Ancak do\u011fru tespitler ve olumlu te\u015fhisler yaparken <em>&ldquo;hissi hamasetlere de\u011fil, ilmi hassasiyetlere&rdquo;<\/em> dikkat edilmesi gere\u011fini hat\u0131rlatmak isteriz. 06 Aral\u0131k 2015 tarihli &ldquo;Osmanl\u0131dan Cumhuriyete Meal ser&uuml;venimiz&rdquo; yaz\u0131s\u0131nda, Kur&rsquo;an&rsquo;\u0131 Kerim meallerinin mutlaka ehil ve emin \u015fahsiyetlerce yap\u0131lmas\u0131, bu meallerin ha\u015fa Kur&rsquo;an san\u0131lmas\u0131 hususundaki kayg\u0131 ve uyar\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 bizler de hakl\u0131 g&ouml;rmekte ve desteklemekteyiz. Ancak Mustafa Kemal&rsquo;in Mehmet Akif&rsquo;e meal yazd\u0131rma niyeti ve bu giri\u015fimin mahiyeti konusundaki gereksiz ve zaten ilmen ve hukuken de ge&ccedil;ersiz baz\u0131 &ouml;n yarg\u0131l\u0131 iddia ve ithamlara ra\u011fbet edilmemesi gerekti\u011fi kanaatindeyiz. \u0130brahim Halil Er Bey \u015funlar\u0131 s&ouml;ylemektedir:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1cm; line-height: 16pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">Atat&uuml;rk&rsquo;&uuml;n meal &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131ndaki as\u0131l amac\u0131<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1cm; line-height: 16pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">&ldquo;14 A\u011fustos 1923 y\u0131l\u0131nda Maarif Program\u0131&rsquo;n\u0131 tespit edecek Heyet-i \u0130lmiye \u015ferefine Ankara T&uuml;rk Oca\u011f\u0131&rsquo;nda verilen &ccedil;ay ziyafetinde Mustafa Kemal Atat&uuml;rk, &ldquo;Kur&rsquo;an-\u0131 Kerim&rsquo;i T&uuml;rk&ccedil;eye aynen terc&uuml;me ettirmek&rdquo; meselesini ortaya atar. Bu projenin namazlar\u0131n T&uuml;rk&ccedil;e k\u0131l\u0131nmas\u0131na kadar g&ouml;t&uuml;rece\u011fini g&ouml;ren Kaz\u0131m Karabekir, Atat&uuml;rk&rsquo;e itiraz edince, tart\u0131\u015fma ba\u015flar. Karabekir, <em>&ldquo;Bir devlet reisinin din i\u015flerini kurcalamas\u0131n\u0131 do\u011fru bulmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, ilim ehlinden m&uuml;rekkeb bir heyetin toplanarak bu Kur&rsquo;an&rsquo;\u0131n terc&uuml;me mi, tefsir mi edilmesi laz\u0131m geldi\u011fine karar verebilece\u011fini&rdquo;<\/em> s&ouml;yler. Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k <em>&ldquo;Din adamlar\u0131na l&uuml;zum olmay\u0131p do\u011frudan do\u011fruya terc&uuml;me ettirmenin daha muvaf\u0131k olaca\u011f\u0131&rdquo;<\/em> \u015feklinde bir fikir ortaya at\u0131larak kendisine itiraz edilir. Karabekir <em>&ldquo;Devlet otoritesinin y\u0131pranaca\u011f\u0131 b&ouml;yle bir projeden hay\u0131r &ccedil;\u0131kmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtince&rdquo;<\/em> Atat&uuml;rk hiddetle \u015f&ouml;yle der: <em>&ldquo;Evet Karabekir! Arapo\u011flunun yavelerini T&uuml;rko\u011fullar\u0131na &ouml;\u011fretmek i&ccedil;in Kur&rsquo;an&rsquo;\u0131 T&uuml;rk&ccedil;eye terc&uuml;me ettirece\u011fim ve b&ouml;ylece de okutaca\u011f\u0131m. Ta ki budalal\u0131k edip de aldanmakta devam etmesinler.