O tarihte \u0130stanbul hen\u00fcz d\u00fc\u015fman i\u015fgalinde olup, Ankara h\u00fck\u00fcmeti ad\u0131na Trakya&#39;y\u0131 teslim almaya giden Refet (Bele) Pa\u015fa \u0130stanbul&#39;dad\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p> Sultan Vahideddin&#39;in yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131na mecburi hicreti, Ankara h\u00fck\u00fcmeti ad\u0131na kendisini ziyaret eden Refet Pa\u015fa&#39;n\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmesi sonras\u0131d\u0131r. M\u00fcnevver Aya\u015fl\u0131 padi\u015fah\u0131n pek ac\u0131 bir muameleye ma&#39;ruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bizzat pa\u015fadan i\u015fitti\u011fi, ba\u015fka bir iddiaya g\u00f6re B\u00fcy\u00fck Millet Meclisi&#39;nin, padi\u015fah\u0131 hiyanet-i vataniyye ile ithama karar verdi\u011fi g\u00fcnlere rastlamaktad\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p> \u00a0Sultan Vahideddin&#39;i Ankara h\u00fck\u00fcmetindeki ve y\u00fcksek mevkilerdeki sabataist d\u00f6nmelerle i\u015fbirli\u011fi yapan \u0130ngilizler ka\u00e7\u0131rm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.Ve \u0130ngilizlerin bu haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131ndan Refet Pa\u015fa haberdard\u0131r!.. Nitekim Ankara h\u00fck\u00fcmetince tayin ettirilen Padi\u015fah yaverlerinden gen\u00e7 bir bahriyeli, Refet Pa\u015fa&#39;ya &quot;Padi\u015fah\u0131, \u0130ngilizler yar\u0131n sabah ka\u00e7\u0131r\u0131yorlar&quot;\u00a0diye a\u011flamakl\u0131 bir sesle haber verdi\u011finde Refet Pa\u015fa, yavere:  <\/p>\n<p> \u00a0&quot;-Budala, ne \u00fcz\u00fcl\u00fcyor, ne a\u011fl\u0131yorsun?.. Padi\u015fah\u0131 \u0130ngilizler ka\u00e7\u0131r\u0131rsa, T\u00fcrk milleti hi\u00e7bir g\u00fcn Vahideddin&#39;in bu hareketini afv etmeyecektir. Biz tutar ve yakalarsak, bu sefer millet bizi afv etmeyecektir. B\u0131rak gitsin, Vahideddin i\u015fimizi kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor&quot; demi\u015f, padi\u015fah\u0131n yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131ndan sonra da, \u0130ngiliz i\u015fgal kuvvetleri ba\u015fkumandan\u0131 Harrington&#39;un: &quot;Haber vermeden H\u00fcnk\u00e2r\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131rm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fumuz i\u00e7in size kar\u015f\u0131 mahcubum&quot; s\u00f6z\u00fcne ise \u015fu cevab\u0131 vermi\u015ftir: &quot;Bizi bir y\u00fckten kurtarm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011funuz i\u00e7in ben de size te\u015fekk\u00fcr edecektim.&quot;  <\/p>\n<p> Ve ayn\u0131 Refet Pa\u015fa, Sultan Vahideddin&#39;i ziyaretinde &quot;P\u00e2di\u015faha \u00e7ok \u00fcrk\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fc s\u00f6zler s\u00f6yleyip tav\u0131rlar tak\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131&quot; bizzat itiraf etti\u011fine g\u00f6re, \u0130ngiliz i\u015fg\u00e2l kuvvetleri ba\u015fkumandan\u0131 Harrington&#39;un, Vahdeddin H\u00e2n&#39;\u0131n \u0130stanbul&#39;dan ayr\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 m\u00fcte\u00e2kib yay\u0131nlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 beyann\u00e2mede &quot;Z\u00e2t-\u0131 \u015e\u00e2h\u00e2ne&#39;nin (Vahideddin&#39;in) vaziyet-i haz\u0131ra neticesinde h\u00fcrriyet ve hayat\u0131n\u0131 tehlikede g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden&quot; bahsetmesi, mutlaka ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken \u00f6nemli bir iddiad\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p> Sultan Vahideddin yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131ktan sonra Mekke&#39;de bir beyann\u00e2me yay\u0131nlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Daha evvel tamam\u0131n\u0131 M\u0130LL\u0130 GAZETE&#39;de ne\u015fretti\u011fimiz bu beyann\u00e2me T\u00fcrk\u00e7e ve Arap\u00e7a olarak yay\u0131nlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. &quot;\u015eevketl\u00fb Sultan Mehmed Vahideddin Efendimiz Hazretlerinin Beyann\u00e2me-i H\u00fcm\u00e2y\u00fbnlar\u0131d\u0131r&quot; ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan ve &quot;Besmele&quot; ile ba\u015flayan bu beyann\u00e2mede Sultan Vahideddin yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131na temasla:  <\/p>\n<p> &quot;-Bu ayr\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m, bilhassa harb-i umumiden sonra kendi ef&#39;alinin hesab\u0131n\u0131 vermek mevkiinde bulunanlara kar\u015f\u0131 ef&#39;alimin hesab\u0131n\u0131 vermekten korkmak kabilinden olmay\u0131p, m\u00fcdafaa ve hakk-\u0131 kel\u00e2mdan memnu bir halde hayat\u0131m\u0131 g\u00f6z g\u00f6re g\u00f6re tehlikeye teslim etmek gibi, emr-i il\u00e2hinin ve akl-\u0131 sel\u00eemin kabul etmeyece\u011fi bir \u015feyden ictinab eylemek ve hem de &quot;Elfir\u00e2ru mimm\u00e2 la-yutak min s\u00fcnenil m\u00fcrselin fetva-y\u0131 \u015fer\u00eefi \u00fczere m\u00fcekkil-i z\u00ee-\u015f\u00e2n\u0131m\u0131n hicret-i nebeviyyelerine aid olan s\u00fcnnet-i seniyyeye ittiba etmekten ibarettir&quot;\u00a0demi\u015ftir.  <\/p>\n<p> Bu s\u00f6zlerin sadele\u015ftirilmi\u015f \u015fekli \u015f\u00f6yledir;  <\/p>\n<p> &quot;Bu, \u00fclkemden ayr\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131n sebebi, \u00f6zellikle ve herkesten \u00f6nce, 1. D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131 \u00f6ncesi ve sonras\u0131 h\u0131yanet ve hatalar\u0131n\u0131n hesab\u0131n\u0131 vermek mecburiyetinde olanlara, kendi yapt\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131n hesab\u0131n\u0131 vermekten korkmam de\u011fildir.  <\/p>\n<p> Kendimi savunma ve ger\u00e7ekleri rahatl\u0131kla konu\u015fma bak\u0131m\u0131ndan mahrum edilip ve hainlerin g\u00fcnahlar\u0131 s\u0131rt\u0131ma y\u00fcklenip, g\u00f6z g\u00f6re g\u00f6re \u00f6l\u00fcme gitmeyi ilahi emirlere ve akl\u0131 selime ayk\u0131r\u0131 buldu\u011fum i\u00e7indir.  <\/p>\n<p> Bunun yan\u0131nda, y\u00fcre\u011fim kan a\u011flayarak aziz vatan\u0131mdan ayr\u0131lmam\u0131n di\u011fer bir sebebi de b\u00fct\u00fcn peygamberlerin s\u00fcnneti olan Hicret sevab\u0131na eri\u015fmek ve gurbet kahr\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ekmek \u00fczeredir&quot;  <\/p>\n<p> Ve bizce, Sultan Vahidettin dile getirmek istemese de, T\u00fcrkiye&#39;yi terk edi\u015fi baz\u0131 fesatl\u0131klara f\u0131rsat vermemek niyetiyledir.  <\/p>\n<p> Yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 b\u00f6yle &quot;hicret&quot;le izah eden Sultan Vahideddin, k\u0131ymetli m\u00fcdekkik \u0130smail Hami Dani\u015fmend&#39;e g\u00f6re &quot;mal\u00ee ahl\u00e2k bak\u0131m\u0131ndan da yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde misli ender bulunabilecek kadar namusludur.&quot; Vahideddin bu meziyetini yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131karken de g\u00f6stermi\u015f ve \u00e2kibeti me\u00e7hul bir yolculu\u011fun e\u015fi\u011finde, kendisine babas\u0131ndan intikal eden me\u015fr\u00fb servetini dahi g\u00f6t\u00fcrmeyip, k\u0131z\u0131 Sabiha-Sultan&#39;\u0131n ifadesine g\u00f6re, yaln\u0131z elli bin T\u00fcrk liras\u0131 al\u0131p gurbet yolunu tutmu\u015f, bu arada sarayda kendi nezdinde bulunan &quot;musanna&quot; ve &quot;murassa&quot; bir alt\u0131n \u00e7ekmeceyi de Haz\u00eene Dairesi&#39;ne iade etmi\u015ftir ki, bu m\u00fchim husus, &quot;Hesaplar\u0131 \u0130nceleme Komisyonu Reisi Salih Ke\u00e7eci&#39;nin itiraf\u0131yla sabittir!&quot; Ve bu ger\u00e7ek yine \u0130smail Hami Dani\u015fmend&#39;e g\u00f6re: &quot;Efsanev\u00ee bir namus ve istikamet eseridir.&quot; Ayr\u0131ca Hazine Dairesi&#39;nde yap\u0131lan kontrolde, hi\u00e7bir \u015feyin noksan olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair tutulan ve Vali-vekilinden Hazine k\u00e2tibine kadar b\u00fct\u00fcn ilgililerce imzalanan zab\u0131t da, Topkap\u0131 Saray\u0131 Ar\u015fiv Dairesi&#39;ndedir.  <\/p>\n<p> Sultan Vahideddin, \u0130ngilizlerin &quot;Malaya&quot; adl\u0131 z\u0131rhl\u0131s\u0131yla \u0130stanbul&#39;dan ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve bu hazin yolculukta kendisine o\u011flu Ertu\u011frul Efendi ile ba\u015fm\u00e2beynci, musahib, doktor gibi b\u00e2z\u0131 kimseler refakat etmi\u015flerdir. \u0130ngilizler taraf\u0131ndan Malta adas\u0131na g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fclen Vahideddin bir m\u00fcddet bu adada kalm\u0131\u015f, bil\u00e2hare vaki d\u00e2vet \u00fczerine Hicaz&#39;a ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir. Hicaz&#39;a vard\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bir m\u00fcddet Mekke&#39;de kalm\u0131\u015f, sonra Taif&#39;e ge\u00e7mi\u015f, bu arada sar\u0131-hummaya yakalan\u0131p onbe\u015f g\u00fcnden fazla \u00f6l\u00fcmle pen\u00e7ele\u015fmi\u015f ve hastal\u0131ktan kurtulup nekahat devresini ge\u00e7irdikten sonra Taif&#39;ten ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p> Hicaz&#39;dan ayr\u0131l\u0131p M\u0131s\u0131r&#39;a yerle\u015fmek isteyen Vahideddin, M\u0131s\u0131r Kral\u0131 Fuad&#39;\u0131n basit hesaplarla buna izin vermemesi \u00fczerine \u0130talya&#39;ya gitmi\u015ftir. Cenova liman\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kan ve oradan San-Remo \u015fehrine ge\u00e7en Sultan Vahideddin \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fcn son y\u0131llar\u0131n\u0131 bu \u015fehirde tamamlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u0130stanbul&#39;da kalan efrad-\u0131 \u00e2ilesiyle maiyyet halk\u0131ndan b\u00e2z\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 da San-Remo&#39;ya getiren Vahideddin H\u00e2n