Buna paralel olarak \u00f6zelde bu co\u011frafyan\u0131n kilit \u00fclkesi olan T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti Devletinin i\u00e7ini bo\u015faltmas\u0131 gerekiyor, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc cumhuriyetin kurulu\u015f felsefesi b\u00fct\u00fcn ruhunu emperyalist kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 m\u00fccadeleden al\u0131r. BOP \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde \u00e7izilen haritada yer alan Ermenistan, G\u00fcrcistan ve \u0130srail d\u0131\u015far\u0131da tutulur ise, hedef se\u00e7ilen co\u011frafya da yakla\u015f\u0131k 640 milyon M\u00fcsl\u00fcman&#39;\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcr ve T\u00fcrkiye&#39;nin konumu bunun i\u00e7ine yerle\u015ftirilirse, hedefin kim oldu\u011fu rahatl\u0131kla g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr.  <\/p>\n<p> \u00d6tekini tan\u0131mlayan keskin ayr\u0131m\u0131n g\u00fcvenlik kavram\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinden yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 hat\u0131rlan\u0131rsa, bar\u0131\u015f, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve demokrasi ad\u0131na ilan edilen sava\u015f\u0131n haritas\u0131nda yer alan \u00fclkelerin tehdit s\u0131ralamas\u0131n\u0131 belirgin ve silik \u00e7izgiler \u00fczerinden \u00f6nem s\u0131ras\u0131na g\u00f6re \u00e7\u0131karmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Ne var ki eziyet \u00e7ekmeyelim diye CIA&#39; ya ba\u011fl\u0131 Milli \u0130stihbarat Konseyi Global 2015 ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda bir rapor yay\u0131nlayarak bize yard\u0131mc\u0131 oluyor! \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu raporda \u00fclkemizle ilgili ilgin\u00e7 de\u011ferlendirmeler yer al\u0131yor. Konumuzla ilgili olarak &quot;T\u00fcrkiye&#39;de etnik ve dini sorunlar\u0131n artaca\u011f\u0131&quot; ifade ediliyor. ABD ve AB paras\u0131 ile yabanc\u0131 ve yerli vak\u0131flar\u0131n, di\u011fer sivil toplum \u00f6rg\u00fctlerin dini ve etnik konular\u0131 kurcalamak i\u00e7in g\u00f6sterdikleri ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc \u00e7aba dikkate al\u0131n\u0131rsa, \u00fclkemize bi\u00e7ilen konumun ne oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr.<a name=\"_ftnref4\" href=\"#_ftn4\" title=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a> \u00dclkemize y\u00f6nelik olarak olu\u015fturulan politik-stratejinin etnik boyutunu bir tarafa b\u0131rak\u0131rsak bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te tasarlanan din projesinin \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda k\u00fcresel politik temalara b\u00fcr\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f \u0130sl\u00e2m anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 oldu\u011fu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. Bu s\u00fcrecin her safhas\u0131nda dinler aras\u0131 diyalog, \u0130brahimi dinler, dinler bah\u00e7esi ve kalvinist M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar gibi faaliyetlerin \u00e7ok teknik bir dille: siyasi iktidar, baz\u0131 dini cemaatler ve D\u0130B taraf\u0131ndan ince ince i\u015flendi\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. \u00dclkemizde y\u0131llarca sermayenin ama\u00e7lar\u0131na uygun olarak yorumlanan \u0130sl\u00e2m&#39;\u0131n, bizzat dini de\u011ferleri payla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen ve kendilerini b\u00f6yle tan\u0131mlayan insanlar ve cumhuriyetimizin \u00f6nemli kurulu\u015fu D\u0130B yetkilileri taraf\u0131ndan k\u00fcresel sermayenin ama\u00e7lar\u0131na uygun olarak yorumlanmas\u0131 \u00fczerinde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmesi gereken \u00f6nemli bir konudur.  <\/p>\n<p> Stratejik n\u00f6bet de\u011fi\u015fiminin yeni tan\u0131mlar\u0131ndan birisi olan BOP \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde tasarlanan \u0130slam \u00f6zel tan\u0131m ve a\u00e7\u0131klamalara tabii tutulur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc b\u00f6yle bir politik proje i\u00e7erisinde yer alan \u0130sl\u00e2m; k\u00fcresel g\u00fcc\u00fcn \u00e7ekici y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc ifade eder. De\u011fer i\u00e7erikli kavramlarla k\u00fcresel politik ekonominin, yani politik sermayenin ama\u00e7lar\u0131na uygun dini zihniyet in\u015fa etmek ancak b\u00f6yle bir proje ile m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu co\u011frafyada kapitalist liberal temalara uygun alg\u0131 kal\u0131b\u0131na uygun olarak \u00fcretilen \u0130sl\u00e2m, hem fiili sald\u0131r\u0131dan daha etkin i\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcr, hem de toplumu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcr ve b\u00f6ler. &quot;Yeni d\u00f6nemde k\u00fcresel politik g\u00fcc\u00fcn en b\u00fcy\u00fck arzusu \u0130sl\u00e2m&#39;\u0131n liberal de\u011ferlere uyum i\u00e7inde siyasalla\u015fmas\u0131 ve kurumsalla\u015fmas\u0131d\u0131r&quot;<a name=\"_ftnref5\" href=\"#_ftn5\" title=\"_ftnref5\">[5]<\/a> s\u00f6z\u00fc bu ger\u00e7e\u011fi teyit etmektedir. \u015e\u00f6yle ki liberal sistemi belirleyen ve kuran fikri ve politik \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fctler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan yorumlanm\u0131\u015f \u0130sl\u00e2m; bat\u0131l\u0131la\u015fm\u0131\u015f \u0130sl\u00e2m&#39;d\u0131r. Bat\u0131l\u0131la\u015fm\u0131\u015f \u0130sl\u00e2m; bat\u0131 s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecili\u011fini de\u011fer i\u00e7erikli ifadelerle me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131ran kutsal ayg\u0131tt\u0131r. B\u00f6yle bir tutum sergilemek \u0130sl\u00e2m&#39;\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn inan\u00e7 ve de\u011ferlerine ayk\u0131r\u0131 oldu\u011fu halde egemen g\u00fcc\u00fcn \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131na uygun bir \u0130sl\u00e2m anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 telkin etmesinin nedeni nedir? Bu sorunun farkl\u0131 cevaplar\u0131 vard\u0131r. Fakat bunlar\u0131n i\u00e7erisinde en ilginci her t\u00fcrl\u00fc de\u011fere tasallut eden i\u015fgalcileri bans\u0131n simgesi sayd\u0131klar\u0131 ve etraf\u0131nda bula\u015fmaya davet ettikleri \u0130sa Mesih&#39;in havarileri olarak g\u00f6rmeleridir.<\/strong>  <\/p>\n<p> Kapitalist k\u00fclt\u00fcrel mant\u0131kla \u0130sl\u00e2m aras\u0131nda ba\u011f kurmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ironiciler ve takiyyeciler s\u00fcrekli olarak k\u00fcresel ekonomik ve politik kurallardan s\u00f6z ederler. Uluslar aras\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc, yani ye, i\u00e7, e\u011flen k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc kutsayan bu \u00e7evreler; milli de\u011ferlerden vazge\u00e7meyi \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn zorunlu \u015fart\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fcklerinden, ortak tasavvur bi\u00e7imlerini \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ad\u0131na etnik ve dini cemaatlerin \u00f6zel diline \u00e7evirip, bunu demokratik toplum olman\u0131n \u015fart\u0131 olarak sunuyorlar. B\u00f6yle bir anlay\u0131\u015f, etnik ve dini cemaatlerle, medeniyetler aras\u0131 \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma ve diyalog aras\u0131nda gidip gelen yeni tan\u0131m ve politik s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n yerle\u015fti\u011fi k\u00fcresel politik strateji ile birebir \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr. Ancak belirtmemiz gerekir ki her ne kadar bu proje k\u00fcresel iktidar\u0131n diline uygun olarak paketlenmi\u015f olsa da kapitalist-liberal sistem ile \u0130sl\u00e2m aras\u0131nda kurulan ba\u011f felsefi temellerden yoksun bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Kald\u0131 ki bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f, Tanr\u0131 \u00d6ld\u00fc slogan\u0131 ile s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131na ula\u015fan ve kendi \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc ilan eden Bat\u0131&#39;n\u0131n duygusuz ve de\u011fersiz simgelerine eklenen politik g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. \u00dcstelik bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn gelece\u011fi yoktur.