Emeklilik, sendika ve sigorta i\u015fleri ve di\u011fer sosyal hizmetler hangi kurum ve kurallara dayanacakt\u0131r? gibi sorulara cevap verecek ve bu t\u00fcr sorunlara \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm getirecek yeni ve ilmi i\u00e7tihatlara ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z bulundu\u011funu kabul etmemek, kafam\u0131z\u0131 kuma g\u00f6mmektir.  <\/p>\n<p> \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Osmanl\u0131 d\u00f6nemi zekat ve vergi sistemini bug\u00fcne aynen tatbik edemeyiz! Sel\u00e7uklu d\u00f6nemi bor\u00e7 al\u0131p verme d\u00fczeniyle, bug\u00fcnk\u00fc banka ve kredi d\u00fczenini y\u00fcr\u00fctemeyiz!.. Abbasi d\u00f6nemi usta-\u00e7\u0131rak ili\u015fkilerini esas alan kurum ve kurallarla bug\u00fcnk\u00fc i\u015f\u00e7i-i\u015fveren m\u00fcnasebetlerini, sendika ve sigorta hizmetlerini ba\u015fa g\u00f6t\u00fcremeyiz. Asr\u0131 Saadet \u015fartlar\u0131na uygun Suffa \u00f6rne\u011fi ile veya sonradan geli\u015ftirilen medrese usul\u00fcyle bug\u00fcnk\u00fc e\u011fitim ve \u00f6\u011fretim i\u015flerine ve \u00fcniversite hizmetlerine \u00e7eki-d\u00fczen veremeyiz!&#8230;  <\/p>\n<p> Elbette b\u00fct\u00fcn bu uygulamalardan ve \u015fimdiye kadar her d\u00f6nemde bu konularda yaz\u0131lan ve yap\u0131lanlardan da yararlanaca\u011f\u0131z. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz \u015fartlar\u0131na tatbiki m\u00fcmk\u00fcn ve m\u00fcnasip olanlar\u0131 ise aynen alaca\u011f\u0131z. Ancak pek \u00e7ok \u015feyin de\u011fi\u015fti\u011fini, geli\u015fti\u011fini ve hatta eskiden hi\u00e7 olmayan yeni problemlerin zuhur etti\u011fini ve b\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar\u0131n ilmin ve inanc\u0131n \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yeniden de\u011ferlendirilip \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmesi gerekti\u011fini de unutmayaca\u011f\u0131z!&#8230;  <\/p>\n<p> \u00d6yle ise, yaln\u0131z M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n de\u011fil, b\u00fct\u00fcn insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ilmi, ahlaki, siyasi ve ekonomik sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zecek ve her hususta yol g\u00f6sterecek yeni bir d\u00fcnya d\u00fczenine ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p> Ve bu Adil D\u00fczenin temel kayna\u011f\u0131 ilim ve iman olacakt\u0131r. Efendimizin yeni bir mucizesi say\u0131lacakt\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p> Sahabelerin ve m\u00fc\u00e7tehit alimlerin ruhaniyeti de bundan memnun ve mesrur olacakt\u0131r. \u0130nsanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n Kom\u00fcnizmde aray\u0131p ta elde edemedi\u011fi, Kapitalizmin vaad edipte veremedi\u011fi, ger\u00e7ek bar\u0131\u015f ve adalet sistemi nas\u0131l olacak, nas\u0131l kurulacak ve uygulanacak? Ancak bu ikazlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ay sohbetlerinde ve oda meclislerinde konu\u015fmak ve saf m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n kafas\u0131n\u0131 buland\u0131rmak \u015feklinde de\u011fil, gazete ve dergilerde yay\u0131nlamalar\u0131 ve toplumu ayd\u0131nlatmalar\u0131 suretiyle yapmalar\u0131 gerekir. \u0130lmin cesareti de \u0130slam&#39;\u0131n ciddiyeti de bunu gerektirir. \u015eahsi kusurlar gibi cihat ve te\u015fkilatla ilgili \u00f6zel hususlar da gizli hat\u0131rlat\u0131l\u0131r, ama ilmi projeler ise a\u00e7\u0131k tart\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131r&#8230; B\u00f6yle davranmayanlar sadece dedikodu yap\u0131yorlar ve kendi k\u0131s\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ve kusurlar\u0131n\u0131 bu gibi basit yollarla \u00f6rtmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlar demektir. Hatta sadece Adil D\u00fczen&#39; i tenkit etmeleri yetmez. M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n ve insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n arad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve arzulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 hayat sistemini, bir anayasa \u015feklinde ve geni\u015f prensipler halinde ortaya koymalar\u0131 istenir. O<\/strong> (Allah) <strong>ak\u0131llar\u0131n\u0131 kullanmayan<\/strong> (ve nefsi hevalar\u0131na uyan) <strong>lar\u0131<\/strong> (imandan ve \u0130sl\u00e2m&#39;dan mahrum ve) <strong>murdar k\u0131lar<\/strong>&quot; <a name=\"_ftnref25\" href=\"#_ftn25\" title=\"_ftnref25\">[25]<\/a> gibi bir\u00e7ok ayeti kerime iman etmeleri i\u00e7in insanlar\u0131 zorlaman\u0131n yanl\u0131\u015f ve yarars\u0131z olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildirmektedir.  <\/p>\n<p> Zira inanmak akli kanaat yan\u0131nda bir g\u00f6n\u00fcl i\u015fi ve vicdani tatmin meselesidir. Hakk\u0131 arayan ve hayr\u0131 arzulayan kimselere Allah&#39;\u0131n hidayet ve inayetidir.  <\/p>\n<p> Asl\u0131nda insan f\u0131trat\u0131 ve tabiat\u0131 imana meyilli ve m\u00fcsaittir. Bize d\u00fc\u015fen sadece insanlar\u0131n akl\u0131n\u0131 ve vicdan\u0131n\u0131 harekete ge\u00e7irmek ve imana davet etmektir.  <\/p>\n<p> &#160; <\/p>\n<p> <strong>B<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>Dine sokma ve M\u00fcsl\u00fcman yapmak i\u00e7in de zorlama ve s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma yoktur:<\/strong>  <\/p>\n<p> &quot;<strong>Din<\/strong>(e sokmak) <strong>i\u00e7in zorlama yoktur. Zira do\u011frulukla sap\u0131kl\u0131k birbirinden kesinlikle ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015f<\/strong> (Hidayet ve dalalet yollar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klanm\u0131\u015f) <strong>t\u0131r. O halde her kim ta\u011futu<\/strong> (\u015feytani d\u00fczen ve davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 terk ve) <strong>inkar edip, Allah&#39;a<\/strong> (\u0130sl\u00e2m dinine ve hayat disiplinine) <strong>iman <\/strong>(ve itaat) <strong>ederse<\/strong> (art\u0131k o) <strong>asla kopmayan sa\u011flam bir kulpa yap\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r<\/strong>.&quot;<a name=\"_ftnref26\" href=\"#_ftn26\" title=\"_ftnref26\">[26]<\/a>  <\/p>\n<p> Bir ki\u015fiyi veya toplulu\u011fu d\u00f6verek veya tehdit ederek M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olmaya zorlamak veya bizzat mecbur tutmak yasakt\u0131r ve yanl\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p> \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc o taktirde insanlar m\u00fcmin de\u011fil m\u00fcnaf\u0131k olacakt\u0131r. Yani ger\u00e7ekte akl\u0131 yatmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve inanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde, zorlama sonucu zahiren inanm\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcnecek ve daha tehlikeli bir konum alacakt\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p> \u0130sl\u00e2m&#39;da cihat ise insanlar\u0131 zorla \u0130sl\u00e2mla\u015ft\u0131rmaya de\u011fil, fikir h\u00fcrriyetine ve insanlar\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcr tercihine mani olan unsurlar\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131rmaya ve her din ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceden b\u00fct\u00fcn insanlar\u0131n birlikte bar\u0131\u015f i\u00e7inde ya\u015fama \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131 haz\u0131rlamaya y\u00f6nelik bulunmaktad\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p> &#160; <\/p>\n<p> <strong>C &#8211; \u0130badet hususunda zorlama yoktur<\/strong>  <\/p>\n<p> &quot;<strong>Siz onu istemedi\u011finiz halde biz sizi ona zorlayacak m\u0131y\u0131z?<\/strong>&quot; <a name=\"_ftnref27\" href=\"#_ftn27\" title=\"_ftnref27\">[27]<\/a> ayetinde de ifade buyruldu\u011fu gibi, ibadette aslolan g\u00f6n\u00fclden inanarak, ihtiya\u00e7 ve i\u015ftiyak duyarak ve Allah&#39;tan sevap umarak yap\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r.\u00a0  <\/p>\n<p> M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ya\u015ftan itibaren ibadet ve istikamete y\u00f6nlendirmek, \u00e7evremizdekilere manevi hayat\u0131 sevdirmek, dini disiplin ve terbiyeyi\u00a0 yerle\u015ftirmek \u00fczere ve \u00f6zellikle \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131za ve yak\u0131nlar\u0131m\u0131za gerekirse k\u0131zmak, azarlamak, k\u00fcsmek ve uzakla\u015fmak ve hafif\u00e7e uyarmak ve inzar (ahiret hayat\u0131yla korkutmak) gibi tedbirler elbette laz\u0131md\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p> Ancak devlet ve kanun zoruyla insanlar\u0131n namaza ve oruca mecbur edilmesi gibi bir h\u00fck\u00fcm yoktur ve b\u00f6yle bir durum zaten yanl\u0131\u015f ve imkans\u0131zd\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p> \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc insanlar\u0131n be\u015f vakit namaz k\u0131l\u0131p k\u0131lmad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ve