bu kalabal\u0131k n\u00fcfusu ge\u00e7indirebilmek i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u0131st\u0131rab \u00e7ekmi\u015f, fakr-\u0131 zarurete d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f, ancak hi\u00e7 kimseden yard\u0131m kabul etmemi\u015f, &quot;Al-i Osman&quot; ni\u015fan\u0131n\u0131n k\u0131ymetli ta\u015flar\u0131na var\u0131ncaya kadar s\u00f6kt\u00fcr\u00fcp satm\u0131\u015f, y\u00fckte hafif pahada a\u011f\u0131r ne varsa c\u00fcmlesi gizli gizli elden \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve b\u00f6ylece Sultan Vahdeddin \u00e7ekti\u011fi \u0131st\u0131rab\u0131 harem halk\u0131na dahi sezdirmeden eriyip gitmi\u015ftir!..  <\/p>\n<p> Sultan Vahideddin&#39;in hi\u00e7 kimseden yard\u0131m kabul etmedi\u011fi hususunda \u015fu olay ilgin\u00e7tir: Prof Ali Genceli diyor ki:  <\/p>\n<p> &quot;-Pakistan&#39;\u0131n \u00e7ok basan, ayn\u0131 zamanda \u00e7ok sahifeli g\u00fcnl\u00fck gazetelerinden biri olan &quot;Sindh\u00ee H\u00fcrriyet&quot; gazetesinin 22 Cemaziyelevvel 1388 tarihli yedinci say\u0131s\u0131nda, Hindistan&#39;\u0131n Sind \u00fclkesinin bas\u0131n tarihine aid uzun bir yaz\u0131 vard\u0131. Bu \u00fclkede gazetecili\u011fin nas\u0131l ba\u015flad\u0131 anlat\u0131l\u0131rken, s\u00f6z Hil\u00e2fet meselesi konusuna ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015f Haydarabad (Sind Haydarabad\u0131) \u015fehrinde merhum Vahideddin H\u00e2n&#39;\u0131n hakk\u0131n\u0131 korumak maksad\u0131yla &quot;El-Vahid-M\u00fcsl\u00fcman&quot; isimli Sind dilinde bir gazete \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f, bunun arkas\u0131ndan Kara\u00e7i&#39;de yine Sind dilinde ayn\u0131 maksad\u0131 g\u00fcden &quot;Halifet&#39;\u00fcl-M\u00fcslimin Vahid&quot; adl\u0131 ba\u015fka bir gazete daha ne\u015fredilmeye ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p> \u00a0Verilen bilgiden bu iki gazetenin ne\u015fir gayesinden daha m\u00fchim bir mesele \u00f6\u011freniyoruz. O y\u0131llarda bu \u00fclkede b\u00e2z\u0131 m\u00fcte\u015febbis zevat\u0131n himmetiyle bir heyet kurulup, Vahideddin H\u00e2n Avrupa&#39;da s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 i\u00e7inde iken k\u00fclliyetli bir miktar para toplan\u0131p, A\u011fa Muhammed Nureddin Cafer isminde bir zat vas\u0131tas\u0131yla kendisine g\u00f6nderilmi\u015ftir. Bu zat\u0131n bildirdi\u011fine g\u00f6re, Vahideddin H\u00e2n, bu paray\u0131 kabul etmemi\u015f ve &quot;hamdolsun \u015fimdi ihtiyac\u0131m yoktur&quot; demi\u015f. Paray\u0131 g\u00f6t\u00fcren zat ise: &quot;Bu paray\u0131 M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar \u0130sl\u00e2m\u00ee bir hizmete sarf etmeniz i\u00e7in g\u00f6ndermi\u015flerdir&quot; diyerek Hal\u00eefenin g\u00f6nl\u00fcn\u00fc almak suretiyle paray\u0131 kabul ettirmek istemi\u015f, o zaman Hal\u00eefe, paray\u0131 getiren zata, &quot;Sizin \u00fclkenizde \u0130sl\u00e2m\u00ee bir medrese veya buna benzer bir m\u00fcessese var m\u0131d\u0131r?..