Osmanl\u0131&rsquo;n\u0131n son devrinde fikri ve fiili temelleri at\u0131lan bu giri\u015fimler Cumhuriyet d&ouml;neminde de, daha bir ciddiyet ve ehemmiyetle devam edecek ve Mustafa Kemal bu istikamette cesaretli giri\u015fimlere &ouml;nc&uuml;l&uuml;k edecekti. Ama maalesef Atat&uuml;rk&rsquo;&uuml;n hal&acirc; \u015f&uuml;pheli &ouml;l&uuml;m&uuml; &uuml;zerine bu Milli ve yerli sanayile\u015fme hamleleri de yerini s&ouml;m&uuml;rge tipi montaj sanayine devredecekti. Ard\u0131ndan y\u0131llar sonra Rahmetli <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16pt; font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif;\">Erbakan Hoca<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif;\">, yeniden <\/span><\/strong><strong><em><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif;\">&ldquo;Lider &uuml;lke, T&uuml;rkiye&rdquo;<\/span><\/em><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif;\"> hedefiyle yerli ve Milli kalk\u0131nma hamlelerine giri\u015fecek, &ccedil;ok &ouml;nemli geli\u015fmelere &ouml;nc&uuml;l&uuml;k edecek, ama maalesef Siyonist k&uuml;resel sermaye baronlar\u0131n\u0131n ve i\u015fbirlik&ccedil;i fig&uuml;ranlar\u0131n\u0131n h\u0131yanet tertipleriyle engellenecekti.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1cm; line-height: 16pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif;\">Bilindi\u011fi gibi Mustafa Kemal havac\u0131l\u0131\u011fa b&uuml;y&uuml;k &ouml;nem verirdi. Cumhuriyet&rsquo;ten hemen sonra havac\u0131l\u0131k geli\u015fmelerini incelemek ve ara\u015ft\u0131rmak i&ccedil;in Avrupa &uuml;lkelerine heyetler g&ouml;nderdi. Alt\u0131 uzmandan olu\u015fan bu heyetin &uuml;yelerinden biri ilk pilotlar\u0131m\u0131zdan Vecihi H&uuml;rku\u015f idi. Vecihi H&uuml;rku\u015f geziden d&ouml;nd&uuml;kten hemen sonra projelerini g&ouml;zden ge&ccedil;irmi\u015f ve ilk T&uuml;rk u&ccedil;a\u011f\u0131n\u0131 in\u015fa etmi\u015fti. \u0130lk u&ccedil;a\u011f\u0131n ad\u0131 VEC\u0130H\u0130 K-6 idi. Bu u&ccedil;aklar\u0131n devam\u0131 da gelmi\u015fti.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1cm; line-height: 16pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif;\"><\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif;\">Nuri Demira\u011f <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif;\">ilk u&ccedil;ak m&uuml;hendisimiz <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif;\">Selahattin Alan&rsquo;\u0131 <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif;\">ortak ederek yerli ve milli u&ccedil;ak &uuml;retimine ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. 17 Eyl&uuml;l 1936 Be\u015fikta\u015f&rsquo;ta bir ARGE at&ouml;lyesi a&ccedil;m\u0131\u015flard\u0131. Nuri Demira\u011f NU. D 36 (1940), NU. D 38 (1944) y\u0131llar\u0131nda T&uuml;rk mal\u0131 u&ccedil;aklar yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bu u&ccedil;aklar Amerikan yap\u0131m\u0131 u&ccedil;aklarla boy &ouml;l&ccedil;&uuml;\u015febilecek nitelikler ta\u015f\u0131maktayd\u0131. THK, Be\u015fikta\u015f&rsquo;taki fabrikaya ilk olarak 65 adet plan&ouml;r, sonras\u0131nda 10 adet ba\u015flang\u0131&ccedil; e\u011fitim u&ccedil;a\u011f\u0131 sipari\u015f \u0131smarlad\u0131. Plan&ouml;rler, 1937-1938 y\u0131llar\u0131nda tamamlanarak teslimi yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Nuri Demira\u011f&rsquo;\u0131n Be\u015fikta\u015f&rsquo;taki fabrikada yap\u0131lan ve hi&ccedil;bir bozukluk g&ouml;stermeden ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 