<a name=\"_ftnref8\" href=\"#_ftn8\" title=\"_ftnref8\">[8]<\/a> B\u00f6yle bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce din a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da sorunludur, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc bat\u0131n\u0131n simgesel de\u011fi\u015f toku\u015f s\u00fcrecinde olu\u015fturulan din, dini de\u011ferler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6l\u00fcd\u00fcr. Kald\u0131 ki bat\u0131l\u0131 \u00fclkelerde din art\u0131k ekonomik verimlilik ve politik \u00e7\u0131kar i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan bir ara\u00e7t\u0131r. \u00dclkemizde sermayenin ve b\u00fcrokrasinin ama\u00e7lar\u0131na uygun olarak yorumlanan \u0130sl\u00e2m anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n da gelece\u011fi yoktur, \u00f6l\u00fcd\u00fcr; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u0130sl\u00e2m&#39;\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn bilgi kaynaklar\u0131 hayat\u0131n esteti\u011fini bozan ve i\u00e7eriksizle\u015ftiren tutumlara kar\u015f\u0131 tav\u0131r almay\u0131 iman\u0131n tad\u0131na ula\u015fmak olarak tan\u0131mlar.  <\/p>\n<p> Liberal \u0130sl\u00e2m, \u00f6zel ve stratejik bir se\u00e7imdir; \u00f6zel bir se\u00e7imdir, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc g\u00fcc\u00fc me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131ran kapitalist k\u00fclt\u00fcrel mant\u0131\u011f\u0131n hiyerar\u015fik diline eklemlenen demokrasi tezinin bo\u015f ve anlams\u0131z oldu\u011funu saklar. Stratejik bir se\u00e7imdir, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc bat\u0131l\u0131 k\u00fcresel g\u00fc\u00e7lerin \u0130sl\u00e2m co\u011frafyas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik stratejilerini ancak liberal temalara b\u00fcr\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f bir \u0130sl\u00e2m anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131rmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Kald\u0131 ki liberal sistemin omurgas\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fkil eden kapitalizm ile \u0130sl\u00e2m aras\u0131nda derin bir \u00e7atlak vard\u0131r. Birbiriyle \u00e7eli\u015fen temalar\u0131n \u00fcst \u00fcste ve yan yana konulmas\u0131ndan ibarettir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc maddi g\u00fc\u00e7ten, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcden ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bireyden yana tav\u0131r koyan ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fclerin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmesi i\u00e7in bunu gerekli g\u00f6ren liberalizm; evrimci mant\u0131\u011f\u0131n yal\u0131n ve inceltilmi\u015f formudur. \u00c7a\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n tipik \u00f6zelli\u011fi olan yoksullar\u0131n \u00e7evrelenmesi ve elenmesi ise kapitalist k\u00fclt\u00fcrel mant\u0131\u011f\u0131n bir sonucudur. H\u00e2lbuki \u0130sl\u00e2m \u00f6\u011fretisi b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcyle servetin tekelle\u015fmesine ve s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcye kar\u015f\u0131d\u0131r. Kapitalist k\u00fclt\u00fcrel mant\u0131\u011fa eklemlenmi\u015f demokrasi anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 da bat\u0131n\u0131n yaral\u0131 bilincini yans\u0131t\u0131r. Buna kar\u015f\u0131 demokratik sistem; milletin iradesini, kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131, hukukun \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ve sosyal adaleti talep eder ve korur. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fen demokrasi etiketli politik sistem sermayeyi elinde tutan ki\u015filerin ve \u015firketlerin kontrol\u00fc alt\u0131nda olmay\u0131 zorunlu k\u0131lar. Kendi de\u011fer ve iddialar\u0131m\u0131zdan vazge\u00e7meyi telkin eden k\u00fcresel egemen g\u00fcc\u00fcn s\u00f6zc\u00fcleri gelece\u011fi \u015f\u00f6yle tasarlarlar: &quot;\u015eimdilik liberalizme kar\u015f\u0131 meydan okuyan ideolojilerin \u00f6l\u00fc oldu\u011funu beyan edecek olursak, liberalizmle rekabet edecek ba\u015fka ideolojilerin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan s\u00f6z etmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilir mi? Burada ortaya iki olas\u0131l\u0131k \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor: din ve milliyet\u00e7ilik. Ne var ki tarihin sonunda t\u00fcm toplumlar\u0131n liberal toplumlar olmas\u0131 gerekmiyor. Bunun en somut kan\u0131t\u0131: son zamanlarda yay\u0131mlanan karikat\u00fcrlerdir. Hi\u00e7bir fikri duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011fa ve politik sayg\u0131ya uymayan bu karikat\u00fcrler: bat\u0131 bilin\u00e7alt\u0131n\u0131n tezah\u00fcrleridir. Oysa gerek birlikte ya\u015fama k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ve kad\u0131na verilen rol, gerekse insanlar aras\u0131 ili\u015fkileri d\u00fczenlemek i\u00e7in \u00fcretilen hukuki metinler ve \u0130sl\u00e2m&#39;\u0131n insanl\u0131k tarihinde oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131 rol a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan yap\u0131lacak bir k\u0131yas, b\u00f6ylesi iddialar\u0131n bo\u015f oldu\u011funu g\u00f6sterir. Kald\u0131 ki din, d\u00fcnya kurma etkinli\u011finin unsurlar\u0131ndan sadece birisidir. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n bir\u00e7ok yerinde elindeki ara\u00e7lar\u0131 ekonomik \u00e7\u0131kar u\u011fruna kullanan ve \u00e7oluk \u00e7ocuk demeden k\u0131y\u0131m yapan g\u00fcc\u00fcn derdini \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015ftirme projesi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde a\u00e7\u0131klamak ve \u0130sl\u00e2m&#39;\u0131 \u00f6zel dile \u00e7evirerek b\u00f6ylesi politik pratikleri me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131rmak zihinleri a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lamaktan ba\u015fka bir \u015fey de\u011fildir. B\u00f6yle bir tutum ne Kur&#39;an a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ne de \u0130sl\u00e2m&#39;\u0131n tarihi tecr\u00fcbesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan savunulabilir.  <\/p>\n<p> Liberal \u0130sl\u00e2m; ge\u00e7mi\u015fin yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ileri s\u00fcrerek g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fmi\u015f bir sistemden medet umma giri\u015fiminin bi\u00e7imsiz bir g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fcd\u00fcr. Bat\u0131l\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lerin \u00fcretti\u011fi k\u00fcresel k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc benimseyerek evrensel modele d\u00e2hil olma e\u011filimini Hz. \u0130sa&#39;n\u0131n \u015fahsi manevisine ba\u011flanma ile a\u00e7\u0131klama \u00e7abas\u0131 toplumsal ve ekonomik farkl\u0131la\u015fmay\u0131 a\u015fman\u0131n yolu olarak g\u00f6sterilmektedir. Bu \u00d6nc\u00fcl hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde savunulamaz, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc liberal d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce \u00fczerine oturan k\u00fcreselle\u015fme dini terimlerle a\u00e7\u0131klanamaz. Hi\u00e7bir ilahi din; insan\u0131 insana yabanc\u0131la\u015ft\u0131ran k\u00fcresel emperyalizmi onaylamaz. B\u00f6yle bir anlay\u0131\u015f ilahi gelene\u011fin tamamlay\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 olan \u0130sl\u00e2m&#39;\u0131n temel maksatlar\u0131na ayk\u0131r\u0131d\u0131r. Nitekim liberal veya \u0131l\u0131ml\u0131 \u0130sl\u00e2m anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 benimseyenler; Irak i\u015fgalini, \u0130sl\u00e2m co\u011frafyas\u0131n\u0131n demokratikle\u015fmesinin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f ve bu topraklarda yap\u0131lan katliam kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda sessiz kalm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Belli bir dil sistemine ait olan Kur&#39;an her ne kadar farkl\u0131 yorumlara a\u00e7\u0131k olsa da, b\u00f6yle bir durumu me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 bi\u00e7imde yorumlanamaz. E\u011fer b\u00f6yle bir yorum Kur&#39;\u00e2n&#39;a dayal\u0131 olarak dile getiriliyorsa bilinmelidir ki bu do\u011frudan bir \u00e7arp\u0131tmad\u0131r. Serveti tekelle\u015ftiren ve bunu s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc arac\u0131 olarak kullanan bir kapitalist Kur&#39;\u00e2n dilinde Allah&#39;a ve el\u00e7isine sava\u015f ilan etmi\u015f ki\u015fi konumundad\u0131r.<a name=\"_ftnref10\" href=\"#_ftn10\" title=\"_ftnref10\"><strong>[10]<\/strong><\/a><\/strong>  <\/p>\n<p> Kad\u0131n\u0131n imam olma meselesini, kad\u0131n erkek e\u015fitli\u011fi ile a\u00e7\u0131klayan liberal \u0130slamc\u0131lar, papaz olman\u0131n \u015fart\u0131n\u0131 erkek olmaya ba\u011flayan bir din anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n kavramlar\u0131na at\u0131f yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n fark\u0131nda de\u011filler. Hissiyat\u0131n ve arzunun d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce olarak alg\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131 liberal zeminde b\u00f6ylesi farkl\u0131 \u015feyleri birbirine kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak \u00e7eli\u015fki say\u0131lmaz! Hatta birbirinden farkl\u0131 ve \u00e7eli\u015fen fikirleri zihnen farkl\u0131 alanlara b\u00f6lerek tecditten bahsetmek bile derin