&quot; diye sormu\u015f, o zat da: &quot;Sind \u0130sl\u00e2miye Medresesi&quot;nden ve di\u011fer iki medreseden bahsetmi\u015f, bunun \u00fczerine Vahideddin H\u00e2n:  <\/p>\n<p> \u00a0&quot;-Mademki, bu paray\u0131 benim bir \u0130sl\u00e2m\u00ee i\u015fe sarf etmem i\u00e7in getirdiniz, ben de Halife s\u0131fat\u0131yla sizi n\u00e2ib tayin ettim. Bu paray\u0131 al\u0131p g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcn &quot;Sind \u0130sl\u00e2miyye Medresesi&quot; ile onun yan\u0131ndaki di\u011fer medreselere Hal\u00eefe nam\u0131na sarf edin&quot; demi\u015ftir!..  <\/p>\n<p> Vahideddin H\u00e2n&#39;dan bu s\u00f6zleri duyan zat diyor ki: &quot;Halife bu s\u00f6z\u00fc s\u00f6yledi\u011fi zaman, onun huzurunda a\u011flamamak i\u00e7in kendimi zor tuttum. Zira ihtiyac\u0131 oldu\u011funu biliyordum. Huzurundan ayr\u0131ld\u0131m ve paray\u0131 dedi\u011fi yerlere sarf eyledim.<a name=\"_ftnref1\" href=\"#_ftn1\" title=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a> &quot;\u0130\u015fte sabataist ve masonlar\u0131n hain damgas\u0131 vurduklar\u0131 Sultan Vahidettin Han b\u00f6ylesine asil bir \u015fahsiyettir.  <\/p>\n<p> Mustafa Kemal taraf\u0131ndan, yaverli\u011fini yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Avrupa&#39;ya yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 seyahatlere birlikte kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in, yakinen tan\u0131nan&#8230;  <\/p>\n<p> Ve b\u00fcy\u00fck bir servet say\u0131lacak miktarda alt\u0131nla ve Anadolu&#39;da ra\u011fbet g\u00f6rmesi i\u00e7in \u00f6zel m\u00fch\u00fcrl\u00fc fermanla birlikte; Afyon Kocatepe&#39;de kalbini hedefleyen bir d\u00fc\u015fman kur\u015funundan kendini koruyacak k\u0131ymetli bir cep saatini hediye ederek Samsuna u\u011furlayan Sultan Vahdetine Atat\u00fcrk sahip \u00e7\u0131kamazd\u0131&#8230; \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc b\u00f6yle bir davran\u0131\u015f, hi\u00e7 de\u011filse; s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 belirlenmi\u015f ve d\u00fcnyaca kabul edilmi\u015f bir T\u00fcrkiye&#39;yi kurtarmak mecburiyetiyle&quot; oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131 role uygun olmazd\u0131&#8230;  <\/p>\n<p> Ve zaten Sultan Vahdettinde, kendisini ve ailesini, bu \u00fclkenin ve milletin hat\u0131r\u0131na feda etmekten sak\u0131nmazd\u0131. Atat\u00fcrk&#39;\u00fcn, onunla ilgili baz\u0131 s\u00f6zlerini ve sitemlerini, bir de bu a\u00e7\u0131dan de\u011ferlendirmekte fayda vard\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p> \u00dcstelik Hilafet s\u0131fat\u0131n\u0131 da \u00fczerinde ta\u015f\u0131yan son padi\u015fah\u0131n, baz\u0131 d\u0131\u015f \u00e7evreler ve yerli i\u015fbirlik\u00e7ilerce istismar ve suistimale kalk\u0131\u015f\u0131lma ve Atat\u00fcrk&#39;e kar\u015f\u0131 bir \u015fantaj unsuru olarak kullan\u0131lma ihtimali de hesaba kat\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Aksi halde, Mustafa Kemal&#39;in 4 Mart 1920 tarihinde, Ankara&#39;dan Sultan Vahdetine Heyeti Temsiliye nam\u0131na yollad\u0131\u011f\u0131 &quot;Atabei Seniyei Hazreti Padi\u015fahiye&quot; yani (padi\u015fah hazretlerinin y\u00fcksek e\u015fi\u011fine) diye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 telgraf\u0131nda:  <\/p>\n<p> Saltanat ve kutlu Hilafet makam\u0131n\u0131z etraf\u0131nda, g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f, gaye ve