Kariyer, sahip olunan bilgi, birikim ve deneyime g\u00f6re rol da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130nsanlar toplu halde ya\u015famak zorunda olduklar\u0131ndan ve her insan b\u00fct\u00fcn ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 tek ba\u015f\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131layamayaca\u011f\u0131ndan, yard\u0131mla\u015fma ve dayan\u0131\u015fmaya ihtiyac\u0131 do\u011fmaktad\u0131r. Yani \u00fcr\u00fcn, mal ve hizmet olarak bir de\u011fi\u015f toku\u015fa gerek duyulmaktad\u0131r. Her \u00fcr\u00fcn ve hizmetin ortak olarak belirlenmi\u015f bir de\u011feri vard\u0131r. Gerek sosyal hayat, gerekse ticar\u00ee hayat bu de\u011fi\u015f toku\u015fun sistematik kurallar\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. <\/em><\/strong> <\/p>\n<p> <strong><em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u0130nsan k\u00e2inat\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcne muhta\u00e7 ve al\u00e2kal\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130htiya\u00e7lar\u0131 \u00e2lemin her taraf\u0131na da\u011f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f; arzular\u0131 ebede kadar uzanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bir \u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi istedi\u011fi gibi, koca bir bahar\u0131 da arzulamaktad\u0131r. Bir bah\u00e7eyi arzu etti\u011fi gibi, ebed\u00ee cenneti ve sonsuz saadeti de \u00f6zler durumdad\u0131r. Bu ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 hususunda, toplumun bireylerinin, kendi yetenek ve imk\u00e2nlar\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcnde g\u00f6rev almas\u0131 laz\u0131md\u0131r. \u0130\u015fte biz her \u015feyi \u00f6\u011frenmeye muhta\u00e7 ve hayat kanunlar\u0131ndan habersiz olan insanlar\u0131n yeteneklerini geli\u015ftirerek bir alanda ihtisasla\u015fmalar\u0131 olay\u0131na kariyer geli\u015fimi diyoruz.<\/em><\/strong>  <\/p>\n<p>  \u00a0  <\/p>\n<p> Hayat\u0131n \u00f6nceliklerini \u00f6\u011frenmek  <\/p>\n<p> \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 &quot;Be\u015fikten mezara kadar ilim \u00f6\u011freniniz&quot; hadis-i \u015ferifinden de anla\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere, insan do\u011fu\u015fundan itibaren ya\u015famay\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmek zorundad\u0131r. Y\u00fcce Rabbimiz insana do\u011far do\u011fmaz anne s\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fc haz\u0131r etmekte ve \u00fczerinden merhamet elini hi\u00e7bir zaman \u00e7ekmemektedir. Son derece g\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fcz ve \u00e7aresiz bir haldeyken \u015fefkatli anneleri ile yak\u0131nlar\u0131 hizmetine ko\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Kariyer ve ki\u015fisel geli\u015fimde bu yard\u0131mlar\u0131n kalitesi, bi\u00e7imi ve tarz\u0131na g\u00f6re \u00f6nemi b\u00fcy\u00fckt\u00fcr. Adeta bir temel te\u015fkil etmektedir.  <\/p>\n<p> \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Yarad\u0131l\u0131\u015f gayesini bilmek  <\/p>\n<p> \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ba\u015fta insan\u0131n bu \u00e2leme g\u00f6nderili\u015f gayesini \u00f6\u011frenmesi ve bilmesi gerekir. Elbette insan bu \u00e2leme rabbini tan\u0131mak ilim ve ibadet vas\u0131tas\u0131yla olgunla\u015fmak i\u00e7in gelmi\u015ftir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile gerek mahiyet ve gerekse yetenek itibar\u0131 ile her \u015fey ilme ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130nsan b\u00fcy\u00fcy\u00fcp geli\u015ftik\u00e7e, ilim \u00f6\u011frendik\u00e7e hem hayat\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenir, hem de buna ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 artar. Bu ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131laman\u0131n yollar\u0131n\u0131 da \u00f6\u011frenmek zorundad\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p> \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Hayat\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmek demek, ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamay\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmek demektir. &quot;Hayal nereye uzan\u0131rsa, ihtiya\u00e7 da oraya uzan\u0131r&quot; s\u00f6z\u00fc, ihtiyac\u0131n bir s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterir. \u0130nsan bu d\u00fcnyada s\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131z bir \u015fekilde her \u015feyi istedi\u011fi gibi, sonu\u00e7ta sonsuzlu\u011fu da istemektedir. Temel ihtiya\u00e7lardan kastedilen, insan\u0131n fizik\u00ee ihtiyac\u0131 olan beslenme, temizlik, vb.&#39;dir. G\u00fcvenlik, hayat\u00ee tehlikelere kar\u015f\u0131 g\u00fcvence alt\u0131nda olmakt\u0131r. Sosyal ihtiya\u00e7lar, toplu ya\u015faman\u0131n gerekleri, evlilik, sosyal stat\u00fc gibi. \u0130tibar, insan\u0131n yerini(n) bil(in)mesi ve tan\u0131(n)mas\u0131d\u0131r. G\u00fczel ahl\u00e2ka sahip bir insan, ki\u015fisel geli\u015fimi ba\u015farm\u0131\u015f demektir. M\u00fckemmel insan denilince, akla bu k\u00e2inat\u0131n yarat\u0131l\u0131\u015f vesilesi olan Efendimiz Muhammed Mustafa (s.a.v) gelir.