u&ccedil;u\u015flar\u0131na ba\u015flayan u&ccedil;aklar\u0131, T&uuml;rkiye&rsquo;de oldu\u011fu kadar yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131nda da b&uuml;y&uuml;k yank\u0131lar uyand\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. &Ouml;zellikle &ccedil;ift motorlu, bar\u0131\u015fta yolcu u&ccedil;a\u011f\u0131, sava\u015fta istenildi\u011fi zaman eksiksiz bir bombard\u0131man u&ccedil;a\u011f\u0131 g&ouml;revini yerine getirebilen bir tasar\u0131md\u0131. T&uuml;rklerin kendi u&ccedil;aklar\u0131n\u0131 kendilerinin yapmas\u0131 belli ba\u015fl\u0131 u&ccedil;ak fabrikalar\u0131n\u0131 endi\u015felendirmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u0130ngiliz ve Almanlara g&ouml;re Amerika&rsquo;n\u0131n endi\u015feleri daha fazlayd\u0131.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1cm; line-height: 16pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif;\">Ancak Atat&uuml;rk &ouml;ld&uuml;kten sonra bu alana ilgi azalm\u0131\u015f, maalesef devlet bu t&uuml;r Milli giri\u015fimlere deste\u011fini ask\u0131ya alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Amerika&rsquo;ya -T&uuml;rkiye&rsquo;ye u&ccedil;ak satmas\u0131 i&ccedil;in- &ouml;n ayak olan ki\u015fi Ahmet Emin Yalman kendisi Acentelik a&ccedil;acakt\u0131. 1939&rsquo;da THK, \u0130n&ouml;n&uuml;&rsquo;n&uuml;n bask\u0131s\u0131yla, Nuri Demira\u011f&rsquo;a sipari\u015f etti\u011fi 65 adet u&ccedil;a\u011f\u0131n <em>zaman\u0131nda teslimat yap\u0131lmamas\u0131<\/em> gerek&ccedil;eleriyle s&ouml;zle\u015fmeyi feshetti\u011fini duyurmu\u015flard\u0131. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1cm; line-height: 16pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif;\">Sam Amca ve uzant\u0131lar\u0131<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif;\"> <strong>ile i\u015fbirlik&ccedil;i iktidarlar Milli U&ccedil;ak Sanayimize engel olmu\u015flard\u0131.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1cm; line-height: 16pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif;\">Ne gariptir ki THK&rsquo;n\u0131n almad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu u&ccedil;aklar tam 16.000 u&ccedil;u\u015f yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca ABD, D&ouml;nme Ahmet Emin Yalman&rsquo;a u&ccedil;aklar\u0131n\u0131 pazarlamas\u0131 konusunda temsilcilik a&ccedil;m\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Ne hikmetse Frans\u0131zlar da bu Ahmet Emin Yalman&rsquo;a acentelik sunmu\u015flard\u0131. Bu acenteli\u011fin u&ccedil;aklar\u0131n\u0131 al\u0131p da Nuri Demira\u011f&rsquo;\u0131n u&ccedil;aklar\u0131n\u0131 almayan 1949&rsquo;un Hava Kuvvetleri Komutan\u0131 \u015fu vahim a&ccedil;\u0131klamay\u0131 yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131: <em>&ldquo;Amerikan yard\u0131m\u0131ndan bedava u&ccedil;ak almak dururken, Demira\u011f&rsquo;\u0131n u&ccedil;ak fabrikas\u0131na sipari\u015f vermem ak\u0131l k&acirc;r\u0131 de\u011fildir.&rdquo;<\/em> Maalesef askeri ve m&uuml;lki b&uuml;rokrasimiz i\u015fte b&ouml;ylesi kafalarla doldurulmaktayd\u0131. 