gayret birli\u011fi ederek; ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z, y\u00fcze dokunulmazl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z ve y\u00fcksek Osmanl\u0131 Devleti \u00fclkesinin tamamen korunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in, her t\u00fcrl\u00fc fedak\u00e2rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6ze alm\u0131\u015f bulunan ve size tabi olan b\u00fct\u00fcn vatanda\u015flar\u0131n\u0131z: D\u00fc\u015fmanlar taraf\u0131ndan kullan\u0131lan ve k\u0131\u015fk\u0131rt\u0131lan (\u0130ttihat\u00e7\u0131lar gibi) nifak ve fesat odaklar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131, zaten \u00fczg\u00fcn ve (\u00fclkenin gelece\u011fi i\u00e7in) endi\u015feli bir vaziyette iken, m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olan en k\u0131sa ve en \u00e7abuk zamanda, h\u00fck\u00fcmet buhran\u0131na son vermenizi ve Milli beklentilerimizi hakkiyle tatmin edecek bir h\u00fck\u00fcmet te\u015fkil etmenizi beklemektedir. Milli Meclisin \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funun odakla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 Milli giri\u015fim ve gayretlerin, zat\u0131 \u015fahaneniz taraf\u0131ndan da kabul ve destek g\u00f6rece\u011finden b\u00fct\u00fcn &quot;tebaai h\u00fcmayun&quot;lar\u0131n\u0131z (vatanda\u015f\u0131n\u0131z olmakla \u015feref bulanlar\u0131n\u0131z) gibi, bizim heyetimizde emindir.&quot;<a name=\"_ftnref2\" href=\"#_ftn2\" title=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a>  <\/p>\n<p> \u015eeklinde h\u00fcrmetk\u00e2r ve \u00fcmitvar bir tav\u0131r tak\u0131nan Mustafa Kemal&#39;in daha sonra, Sultan Vahdettin&#39;den &quot;Aciz, adi, his ve idrakten mahrum bir mahl\u00fbk&#8230;&quot;<a name=\"_ftnref3\" href=\"#_ftn3\" title=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a> \u015eeklinde bahsetmesini, onun karakteriyle ba\u011fla\u015ft\u0131rmak imk\u00e2ns\u0131zd\u0131r. Ve zaten Vahdettin&#39;den sonra TBMM taraf\u0131ndan &quot;halife&quot; \u00fcnvan\u0131 verilen Abdulmecit Efendiye Atat\u00fcrk:  <\/p>\n<p> &quot;Vahdettin&#39;in ismini zikretmeksizin onun d\u00f6neminde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fclen talihsizlik ve tedbirsizliklerden bahsetmesini&quot; istemi\u015f, ancak Abd\u00fclmecit Efendi &quot;b\u00f6yle bir beyanat\u0131, kendi ahlak ve anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na uygun bulmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131&quot; bildirince Atat\u00fcrk bu yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131na ses \u00e7\u0131karmam\u0131\u015f ve onu zorlamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<a name=\"_ftnref4\" href=\"#_ftn4\" title=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a>  <\/p>\n<p> Hatta Sultan Vahdettin&#39;in, bu h\u00fck\u00fcmet buhran\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda, Mustafa Kemali sadrazam tayin etmeyi bile tasarlad\u0131\u011f\u0131, ancak Mustafa Kemal&#39;in buna yana\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, bizzat Atat\u00fcrk&#39;\u00fcn kendi ifadelerinden anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<a