Buna g\u00f6re Fener Rum Patri\u011fi Bartholomeos&#39;un bile Vak\u0131flar Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc y\u00f6netimine se\u00e7il\u00admesinin yolu a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131yor. Heybeli Ada Ruhban Okulu\u00adnun \u00f6n\u00fcndeki t\u00fcm engeller kald\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor. Vak\u0131flar Meclisi siyasal iktidar\u0131n g\u00fcd\u00fcm\u00fc\u00adne giriyor. Tasar\u0131, Anayasa&#39;da belirtilen idarenin b\u00fc\u00adt\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ilkesine ayk\u0131r\u0131l\u0131k i\u00e7eri\u00adyor. Avrupa Birli\u011fi \u00fclkelerin\u00adde tan\u0131nan az\u0131nl\u0131k haklar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinde haklar veriliyor. Ce\u00admaat vak\u0131flar\u0131na tarihte ilk defa akar nevinde ta\u015f\u0131nmaz elde etme hakk\u0131 tan\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Tasar\u0131, Lozan ve Anayasa h\u00fc\u00adk\u00fcmlerine ayk\u0131r\u0131d\u0131r. Cemaat vak\u0131flar\u0131na verilmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen ta\u015f\u0131nmazlar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131 ve niteli\u011fi bilinmemek\u00adtedir. Atat\u00fcrk D\u00f6neminde Cemaat Vak\u0131flar\u0131nca verilen beyannameler esas al\u0131nmamaktad\u0131r. Va\u00adsiyet edilmi\u015f veya ba\u011f\u0131\u015flanm\u0131\u015f olup da halen ba\u011f\u0131\u015fla\u00adyan veya vasiyet edenler ad\u0131na kay\u0131tl\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131nmazlar i\u00e7in getirilen yasal d\u00fczenleme uygulamada hukuki sorun\u00adlara sebep olacak mahiyettedir. Cemaat vak\u0131flar\u0131n\u0131n hukuki stat\u00fcs\u00fc ile ilgili d\u00fczenlemeler: Cemaat Vak\u0131flar\u0131 tasar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n yasala\u015fma\u00ads\u0131ndan sonra t\u0131pk\u0131 yeni vak\u0131flarda oldu\u011fu gibi \u015fubeler, temsilcilikler, iktisadi i\u015fletmeler, \u015firketler kurabile\u00adcekleri gibi, kurulu bulunan \u015firketlere i\u015ftirak \u015feklinde ortak da olabilecekler. Bu \u015fekilde bu vak\u0131flar\u0131n tama\u00adm\u0131yla g\u00fc\u00e7lenmelerinin \u00f6n\u00fcnde hi\u00e7bir engel kalmaya\u00adcak. Cemaat vak\u0131flar\u0131na vergi muafiyeti tan\u0131na\u00adbilir. Yunanistan&#39;daki T\u00fcrk az\u0131nl\u0131\u011fa ait vak\u0131flar tasfi\u00adye edilmektedir. K\u0131br\u0131s&#39;taki T\u00fcrk vak\u0131flar\u0131 unutul\u00admaktad\u0131r. Bu da iman\u0131 somut planda g\u00f6sterebilecek, Allah&#39;\u0131n tarifini ilk elden uygulamas\u0131 gereken Kur&#39;an&#39;a direk muhatab bir Zat&#39;\u0131n hayat\u0131n t\u00fcm katmanlar\u0131nda insanlara hayat\u00ee s\u00fcre boyunca g\u00f6r\u00fcnmesi ile m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.