&rdquo;<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1cm; line-height: 16pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">Akif ve Kur&rsquo;an Meali<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1cm; line-height: 16pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">Atat&uuml;rk&rsquo;&uuml;n iste\u011fi &uuml;zerine Mehmet Akif&rsquo;ten T&uuml;rk&ccedil;e Kur&rsquo;an meali yapmas\u0131 istenir. Asl\u0131nda onlar\u0131n istedi\u011fi meal, ibadetlerde kullan\u0131lacak formatta olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Yani \u015fiir diline uyarlanm\u0131\u015f bir meal olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Mehmet Akif, meal &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na ba\u015flar. Fakat yapaca\u011f\u0131 bu meal &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n as\u0131l amac\u0131n\u0131n Arap&ccedil;a ibadetin yerine T&uuml;rk&ccedil;e ibadet i&ccedil;in kullan\u0131lacak olmas\u0131 oldu\u011funu anlad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 bitirmez ve var olan\u0131 da yok eder. Ger&ccedil;i son y\u0131llarda Mehmet Akif&rsquo;in T&uuml;rk&ccedil;e mealinin bir k\u0131sm\u0131 bulunup bas\u0131ld\u0131. Ama bu Mehmet Akif&rsquo;in &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 ilgili ekibe vermedi\u011fini g&ouml;sterir. Akif bir anlamda yap\u0131lacak olan dinde reform olay\u0131na alet olmak istememi\u015ftir.&rdquo; <\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1cm; line-height: 16pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">Peki, Akif, b&ouml;yle bir &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmadan imtina etmesi &uuml;zerine neden ba\u015fka bir kimseye meal sipari\u015fi verilmedi? Bunun temel nedeni de Akif&rsquo;in g&uuml;&ccedil;l&uuml; bir \u015fair olmas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131nda iyi bir Arap&ccedil;a ve Kur&rsquo;an bilgisine de sahip olmas\u0131d\u0131r. &Ccedil;&uuml;nk&uuml; yap\u0131lmak istenen sadece bir meal de\u011fildir. \u0130badetlerde de kullan\u0131lacak \u015fekilde \u015fiirsel bir mealdir. Bunun &uuml;zerine Diyanet \u0130\u015fleri Reisli\u011fi (R\u0131fat B&ouml;rek&ccedil;i) taraf\u0131ndan \u015eeyh Muhsin&rsquo;in ve Cemil Said&rsquo;in terc&uuml;meleri aleyhine fetva yay\u0131nlan\u0131r. Bu fetvada M&uuml;sl&uuml;man halk\u0131n bu &ccedil;evirilere aldanmamalar\u0131 tavsiye edilir.[1]<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1cm; line-height: 16pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">Acaba Atat&uuml;rk <\/span><\/strong><strong><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">&ldquo;Araplar\u0131n yaveleri<\/span><\/em><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">&rdquo; diye, Kur&rsquo;an ayetlerini mi, yoksa Onun ilgisiz tefsir ve tevillerini mi kastetmi\u015ftir? O, bu g&ouml;r&uuml;\u015f&uuml;nde bir dereceye kadar hakl\u0131d\u0131r. &Ccedil;&uuml;nk&uuml; Kur&rsquo;an&rsquo;\u0131n be\u015fer &uuml;st&uuml; &ouml;zellikteki ifadelerini bir ba\u015fka dile aynen, denk bir \u015fekilde terc&uuml;me etmek ve yap\u0131lan bu terc&uuml;meyi Kur&rsquo;an&rsquo;la e\u015fde\u011fer g&ouml;rmek imk&acirc;ns\u0131zd\u0131r. Fakat bununla birlikte Arap&ccedil;a bilmeyen M&uuml;sl&uuml;manlar, yap\u0131lan terc&uuml;meden yararlanarak Kur&rsquo;an&rsquo;\u0131n manas\u0131n\u0131 belli seviyede &ouml;\u011frenme f\u0131rsat\u0131 bulmu\u015f olacakt\u0131r. Kur&rsquo;an&rsquo;\u0131n tam bir terc&uuml;mesi yap\u0131lamayaca\u011f\u0131 i&ccedil;in, onun asl\u0131na yak\u0131n ve mesaj\u0131n\u0131 anlat\u0131r bir \u015fekilde, bir ba\u015fka dille ifade edilmesine tefsiri terc&uuml;me denilmesi uygun bulunmaktad\u0131r. Kur&rsquo;an&rsquo;\u0131n terc&uuml;me edilebilece\u011fini s&ouml;yleyenlerin maksad\u0131, onun tefsiri terc&uuml;mesinin yap\u0131labilece\u011fini ortaya koymakt\u0131r. Bu y&uuml;zden terc&uuml;me ile as\u0131l metnin yan yana konulmas\u0131 bir gelenek halini alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.