name=\"_ftnref5\" href=\"#_ftn5\" title=\"_ftnref5\">[5]<\/a>  <\/p>\n<p> Aziz Vatan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 i\u015fgal eden ve \u0130stanbul&#39;a yerle\u015fen ve d\u00f6nemin s\u00fcper g\u00fc\u00e7leri bilinen; \u0130ngiliz, Frans\u0131z, \u0130talyan ve Amerikan temsilcilerine, Heyeti Temsiliye ad\u0131na g\u00f6nderdi\u011fi 16 Mart 1920 protesto telgraf\u0131nda:  <\/p>\n<p> Bu hareket ve hakaretlerinin; ne medeniyetle ne de insaniyetle asla ba\u011fda\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade ettikten sonra;  <\/p>\n<p> &quot;Biz her t\u00fcrl\u00fc haklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 savunmak \u00fczere giri\u015fti\u011fimiz m\u00fccahade ve m\u00fccadelenin kutsiyetine inanm\u0131\u015f ve hi\u00e7bir kuvvetin bir milleti ya\u015fama hakk\u0131ndan mahrum edemeyece\u011fine kanaat getirmi\u015fizdir. Davam\u0131z\u0131n me\u015frutiyet ve kutsiyeti, bu en zor zaman\u0131m\u0131zda, Cenab-\u0131 Hak&#39;tan sonra, en b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcvencemiz ve deste\u011fimizdir.<a name=\"_ftnref6\" href=\"#_ftn6\" title=\"_ftnref6\">[6]<\/a> \u015eeklinde y\u00fcksek bir cesaret ve Allah&#39;a teslimiyet \u00f6rne\u011fi sergileyen Atat\u00fcrk&#39;\u00fcn, Sultan Vahdettin&#39;den korkarak veya baz\u0131 makamlar umarak, bu protestodan 12 g\u00fcn \u00f6nce, iltifat ve \u0130timat edici bir telgraf \u00e7ekti\u011fini s\u00f6ylemek herhalde dengeli ve de\u011ferli bir iddia olmaktan uzakt\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p> Zaten, me\u015fhur Nutku&#39;nun 1. Cildi&#39;nin ilk konusunda, \u00fclkenin genel durumunu tarif ederken:  <\/p>\n<p> &quot;Milleti ve memleketi 1. D\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131na sokan (\u0130ttihat\u00e7\u0131 hainler) kendi canlar\u0131n\u0131n derdine d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcp, \u00fclkeden ka\u00e7\u0131p gitmi\u015flerdir. Saltanat ve Hilafet makam\u0131n\u0131 i\u015fgal eden Vahdettin m\u00fctereddi (\u015fahsiyeti bitmi\u015f), kendi hayat\u0131n\u0131 ve yaln\u0131z taht\u0131n\u0131 koruyabilece\u011fini hayal etti\u011fi baya\u011f\u0131 ve faydas\u0131z tedbirler pe\u015finde&#8230; Aciz, haysiyetsiz cebin (y\u00fcreksiz) Damat Ferit Pa\u015fa kabinesi ise; kendilerini koruyacak her vaziyete haz\u0131r ve \u00e7aresiz.&quot;<a name=\"_ftnref7\" href=\"#_ftn7\" title=\"_ftnref7\">[7]<\/a> Tespitinde bulunan Atat\u00fcrk, Tanzimat&#39;tan sonra b\u00fct\u00fcn padi\u015fahlar\u0131n; \u0130ttihat\u00e7\u0131 sabataist d\u00f6nmelerin ve mason hainlerin kontrol\u00fcndeki sadece bir vitrin bek\u00e7isi ve g\u00fcnah ke\u00e7isi oldu\u011funu da dolayl\u0131 bi\u00e7imde ortaya koymaktad\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p> Mustafa Kemal d\u00f6nemin Avrupa ve Amerika devletlerini Osmanl\u0131 aleyhine k\u0131\u015fk\u0131rtan ve kullanan ve T\u00fcrkiye cumhuriyetini, B\u00fcy\u00fck \u0130srail&#39;in ilk basama\u011f\u0131 yap\u0131lacak bir siyon devleti olarak kurmay\u0131 ama\u00e7layan etkin Yahudi lobilerinin, bu \u015feytani heves ve hedeflerine yak\u0131n ve yatk\u0131n bir rol oynayarak, b\u00fcy\u00fck bir deha ile, as\u0131l davas\u0131 ve