan edilmesi\u201d<\/em><\/strong> <strong>anlam\u0131n\u0131 ve amac\u0131n\u0131 yitirir.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial;\"><strong>\u0130slam d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrlerini me\u015fgul eden ve hakk\u0131nda farkl\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler ileri s\u00fcr\u00fclen en \u00f6nemli konulardan biri de, bu irade meselesidir. Bu husus, kaderle de yak\u0131ndan ilgilidir. Her \u015feyin yarat\u0131c\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n Allah oldu\u011fu, O&#8217;nun irade ve me\u015fietinin mutlak olup bunun hil\u00e2f\u0131na bir \u015feyin vuku bulmas\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, Kur\u2019an\u2019da a\u00e7\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131k ifade edilmektedir. Ama buna ra\u011fmen kullar\u0131n c\u00fcz\u2019i irade sahibi k\u0131l\u0131nd\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in yapt\u0131klar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 hesaba \u00e7ekilmesi, m\u00fck\u00e2fat ya da ceza g\u00f6rmesi de ayet ve hadislerle kesindir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc kullar c\u00fcz\u2019i irade sahibidir. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial;\"><strong>Peki, kulun sorumlulu\u011funun gerek\u00e7e ve dayana\u011f\u0131 nedir?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial;\"><strong>Bu konuda \u00fc\u00e7 temel g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ileri s\u00fcr\u00fclmektedir. Bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri; 1- Cebriyye, 2- Kaderiyye diye isimlendirilen Mutezile, 3- Ehl-i S\u00fcnnet temsil etmektedir.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial;\"><strong>1- Cebriyye mezhebinin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc; Kaderiyye mezhebine reaksiyon olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan Cebriyye mezhebine g\u00f6re, insan\u0131n hi\u00e7bir iradi h\u00fcrriyeti yoktur. Allah \u00f6nceden her \u015feyi nas\u0131l takdir etmi\u015fse \u00f6yle olacakt\u0131r. Kul, bu takdir edilmi\u015f \u015feyleri yapmak zorundad\u0131r. Yukar\u0131dan gelen su nas\u0131l a\u015fa\u011f\u0131ya do\u011fru akmaya, yukar\u0131ya f\u0131rlat\u0131lan ta\u015f nas\u0131l geri d\u00f6nmeye mahk\u00fbm ise, insan da kaderinde yaz\u0131l\u0131 olan \u015feyleri yapmaya mahk\u00fbm durumundad\u0131r. \u0130nsan adeta \u00f6nceden programlanm\u0131\u015f bir robot konumundad\u0131r. Nas\u0131l programlanm\u0131\u015fsa, onu yapacakt\u0131r. \u0130\u015fte, \u015fa\u015fk\u0131n ve sapk\u0131n El-Aziz\u2019ciler de bu bozuk ve b\u00e2t\u0131l anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 savunmaktad\u0131r.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial;\"><strong>Cebriyye&#8217;nin bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerine dayanak olarak ileri s\u00fcrd\u00fckleri ayetler \u015funlard\u0131r:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial;\"><strong><em>&#8220;\u2026Allah kimlerin fitneye d\u00fc\u015fmesini isterse, art\u0131k Sen onun (niyeti ve t\u0131yneti bozuk olan) i\u00e7in Allah\u2019tan hi\u00e7bir \u015feye malik olamazs\u0131n (d\u00fczeltemezsin). \u0130\u015fte onlar, Allah&#8217;\u0131n kalplerini temizleyip ar\u0131tmak istemedikleridir. Kimi de (m\u00fcstahak oldu\u011fundan) sapt\u0131rmak isterse, onun g\u00f6\u011fs\u00fcn\u00fc, sanki g\u00f6\u011fe y\u00fckseliyormu\u015f gibi dar ve s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 k\u0131lar (Kur\u2019an\u2019a \u0130slami kurallara ve sorumluluklara kar\u015f\u0131 ilgisiz ve sevgisiz b\u0131rak\u0131r). Ancak zaman zaman baz\u0131 \u015fa\u015fk\u0131n ve sapk\u0131n ki\u015filerin bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin etkilerine girdikleri g\u00f6zlenmektedir.