1920&rsquo;li ve 1930&rsquo;lu y\u0131llarda b&uuml;y&uuml;k fedak&acirc;rl\u0131klarla elde edilen savunma sanayi imk&acirc;n ve kabiliyetleri b&ouml;ylece Atat&uuml;rk&rsquo;ten sonra kaybedilmeye ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015f ve yurti&ccedil;i sipari\u015fleri azalm\u0131\u015f ve t&uuml;m bunlardan dolay\u0131 askeri fabrikalar ve sivil te\u015febb&uuml;sler <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: black;\">15 Mart 1950&rsquo;de, \u0130n&ouml;n&uuml;&rsquo;n&uuml;n Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131, G&uuml;naltay&rsquo;\u0131n ba\u015fbakan oldu\u011fu d&ouml;nemde fabrikalar\u0131n kapat\u0131lmas\u0131 kanunu &ccedil;\u0131kart\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve&nbsp; 14 May\u0131s 1950 se&ccedil;imleri ile iktidara gelen Menderes ve Celal Bayar taraf\u0131ndan da uygulamaya konularak bu fabrikalar kapat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span> <\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif;\">Nuri Demira\u011flar\u0131n ve Erbakanlar\u0131n a\u011f\u0131r sanayi giri\u015fimleri destek g&ouml;rse veya &ouml;n&uuml; kesilmeseydi, T&uuml;rkiye ekonomisi ve d&uuml;nyadaki etkinli\u011fi \u015faha kalkm\u0131\u015f olacakt\u0131.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1cm; line-height: 16pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif;\">Yerli U&ccedil;ak Sanayii-\u0130mali s&ouml;z konusu oldu\u011funda, CHP&rsquo;liler:<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif;\"> <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif;\">&ldquo;Efendim! Neden gelmedi\u011fi a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da a&ccedil;\u0131klanmaktad\u0131r. <strong>&ldquo;Menderes yanl\u0131lar\u0131&rdquo;<\/strong> da: <strong>&ldquo;Aaa&#8230; Olur mu Demira\u011f&rsquo;\u0131n (&Ouml;zel Sekt&ouml;r U&ccedil;ak Tesisleri&rsquo;ni) \u0130n&ouml;n&uuml; kapatt\u0131!&rdquo;<\/strong> demektedir. Peki, &ldquo;do\u011frusu&rdquo; nedir? Buna ge&ccedil;meden, &ouml;nce \u015fu soruya cevap verelim. Nuri Bey, \u0130stanbul&rsquo;da i\u015fgal y\u0131llar\u0131nda memurluk g&ouml;revi s\u0131ras\u0131nda bir hakarete u\u011framas\u0131 nedeniyle memuriyetten ayr\u0131larak sigara k&acirc;\u011f\u0131d\u0131 sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile ticari hayata at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve k\u0131sa s&uuml;rede ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir i\u015fadam\u0131 olmu\u015ftu. \u0130lerleyen s&uuml;rede Cumhuriyet D&ouml;neminde devletin milli kaynaklarla demiryolu yap\u0131m\u0131 projesinde m&uuml;teahhit olarak yer al\u0131yor ve 2012 km uzunlukta demir yolu a\u011f\u0131 d&ouml;\u015f&uuml;yordu. Nuri Bey, yeni kurulan T&uuml;rkiye Cumhuriyeti&rsquo;nin zay\u0131f d&uuml;\u015fmemesi i&ccedil;in Milletin zenginlerine daha &ccedil;ok g&ouml;rev d&uuml;\u015ft&uuml;\u011f&uuml;ne inan\u0131yordu. Havac\u0131l\u0131k sanayii bug&uuml;n oldu\u011fu gibi, o g&uuml;nlerde de &ouml;nemli yat\u0131r\u0131m gerektiriyordu ve Nuri Bey de olduk&ccedil;a y&uuml;ksek mebla\u011fda bir birikime sahip bulunuyordu. 1936 y\u0131l\u0131nda T&uuml;rkiye b&uuml;t&ccedil;esi 212 milyon lirayken onun servetinin 11 milyon lira oldu\u011fu dikkate al\u0131n\u0131rsa 20 y\u0131ll\u0131k T&uuml;rkiye b&uuml;t&ccedil;esinin yakla\u015f\u0131k %5&rsquo;i kadar bir servete sahip oldu\u011fu ortaya &ccedil;\u0131k\u0131yordu. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1cm; line-height: 16pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif;\">Nuri Bey, d&uuml;nyadaki geli\u015fmeleri ve olas\u0131 &ccedil;at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 &ouml;nceden g&ouml;rm&uuml;\u015f ve T&uuml;rkiye&rsquo;nin acilen ihtiya&ccedil; duydu\u011fu bir alan olan havac\u0131l\u0131\u011fa katk\u0131da bulunmak i&ccedil;in harekete ge&ccedil;mi\u015ftir. Havac\u0131l\u0131k tarihinde &ouml;nemli bir yeri olan Nuri Demira\u011f Bey, T&uuml;rkiye&rsquo;de &ouml;zel sekt&ouml;rde ilk u&ccedil;ak fabrikas\u0131n\u0131 kurmu\u015f, u&ccedil;ak ve plan&ouml;r &uuml;retmi\u015ftir. Nuri Demira\u011f, Hava Harp Sanayiinde; u&ccedil;aklar\u0131 d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan sat\u0131n almak ve d\u0131\u015far\u0131n\u0131n ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131s\u0131 olmak yerine T&uuml;rk tasar\u0131m\u0131 u&ccedil;aklar\u0131n T&uuml;rk semalar\u0131na h&acirc;kim olmas\u0131n\u0131 isteyen bir giri\u015fimcidir. Yabanc\u0131 lisanslarla u&ccedil;ak &uuml;retmenin taklit&ccedil;ilikten &ouml;te bir \u015fey olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilmektedir. &Ccedil;&uuml;nk&uuml; u&ccedil;ak &uuml;retim lisans\u0131n\u0131 satan &uuml;lke, demode olmu\u015f, kendisi i&ccedil;in tehdit olmayacak ve ekonomik &ouml;mr&uuml; olmayan sistemlerin sat\u0131\u015f\u0131na m&uuml;saade etmesi, &ouml;ncelikle kendi g&uuml;venli\u011fi ve &uuml;lke &ccedil;\u0131karlar\u0131 gere\u011fidir&hellip; Nuri Bey, U&ccedil;ak &uuml;retmenin zor ve pahal\u0131 bir i\u015f oldu\u011funun bilincindedir. Yan\u0131na kendisi gibi d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;nen ve T&uuml;rk tasar\u0131m\u0131 u&ccedil;ak &uuml;retimine destek veren U&ccedil;ak M&uuml;hendisi Selahaddin Alan&rsquo;\u0131 ortak alarak se&ccedil;mi\u015ftir. Avrupa seyahatinde, Alman Sivil Hava Federasyonu arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile be\u015f Alman tayyare m&uuml;hendisini, at&ouml;lyesinde istihdam etmi\u015ftir. U&ccedil;ak sanayii alan\u0131nda uluslararas\u0131 alanda &ouml;nemli bir isim olan Prof. Gasner ile de bir anla\u015fmaya gitmi\u015ftir. Nitekim ilk sipari\u015fler T&uuml;rk Hava Kurumu taraf\u0131ndan verilmi\u015ftir. Demira\u011f&rsquo;\u0131n, d&ouml;nemin &ouml;nemli u&ccedil;ak m&uuml;hendislerinden olan Selahattin Alan ile ortakl\u0131k kurmu\u015f olup, y&ouml;netimde orta\u011f\u0131na her t&uuml;rl&uuml; esnekli\u011fi sa\u011flamas\u0131 &ouml;nemlidir. Selahattin Alan, Fransa&rsquo;da e\u011fitim alm\u0131\u015f, bilgili, &uuml;lkesi i&ccedil;in bir \u015feyler yapmak isteyen birisidir. Eski\u015fehir&rsquo;de Askeri U&ccedil;ak Fabrikas\u0131&rsquo;nda &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f ve mesle\u011finde temay&uuml;z etmi\u015ftir. Burada &ccedil;al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken bir prototip u&ccedil;ak imalat\u0131 &uuml;zerinde &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f, ancak istedi\u011fi sonuca ula\u015fmas\u0131 engellenmi\u015ftir. Selahattin Alan&rsquo;\u0131n &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 sonucu Nu.D.36 u&ccedil;a\u011f\u0131 tamamlan\u0131vermi\u015ftir. Di\u011fer bir proje de Nu.D.38 tipi u&ccedil;aklar &uuml;zerindedir. Alan&rsquo;\u0131n ans\u0131z\u0131n vefat\u0131 ile bu proje yar\u0131m kalm\u0131\u015f, ancak daha sonra tamamlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130mal edilen ND-36 (Al-2) tipi u&ccedil;a\u011f\u0131, Eski\u015fehir&rsquo;de yap\u0131lacak olan tan\u0131t\u0131m\u0131nda ini\u015f esnas\u0131nda pistin giri\u015findeki su tahliye &ccedil;ukuruna girmi\u015f ve u&ccedil;ak kaza-k\u0131r\u0131m ge&ccedil;irmi\u015ftir. U&ccedil;a\u011f\u0131n pilotu Selahattin Alan maalesef \u015fehit d&uuml;\u015fm&uuml;\u015flerdir. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1cm; line-height: 16pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif;\">Bu geli\u015fme bahane edilerek T&uuml;rk Hava Kurumu ile Nuri Demira\u011f mahkemelik olmu\u015flard\u0131r. T&uuml;rk Hava Kurumu taraf\u0131ndan Nuri Demira\u011f U&ccedil;ak Fabrikas\u0131na verilen 65 adet plan&ouml;r&uuml;n &ouml;nce kabul&uuml; yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, ancak &uuml;retimi tamamlanan ve test denemeleri yap\u0131lan u&ccedil;aklar\u0131n teknik \u015fartnamede belirtilen motor &ouml;zelliklerinin bire bir tutmamas\u0131 bahanesiyle teslim al\u0131nmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bunda Selahattin Alan&rsquo;\u0131n, u&ccedil;a\u011f\u0131 test ve muayene i&ccedil;in geldi\u011fi zaman bir kaza sonucu hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetmesi ve u&ccedil;aklara olan g&uuml;venin sars\u0131lmas\u0131 &ouml;nemli rol oynam\u0131\u015fsa da as\u0131l engelleyici, Siyonist sermayeli d\u0131\u015f u&ccedil;ak firmalar\u0131d\u0131r. Asl\u0131nda sorun u&ccedil;a\u011f\u0131n motorundaki baz\u0131 numaralardan kaynaklanmaktad\u0131r; ithal edilen motor \u015fartnamede belirtilen k\u0131staslarla birebir uyu\u015fmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r, bu da d\u0131\u015f firmalarca kas\u0131tl\u0131 yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu sorunlar mahkemeye ta\u015f\u0131nm\u0131\u015f ve yarg\u0131 siyasi bask\u0131larla karar\u0131n\u0131 Demira\u011f aleyhine alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu durum yine de Demira\u011f&rsquo;\u0131 idealinden al\u0131koymam\u0131\u015f, u&ccedil;ak imalat\u0131na y&ouml;nelik giri\u015fimleri aksamam\u0131\u015f ve 1944 y\u0131l\u0131nda Nu. D-38&rsquo;in imalat\u0131 tamamlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1cm; line-height: 16pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif;\">Bu u&ccedil;a\u011f\u0131n teknik &ouml;zellikleri: <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif;\">6 ki\u015filik, &ccedil;ift kumandal\u0131, 2200 devirli 2 adet 160 beygir g&uuml;c&uuml;nde motorla donat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve saatte 325 km s&uuml;rat yapmaktad\u0131r. Bo\u015f a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 1200 kg dolu a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ise 1900 kg&rsquo;d\u0131r. Tam depo yak\u0131t ile 1000 km menzile sahip durumdad\u0131r. 3,5 saat havada kalabilecek tasar\u0131mdad\u0131r, tavan irtifas\u0131 5500 metreden fazlad\u0131r. Tayyarenin modeli T&uuml;rk m&uuml;hendisler taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f, motorlar hari&ccedil; t&uuml;m aksam T&uuml;rk teknisyen ve i\u015f&ccedil;ilerince yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Daha &ouml;nce vurguland\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi bu u&ccedil;a\u011f\u0131n devlet hava yollar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan kabul edilmesi &uuml;zerinde anla\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131, ama sonradan buna engel olmu\u015flard\u0131. U&ccedil;a\u011f\u0131n test u&ccedil;u\u015flar\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131 ile tamamlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Nitekim Nu. D-38 tipi u&ccedil;ak 26 May\u0131s 1944 tarihinde \u0130stanbul-Ankara seferine ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Evet, belki daha yeni yeni kurulan bu fabrikalar &ouml;yle