sevdas\u0131 olan T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyetini kurmay\u0131 ve kurtarmay\u0131 ba\u015farm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p> Yeri gelmi\u015fken Atat\u00fcrk&#39;\u00fcn Meclisten ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi ilk anayasan\u0131n (Te\u015fkilat\u0131 Esasiye Kanunu)nun temel esas\u0131 olan \u015fu 10 maddeyi yazmakta fayda vard\u0131r:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1- H\u00e2kimiyet kay\u0131ts\u0131z \u015farts\u0131z milletindir. Y\u00f6netim bi\u00e7imi; halk\u0131n mukadderat\u0131n\u0131 bizzat ve bilfiil (yine kendisinin tayin ve) idare etmesi esas\u0131na dayan\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>2- \u0130cra kudreti ve te\u015fri selahiyeti (y\u00fcr\u00fctme ve yasama yetkisi) milletin tek ve ger\u00e7ek temsilcisi olan B\u00fcy\u00fck Millet Meclisinde toplan\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>3- T\u00fcrkiye devleti, B\u00fcy\u00fck Millet Meclisi taraf\u0131ndan idare olunur ve h\u00fck\u00fcmet. &quot;TBMM H\u00fck\u00fcmeti&quot; \u00fcnvan\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>4- B\u00fcy\u00fck Millet Meclisi, vilayetler halk\u0131nca se\u00e7ilmi\u015f \u00fcyelerden olu\u015facakt\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>5- Se\u00e7ilen Meclis \u00fcyeleri, sadece kendilerinin de\u011fil, t\u00fcm T\u00fcrkiye&#39;nin vekili say\u0131l\u0131r ve yap\u0131lacak se\u00e7imlerle yeni Meclis olu\u015funcaya kadar g\u00f6revde kal\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>6- B\u00fcy\u00fck Millet Meclisi&#39;nin genel kurulu, Kas\u0131m ay\u0131 ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda davetsiz toplan\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>7- \u015eeri h\u00fck\u00fcmlerin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi, b\u00fct\u00fcn kanunlar\u0131n haz\u0131rlan\u0131p kesinle\u015fmesi, d\u00fczeltilip de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi, fesh ve iptal edilmesi, her t\u00fcrl\u00fc anla\u015fma ve bar\u0131\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi ve vatan savunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in sava\u015f ilan edilmesi gibi hukuku esasiye, sadece B\u00fcy\u00fck Millet Meclisinin g\u00f6rev ve yetkileri aras\u0131ndad\u0131r. Kanun ve nizamlar\u0131n tanziminde, insanlar\u0131n ya\u015fam tarz\u0131na yatk\u0131n ve yumu\u015fak, zaman\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na ve \u015fartlar\u0131na muvaf\u0131k ahkam\u0131 f\u0131khiye (\u0130slam hukukunun kanun ve kaideleri) ile, s\u00fcregelen \u00f6rf ve adetler esas al\u0131n\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>8- B\u00fcy\u00fck Millet Meclisi, h\u00fck\u00fcmetin taksim ve tayin etti\u011fi devlet dairelerini, \u00f6zel kanunlar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde ve se\u00e7ilip gelmi\u015f milletvekilleri eliyle idare etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>9- B\u00fcy\u00fck Millet Meclisi genel kurulu taraf\u0131ndan bir Meclis ba\u015fkan\u0131 se\u00e7ilir. Bakanlar kuruluda yine kendi i\u00e7lerinden bir ba\u015fbakan se\u00e7er. Ancak B.M.M.