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial;\"><strong>2- Kaderiyye (Mutezile) mezhebinin as\u0131ls\u0131z iddialar\u0131:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial;\"><strong>Bunlara g\u00f6re; kullar, iradelerinde tamamen h\u00fcr ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zd\u0131r. Zira Mutezile\u2019ye g\u00f6re irade \u201cfiil\u201d kapsam\u0131ndad\u0131r. Bunda (h\u00e2\u015f\u00e2) Allah&#8217;\u0131n hi\u00e7bir rol\u00fc bulunmamaktad\u0131r. (H\u00e2\u015f\u00e2) Bir bak\u0131ma insan, kendi fiillerinin yarat\u0131c\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r; onlar\u0131 i\u015fleyip i\u015flememekte tamamen serbest b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle k\u00f6t\u00fc fiiller a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan durum bu odakl\u0131d\u0131r. Kaderiyyecilere g\u00f6re: <em>&#8220;Allah&#8217;\u0131n iradesi k\u00f6t\u00fc fiillere taalluk etmez. O sadece iyiyi diler.&#8221;<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>[3]<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial;\"><strong>Kaderiyye\u2019yi bu b\u00e2t\u0131l g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fe sevk eden sebep, be\u015f temel prensiplerinden biri olan &#8220;Allah&#8217;\u0131n adaleti&#8221;ne y\u00f6nelik yanl\u0131\u015f ve sapk\u0131n bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131d\u0131r. Onlara g\u00f6re, Allah&#8217;\u0131n; kullar\u0131n\u0131n fiillerinde bir etkisinin olmamas\u0131, adaletinin ve kullara zulmetmemesinin bir icab\u0131d\u0131r. E\u011fer Allah, kulun k\u00f6t\u00fc bir fiil\u00ee yapmas\u0131nda bir katk\u0131s\u0131 varsa, sonra da kulu bu k\u00f6t\u00fc fiilinden dolay\u0131 cezaland\u0131r\u0131yorsa, bu, O&#8217;nun adaletiyle ba\u011fda\u015fmayacakt\u0131r. S\u00fcnnetullah kanunlar\u0131na uymayanlar, cezas\u0131n\u0131 pe\u015finen d\u00fcnyada g\u00f6r\u00fcr, uyanlar ise m\u00fck\u00e2fat\u0131n\u0131 pe\u015finen al\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan insanlar\u0131n ba\u015far\u0131ya ula\u015fmas\u0131, isyan edenlerin cezaland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 Cenab-\u0131 Hakk\u0131n insanl\u0131k \u00e2leminde devam eden adalet yasalar\u0131d\u0131r. Mesela, bir insan kendini y\u00fcksek bir binadan atsa parampar\u00e7a olacakt\u0131r. Allah\u2019\u0131n S\u00fcnnetullah kanunlar\u0131nda ceza da m\u00fck\u00e2fat da pe\u015findir.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial;\"><strong>G\u00fczel bir neticeye ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in niyetin halis olmas\u0131 yeterli de\u011fildir. S\u00fcnnetullah kanunlar\u0131na uymak, \u00fczerine d\u00fc\u015feni yapmak da laz\u0131md\u0131r. Ve i\u015fte, c\u00fcz\u2019i irade bu nedenle insanlara ba\u011f\u0131\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial;\"><strong>Hz. Peygamber (SAV), Cenab-\u0131 Hakk\u0131n en se\u00e7kin kulu olarak \u00c2detullaha en fazla riayet eden fert olmu\u015ftur. <em>\u201cBen Peygamberim, \u00f6yleyse harika bir \u015fekilde b\u00fct\u00fcn sorunlar\u0131 a\u015far\u0131m ve hedefime var\u0131r\u0131m\u201d <\/em>dememi\u015f, sebeplere yap\u0131\u015farak neticeyi Cenab-\u0131 Hak\u2019tan istemi\u015ftir. <em>\u201c\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmak \u00e2detim, tevekk\u00fcl halimdir\u201d <\/em>buyurmakla, sebeplere te\u015febb\u00fcs etmeyi, iradesiyle Hakka ve hayra y\u00f6nelmeyi \u00e2det edinmi\u015f, ama neticeler i\u00e7in, Allah\u2019a tevekk\u00fcl etmi\u015ftir.