yine oru\u00e7 tutup tutmad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 takip etmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, takip edilemeyen su\u00e7a herhangi bir ceza tatbik etmekte m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayacakt\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p> Sadece M\u00fcsl\u00fcman oldu\u011fu ve mazereti bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde, ramazan ay\u0131nda tahrik niyetiyle a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a oru\u00e7 yemek, Cuma saatinde ve mescit mahallinde\u00a0 g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fc etmek gibi \u00e7evresine k\u00f6t\u00fc \u00f6rnek olan ve mukaddesata hakaret say\u0131lan ve laubalilik a\u015f\u0131layan davran\u0131\u015flar elbette uyar\u0131l\u0131r ve \u00f6n\u00fc al\u0131n\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p> Zorlama ile yap\u0131lan bir ibadetin faydas\u0131 ve sevab\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, yine zorlama ile yap\u0131lan bir k\u00fcfr\u00fcn ve i\u015flenecek g\u00fcnah\u0131nda cezas\u0131 yoktur.  <\/p>\n<p> &quot;<strong>Kalbi iman ile dolu oldu\u011fu halde<\/strong> (ink\u00e2ra) <strong>zorlanan ba\u015fka<\/strong>&#8230;(ona bir g\u00fcnah yoktur)&quot; <a name=\"_ftnref28\" href=\"#_ftn28\" title=\"_ftnref28\">[28]<\/a>  <\/p>\n<p> &quot;<strong>Kim<\/strong> (cariyelerini zinaya) <strong>zorlarsa bilmelidir ki bu mecbur tutulmalar\u0131ndan sonra Allah onlar i\u00e7in ba\u011f\u0131\u015flay\u0131c\u0131 ve merhametlidir<\/strong>.&quot; <a name=\"_ftnref29\" href=\"#_ftn29\" title=\"_ftnref29\">[29]<\/a>  <\/p>\n<p> Hatta ekonomik, sosyal ve siyasal b\u00fct\u00fcn kurum ve kurallar\u0131 bat\u0131l ve bozuk olup, idarecileri de zalim ve kafir olan bir cahiliye d\u00f6neminde ve d\u00fczeninde, resmi ve fiili bir bask\u0131 ve zorlama olmasa da, devletin ve d\u00fczenin dolayl\u0131 olarak y\u00f6nlendirmesi, te\u015fvik ve tahrik etmesi sosyal ve ekonomik \u015fartlar\u0131n mecbur hale getirmesi sonucu i\u015flenen ama vicdan azab\u0131 \u00e7ekilen g\u00fcnahlar\u0131n da ba\u011f\u0131\u015flanaca\u011f\u0131 umulmaktad\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p> Sihirbazlar\u0131n Hz. Musa&#39;ya iman ettikten sonra firavuna d\u00f6n\u00fcp:  <\/p>\n<p> &quot;<strong>Bizim<\/strong> (hem) <strong>bilmeden yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z hatalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131<\/strong> (hemde) <strong>senin bize zorla yapt\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n sihir g\u00fcnah\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ba\u011f\u0131\u015flamas\u0131 umuduyla Allah&#39;a iman ettik<\/strong>&quot;<a name=\"_ftnref30\" href=\"#_ftn30\" title=\"_ftnref30\">[30]<\/a> demeleri de buna i\u015farettir.  <\/p>\n<p> \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc sihirbazlar firavunun zalim ve kafir oldu\u011funu, kendilerini kullan\u0131p sihir g\u00f6sterileriyle halk\u0131 uyutup aldatt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 biliyorlard\u0131. Firavun bu hizmetlerine kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k sihirbazlara makam ve menfaat sa\u011fl\u0131yor, dolayl\u0131 da olsa sihirbazl\u0131\u011fa te\u015fvik, hatta elinden gelipte yapmayanlar\u0131 tehdit ediyordu.  <\/p>\n<p> Bug\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f firavun d\u00fczenlerini destekleyen, halk\u0131n faiz ve fuhu\u015f pe\u015finde s\u00fcr\u00fcklenmesini ve s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fclmesini temin eden medya sihirbazlar\u0131 da ayn\u0131 g\u00fcnah\u0131n sahipleridir<strong>.<\/strong>  <\/p>\n<p> &#160; <\/p>\n<p> <strong>D<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>D\u00fczende ise zorlama ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n<p> B\u00fct\u00fcn be\u015feri sistemlerde oldu\u011fu gibi Adil devlet d\u00fczeninde de m\u00fceyyide (yapt\u0131r\u0131m), ve gerekirse toplum huzurunu korumak i\u00e7in konulan kanun ve kurallar\u0131 zorla uygulama ve su\u00e7lular\u0131 cezaland\u0131rma elbette olacakt\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p> (Not: Adil D\u00fczen, ilahi bir\u00a0 d\u00fczen olmay\u0131p, m\u00fcsbet ilimle beraber, dini ve ahlaki de\u011ferlerden de yararlanarak haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f be\u015feri bir projedir.