fikir adam\u0131 ve ilahiyat\u00e7\u0131 olman\u0131n g\u00f6stergesi say\u0131labilir. Tarihi ufkun etkinlik alan\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fcc\u00fcn tan\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bi\u00e7imde okuyan insan, insan hayat\u0131n\u0131n bar\u0131naklar\u0131n\u0131 koruyan ve y\u0131kan sebepleri birbirinden ay\u0131ramaz. Oysa d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr olman\u0131n ve dini tecditten bahsetmenin en \u00f6ncelikli ve gerekli \u015fart\u0131 \u0130nsan hayat\u0131n\u0131n bar\u0131naklar\u0131n\u0131 koruyan ve y\u0131kan sebepleri anlamakt\u0131r. Bunlar\u0131n aras\u0131n\u0131 tefrik etmektir. B\u00f6yle de\u011fil de k\u00fcresel-liberal kapitalist g\u00fc\u00e7 stratejilerinin kendi ama\u00e7lan do\u011frultusunda \u00fcrettikleri kavramlar, tan\u0131mlamalar ve \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131mlar e\u015fli\u011finde \u0130sl\u00e2m&#39;\u0131 okumak, g\u00fcc\u00fcn \u00fcretti\u011fi bilinci onun ad\u0131na dillendirmekten ba\u015fka bir anlama gelmez.  <\/p>\n<p> Liberal d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u00fcretti\u011fi yoksulluk ve sefalet, s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc ve i\u015fgal, b\u00fct\u00fcn manevi ve ahlaki boyutu yok edilmi\u015f politika, \u00e7\u0131kar \u00e7ark\u0131n\u0131 her \u015feyin merkezine koyan \u00e7ok uluslu \u015firketler bu anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 benimseyenlerin hi\u00e7 ilgilenmedi\u011fi konular \u0130\u00e7erisinde yer almaktad\u0131r. Ancak s\u00fcrekli olarak kapitalist k\u00fclt\u00fcrel mant\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00fcretti\u011fi s\u00f6zde de\u011ferleri d\u00een gibi kutsayan, liberal de\u011ferler e\u015fli\u011finde politika yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ve dine de sayg\u0131l\u0131 olduklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen dini, etnik cemaatler, bo\u015flukta yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6ylenen \u00fclkelere kar\u015f\u0131 k\u00fcresel g\u00fcc\u00fcn c\u00fcr\u00fcmlerini s\u00f6z\u00fc oraya buraya atmadan k\u0131nayam\u0131yorlar. \u0130nsan ister istemez soruyor; acaba, b\u00f6yle bir tutum hangi dindarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ve insani duyarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n bir sonucudur? K\u00fcresel stratejinin ama\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 yatayla\u015ft\u0131rarak her defas\u0131nda s\u0131radan bir gerek\u00e7e ile topluma sunan bu anlay\u0131\u015f kendi varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmek i\u00e7in s\u00f6zc\u00fcl\u00fck yap\u0131yor. Demokrasi sadece \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckleri garanti alt\u0131na almak ve bu \u00fclkenin tarihi gelene\u011fi i\u00e7erisinde \u00f6zel bir yeri ve amac\u0131 olan kurumlar\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131rmak de\u011fildir. Ayn\u0131 zamanda ve en az\u0131ndan \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckler kadar \u00f6nemli olan husus demokratik sorumluluktur. Kald\u0131 ki etnik ve dini ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011fa gerek\u00e7e yap\u0131lan hareket ve bu hareketlerin i\u00e7inde yer alan insanlar, demokratik sistemin b\u00fct\u00fcn imk\u00e2nlar\u0131ndan fazlas\u0131yla yararlanmakta ve bizzat devleti y\u00f6netme imk\u00e2n\u0131n\u0131 elde etmektedirler. Bu tespit ile \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckler ad\u0131na dayat\u0131lan talepler aras\u0131nda derin bir \u00e7eli\u015fki var. Ne var ki kendilerini zillete al\u0131\u015ft\u0131ran insanlar esareti \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck sanabilirler.  <\/p>\n<p> Cuma g\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fc pazara alma, kad\u0131n\u0131 imam yapma gibi fikirleri \u00fcreten ABD&#39;nin pe\u015fine tak\u0131lan ve bunu liberal toplum olman\u0131n gere\u011fi sayan bu \u00e7evreler; Papa se\u00e7iminde uygulanan \u015fartlar\u0131 hi\u00e7 hat\u0131rlam\u0131yorlar, ni\u00e7in kad\u0131ndan Papa se\u00e7ilmedi\u011fini hi\u00e7 tart\u0131\u015fm\u0131yorlar. Vatikan&#39;\u0131n sadece H\u0131ristiyan d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda de\u011fil, k\u00fcresel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte \u00f6zel bir strateji izledi\u011fini g\u00fcndeme getirmiyorlar.