[3] Yukar\u0131daki konu\u015fmada, Karabekir Pa\u015fa, Kur&rsquo;an&rsquo;\u0131n b&uuml;t&uuml;n &ouml;zelliklerinin T&uuml;rk&ccedil;e&rsquo;ye yans\u0131t\u0131lamayaca\u011f\u0131 endi\u015fesiyle Kur&rsquo;an&rsquo;\u0131n &ccedil;evirisinin yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 do\u011fru bulmamaktad\u0131r. &Ouml;rne\u011fin, &ldquo;elif, l&acirc;m, mim&rdquo; gibi &ouml;zel Kur&rsquo;an sembollerinin T&uuml;rk&ccedil;e&rsquo;de kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bulunamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Tabi ki, bu da bir bak\u0131\u015f a&ccedil;\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r. Fakat Atat&uuml;rk, &ldquo;elif, l&acirc;m, mim&rdquo; gibi &ouml;zel sembollerin &ccedil;evrilmeden ayn\u0131 kalabilece\u011fini, bunun yan\u0131nda m&uuml;mk&uuml;n olan &ccedil;evirinin yap\u0131labilece\u011fini vurgulam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1cm; line-height: 16pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">&ldquo;Nitekim, Atat&uuml;rk&rsquo;&uuml;n ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 Kur&rsquo;an terc&uuml;mesi hareketi g&uuml;n&uuml;m&uuml;zde yayg\u0131nla\u015fm\u0131\u015f ve olumlu sonu&ccedil;lar vermi\u015ftir. B&ouml;ylece Karabekir Pa\u015fa&rsquo;n\u0131n kayg\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n yersiz oldu\u011fu belirlenmi\u015ftir. Halk\u0131m\u0131z yap\u0131lan terc&uuml;meleri, Kur&rsquo;an&rsquo;\u0131n bir dengi de\u011fil, onu anlamaya yarayan bir vas\u0131ta olarak g&ouml;rebilme duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve sa\u011fduyusunu g&ouml;sterebilmi\u015ftir. Yap\u0131lan terc&uuml;melerin, Kur&rsquo;an&rsquo;\u0131n asl\u0131n\u0131n yerine ge&ccedil;ebilece\u011fi y&ouml;n&uuml;ndeki endi\u015feleri gereksizdir. B&ouml;ylece Atat&uuml;rk&rsquo;&uuml;n bu giri\u015fimi hay\u0131rl\u0131 neticeler &uuml;retmi\u015ftir. Atat&uuml;rk, Kur&rsquo;an&rsquo;\u0131n as\u0131l metnini okumay\u0131 b\u0131rakmay\u0131 ve onun yerine Kur&rsquo;an terc&uuml;melerini yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131 istememi\u015ftir. Kendisi Kur&rsquo;an&rsquo;\u0131 orijinal metinden okumay\u0131 ve dinlemeyi seven bir \u015fahsiyettir. O, bunun yan\u0131nda Kur&rsquo;an&rsquo;\u0131n anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 da &ouml;nemsemektedir. Bu y&uuml;zden Arap&ccedil;a bilmeyen T&uuml;rk halk\u0131 i&ccedil;in Kur&rsquo;an&rsquo;\u0131n &ccedil;evirisinin yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 zorunlu \/ ka&ccedil;\u0131n\u0131lmaz g&ouml;rmektedir. Son Peygamber olan Muhammet Mustafa Sall&acirc;llah&uuml;aleyhivesellem 1394 sene evel Rum&icirc; Nisan i&ccedil;inde ve Rebi&uuml;level ay\u0131n\u0131n on ikinci Pazartesi gecesi sabaha do\u011fru tan yeri a\u011far\u0131rken do\u011fdu. Davran\u0131\u015f geli\u015ftirirken, Kur&rsquo;an&rsquo;a y&ouml;nelmek yerine, ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n y&ouml;nlendirmelerini dikkate almaktad\u0131r.