modern teknolojiye sahip de\u011fildi. Zaman\u0131n \u015fartlar\u0131na g&ouml;re; yeterli bir teknolojik donan\u0131m ve ekipmanlara sahip de\u011fillerdi. &Uuml;lkenin sava\u015ftan daha yeni &ccedil;\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 o s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 d&ouml;nemde o g&uuml;n&uuml;n \u015fartlar\u0131nda ancak zirai u&ccedil;ak ve nakliye u&ccedil;aklar\u0131 yap\u0131m\u0131na giri\u015filmi\u015fti. Elbetteki sava\u015ftan daha yeni &ccedil;\u0131km\u0131\u015f olan T&uuml;rkiye&rsquo;de o s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 g&uuml;nlerde bundan daha fazlas\u0131 beklenemezdi. Bu &ccedil;er&ccedil;evede, 1925 y\u0131l\u0131 yaz mevsiminde <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif;\">Alman Junkers \u015eirketi <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif;\">ile T&uuml;rkiye, bir u&ccedil;ak ve u&ccedil;ak motoru fabrikas\u0131 kurulmas\u0131n\u0131 &ouml;ng&ouml;ren bir anla\u015fma tasla\u011f\u0131 &uuml;zerinde ittifak etmi\u015fti. Kurulacak \u015firketin sermayesi 7 milyon Alman Mark\u0131 olacak (3,5 milyon TL \/ &ccedil;&uuml;nk&uuml; 1 TL 2 Mark&rsquo;t\u0131) ve taraflar aras\u0131nda e\u015fit \u015fekilde b&ouml;l&uuml;\u015f&uuml;lecekti. Alman Devleti de, stratejik a&ccedil;\u0131dan bir hayli &ouml;nemli olan bu projeye b&uuml;y&uuml;k de\u011fer vermekteydi. Sonu&ccedil;ta T&uuml;rkiye ile Junkers aras\u0131nda 15 A\u011fustos 1925 tarihinde bir anla\u015fma imzalanarak, Tayyare ve Motor T&uuml;rk Anonim \u015eirketi &ndash; TOMTA\u015e kurulmu\u015ftu. Yer olarak, Anadolu&rsquo;nun ortalar\u0131ndaki bir nokta, Kayseri uygun bulunmu\u015ftu. O d&ouml;nemde fabrikan\u0131n yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 b&ouml;lgede elektrik bulunmuyordu. Demiryolu dahi ancak 1928 y\u0131l\u0131 May\u0131s ay\u0131 i&ccedil;erisinde buraya ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yordu. \u0130n\u015faat iki a\u015famada tamamlan\u0131yor, ilk safhada fabrika, 1926 y\u0131l\u0131 sonbahar\u0131nda u&ccedil;ak tamiri yapabilir hale geliyordu. \u0130kinci safhada ise, 1927 y\u0131l\u0131 i&ccedil;erisinde u&ccedil;ak &uuml;retimine ba\u015flanmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yordu.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1cm; line-height: 16pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif;\">Hangarlar, su kuyular\u0131, depolar, antrepolar, memur ve i\u015f&ccedil;i lojmanlar\u0131 da proje dahilindeydi. Bunlara ilaveten bir de Eski\u015fehir&rsquo;de bir <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif;\">fabrika okulu <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif;\">kurulmas\u0131na karar verilmi\u015fti. \u0130n\u015faat i\u015fi Alman devi <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif;\">Philipp Holzmann <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif;\">firmas\u0131na ihale edildi. &Ouml;nceki y\u0131llarda Ba\u011fdat Demiryolu projesinde aktif rol alan bu firma, &ccedil;ok ilgin&ccedil; bir bi&ccedil;imde, sonraki y\u0131llarda da T&uuml;rkiye ile temas\u0131n\u0131 s&uuml;rd&uuml;rerek 1970&prime;li y\u0131llar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda T&uuml;rk Hava Yollar\u0131&rsquo;n\u0131n ilk teknik bak\u0131m binas\u0131n\u0131n (bug&uuml;n eski hangar olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan bina) in\u015faat\u0131n\u0131 ger&ccedil;ekle\u015ftirmi\u015fti. T&uuml;m