Farkl\u0131 kavimlerin ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 co\u011frafi \u015fartlara uygun de\u011fi\u015fik renk ve bi&ccedil;imlerde yarat\u0131lmalar\u0131 gibi ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 &ldquo;D\u0130L&rdquo;leri onlara ilham eden de yine Rabbimizdir ve bu Allah&rsquo;\u0131n hikmet ve ibret ayetlerinden birisidir. Dil insanl\u0131k tarihiyle birlikte meydana gelmi\u015f ve devam etmi\u015f tabii bir ihtiyac\u0131n eseri ve &ouml;\u011fesidir.<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"> Bu nedenle, dillerin yozla\u015fmas\u0131, bozulmas\u0131 ve k\u0131s\u0131rla\u015fmas\u0131, toplumun k&uuml;lt&uuml;r seviyesini d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;recek ve medeniyet s&uuml;recini k&ouml;rletecektir. &Ccedil;&uuml;nk&uuml; insanlar, ancak konu\u015fup yazabildikleri D\u0130L seviyesinde d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;nce ve &ccedil;&ouml;z&uuml;m &uuml;retebilecektir. Dil, bilgisayar gibi sadece bilgilerin y&uuml;klendi\u011fi bir depo de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda yeni bilgilerin ve d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;ncelerin &uuml;retildi\u011fi, eski bilgilerin tazelenip g&uuml;ncel ihtiya&ccedil; ve ama&ccedil;lara uygun sentezlendi\u011fi bir ifade ve ileti\u015fim sistemidir. Yani insan\u0131n kelime hazinesi ve T&uuml;rk&ccedil;eye h&acirc;kimiyeti, onun d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;nce ve de\u011ferlendirme seviyesinin de g&ouml;stergesidir. Ama bug&uuml;n maalesef &uuml;niversite mezunlar\u0131 bile Atat&uuml;rk&rsquo;&uuml;n Nutkunu anlayamaz ve dedesinin hat\u0131ralar\u0131n\u0131 okuyamaz hale getirilmi\u015ftir. Gerekli ve yeterli bilgi &uuml;retmenin ve yeni beceriler ve ke\u015fifler geli\u015ftirmenin vazge&ccedil;ilmez iki unsuru: zengin bir dil hazinesi ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;nme, zihnetme ve mant\u0131k y&uuml;r&uuml;tme yetene\u011fidir.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-indent: 1cm; margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 0.56cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;\"><strong>3)<\/strong> B&ouml;lgesel \u015five ve leh&ccedil;eler, d\u0131\u015f g&uuml;&ccedil;ler taraf\u0131ndan bir ayr\u0131\u015fma vesilesi olarak te\u015fvik edilmektedir. &Ouml;zellikle Do\u011fu ve G&uuml;neydo\u011fu b&ouml;lgemizdeki K&uuml;rt k&ouml;kenli karde\u015flerimiz T&uuml;rk&ccedil;eyi kendilerine &ouml;zg&uuml; Anadolu \u015fivesi, Elaz\u0131\u011f-Erzurum leh&ccedil;esi&rdquo; s&uuml;rekli ve sistemli \u015fekilde g&uuml;ndeme getirilmek suretiyle, hatta daha da ileri giderek &ldquo;K&uuml;rt&ccedil;enin, Laz dilinin, &Ccedil;erkezcenin&rdquo; resmi e\u011fitim dili olmas\u0131 talepleriyle ve &ldquo;masumane bir insan hakk\u0131&rdquo; g&ouml;r&uuml;nt&uuml;s&uuml;yle, Milli birlik ve dirli\u011fimiz dinamitlenmek istenmektedir.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-indent: 1cm; margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 0.56cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><strong>5) <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><strong>Bu tehlikeyi frenleyip &ouml;nlemek &uuml;zere:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-indent: 1cm; sanat\u0131nda kullanma giri\u015fimlerini, &ccedil;ok gerekli olmad\u0131k&ccedil;a yer vermemeli, g&uuml;zel ve etkili T&uuml;rk&ccedil;e konu\u015fmay\u0131 &ouml;zendirmelidir.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-indent: 1cm;