haz\u0131rl\u0131k ve planlara kar\u015f\u0131n, Junkers firmas\u0131n\u0131n i&ccedil;erisinde bulundu\u011fu mali g&uuml;&ccedil;l&uuml;kler, TOMTA\u015e projesini de derinden etkilemeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Alman devletinin deste\u011fine ra\u011fmen iflas\u0131n e\u015fi\u011fine gelen Junkers, dolayl\u0131 olarak T&uuml;rk &ndash; Alman siyas&icirc; ve iktisad&icirc; ili\u015fkilerini sarsm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Hatta Junkers&rsquo;in T&uuml;rkiye&rsquo;deki giri\u015fimleri, Alman devleti i&ccedil;erisinde de ayr\u0131l\u0131\u011fa yol a&ccedil;m\u0131\u015f; Alman d\u0131\u015fi\u015fleri bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Junkers&rsquo;i desteklerken, ula\u015ft\u0131rma ve savunma bakanl\u0131klar\u0131 \u015firketin kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda konumlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Junkers&rsquo;in zor durumuna kar\u015f\u0131n projenin ilk a\u015famas\u0131 planland\u0131\u011f\u0131 s&uuml;rede tamamlanm\u0131\u015f ve <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif;\">Kayseri U&ccedil;ak Fabrikas\u0131 6 Ekim 1926 tarihinde a&ccedil;\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif;\">Tesisin kapasitesi y\u0131lda 250 u&ccedil;ak &uuml;retimi olarak ayarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Almanya&rsquo;dan gelen be\u015f m&uuml;hendis ile 120 Alman ve 240 T&uuml;rk i\u015f&ccedil;isi tesiste g&ouml;rev alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Fakat 1927 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar, in\u015fa edilmesi planlanan d&ouml;rt hangardan ancak iki tanesi tamamlanabilmi\u015fti. Neticede bu proje asil hedeflerine eri\u015fememi\u015fti. Junkers&rsquo;in iddialar\u0131na g&ouml;re T&uuml;rk H&uuml;k&uuml;meti&rsquo;nin gerekli sermaye &ouml;demelerini geciktirmesi, T&uuml;rk taraf\u0131na g&ouml;re ise Junkers&rsquo;in patent ve lisans konusunda anla\u015fmazl\u0131k &ccedil;\u0131kar\u0131p T&uuml;rkiye havac\u0131l\u0131k sanayiinde tekel olmay\u0131 ama&ccedil;lamas\u0131 sebebiyle 1928 Mart ay\u0131nda s&ouml;zle\u015fme feshedilmi\u015fti. Maalesef 27 Ekim 1928 tarihinde de TOMTA\u015e resmen iflas etmi\u015fti. 30 Ocak 1930 tarihinde \u015firket feshedilmi\u015f ve mahkeme, Junkers&rsquo;e tutar\u0131 a&ccedil;\u0131klanmayan miktarda tazminat &ouml;denmesine h&uuml;kmetmi\u015fti.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1cm; line-height: 16pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif;\">Yeri gelmi\u015fken, Junkers&rsquo;in o tarihlerde, T&uuml;rkiye&rsquo;deki baz\u0131 sivil havayolu hatlar\u0131n\u0131n i\u015fletim haklar\u0131 i&ccedil;in <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif;\">Lufthansa <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif;\">ile rekabet etmekte oldu\u011funu da hat\u0131rlatmak gerekiyordu. Junkers Almanlar\u0131n, Lufthansa ise Yahudi Sermayedarlar\u0131n\u0131n g&uuml;d&uuml;m&uuml;nde bulunuyordu. \u0130ran&rsquo;da bu y&ouml;nde ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 faaliyetleri olan \u015firket, Tahran-\u0130stanbul ve Ba\u011fdat-\u0130stanbul hatlar\u0131n\u0131n a&ccedil;\u0131lmas\u0131 i&ccedil;in &ccedil;aba sarf ediyordu. Lufthansa ise Berlin-\u0130stanbul hatt\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, \u0130stanbul-Ankara-Ba\u011fdat hatt\u0131n\u0131n i\u015fletmesini &uuml;stlenebilmenin yollar\u0131n\u0131 ar\u0131yordu.
