Ankete g\u00f6re vatanda\u015flar\u0131n y\u00fczde 54&#39;\u00fc laikli\u011fin devam\u0131 i\u00e7in ordunun deste\u011fine gerek olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyormu\u015f.. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n sadece y\u00fczde 24,8&#39;i laikli\u011fin korunmas\u0131nda orduya g\u00f6rev d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne inan\u0131yormu\u015f.. Anketi de\u011ferlendiren TESEV Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Can Paker, &quot;Bu rapor g\u00f6sterdi ki T\u00fcrk halk\u0131 irtica tehlikesi vermiyor.&quot; diye konu\u015fmu\u015f!.  <\/p>\n<p>  \u00a0  <\/p>\n<p> <strong>TESEV, T\u00fcrkiye&#39;de ya\u015fanan de\u011fi\u015fimi belirlemek amac\u0131yla 1999 y\u0131l\u0131nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n bir benzerini haz\u0131rlad\u0131. 23 ilde 18 ya\u015f \u00fcst\u00fc bin 492 ki\u015fi aras\u0131nda yap\u0131lan ve laiklik, k\u00f6ktendincilik, t\u00fcrban gibi konularla ilgili sorular y\u00f6neltilen ara\u015ft\u0131rma ilgin\u00e7 sonu\u00e7lar ortaya \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131. TESEV&#39;in &#39;De\u011fi\u015fen T\u00fcrkiye&#39;de Din, Toplum ve Siyaset&#39; isimli ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 d\u00fczenlenen bir bas\u0131n toplant\u0131s\u0131yla a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131. Conrad Otel&#39;de yap\u0131lan toplant\u0131ya raporun haz\u0131rlay\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131ndan Sabanc\u0131 \u00dcniversitesi \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Ali \u00c7arko\u011flu ve Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i \u00dcniversitesi \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Binnaz Toprak ile TESEV Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Can Paker, Gazeteci-Yazar Etyen Mah\u00e7upyan kat\u0131ld\u0131. May\u0131s ve haziran aylar\u0131 aras\u0131nda haz\u0131rlanan ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendiren Can Paker, T\u00fcrkiye&#39;de irtica tehlikesinin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Paker, ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re &#39;T\u00fcrkiye&#39;nin yakla\u015f\u0131k \u00fc\u00e7te ikisinin \u0130slamc\u0131, \u00fc\u00e7te birinin de laik\u00e7i&#39; oldu\u011funu belirterek, &quot;Fakat \u00f6nemli olan bu kesimlerin pek \u00e7ok konuda beraber ya\u015fayabildi\u011fidir.&quot; Buyurmu\u015f!. <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p> <strong>Rapor, son d\u00f6nemde s\u0131k s\u0131k g\u00fcndeme getirilen laikli\u011fin tehdit alt\u0131nda oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn aksine bir durum ortaya koyuyormu\u015f.. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma sorular\u0131na cevap verenlerin y\u00fczde 73,1&#39;i laikli\u011fin tehdit alt\u0131nda olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtirken y\u00fczde 22,1&#39;i de &#39;Laiklik tehdit alt\u0131ndad\u0131r&#39; g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc savunuyormu\u015f.. &#39;T\u00fcrkiye&#39;de \u015feriata dayal\u0131 bir din devleti kurulmas\u0131n\u0131 ister misiniz?&#39; sorusuna ankete kat\u0131lanlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 76&#39;s\u0131 &#39;hay\u0131r&#39; cevab\u0131n\u0131 veriyormu\u015f.. 1999 y\u0131l\u0131nda bu soruya ayn\u0131 cevab\u0131 verenlerin oran\u0131 ise y\u00fczde 68&#39;lerde bulunuyormu\u015f!.? <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p> Ankete kat\u0131lanlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 61,3&#39;\u00fc de &#39;Son 10-15 y\u0131lda T\u00fcrkiye&#39;de \u0130slami temelde bir toplum ve devlet d\u00fczeni yaratmak isteyen k\u00f6ktendincilik y\u00fckseliyor&#39; g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcne kat\u0131lmad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirtirken, y\u00fczde 32,6&#39;l\u0131k bir oran ise bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc destekliyormu\u015f.. Ayr\u0131ca rapora g\u00f6re T\u00fcrk halk\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 48,5&#39;i kendisini \u0130slamc\u0131, y\u00fczde 20,5&#39;i laik olarak tan\u0131ml\u0131yormu\u015f.. TESEV&#39;in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131, son 7 y\u0131lda T\u00fcrk halk\u0131n\u0131n ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi de\u011fi\u015fimlerden birinin de kimlik tan\u0131m\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc kan\u0131tl\u0131yormu\u015f.. Vatanda\u015flar\u0131n y\u00fczde 44,5&#39;i kendisini \u00f6ncelikle M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olarak tan\u0131ml\u0131yormu\u015f.. Bu oran 1999 y\u0131l\u0131nda yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmada y\u00fczde 35,7 civar\u0131nda bulunuyormu\u015f!  <\/p>\n<p> Raporun ilgin\u00e7 sonu\u00e7lar\u0131ndan biri de ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc takan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131ndaki de\u011fi\u015fimle ilgili olmu\u015f.. Ankete kat\u0131lanlar\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 65&#39;i son 10 y\u0131lda ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6rten kad\u0131nlar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyormu\u015f.. Fakat 1999 y\u0131l\u0131nda yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmada ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcl\u00fc say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyenlerin oran\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 74&#39;m\u00fc\u015f.. Bu sonu\u00e7lar san\u0131lan\u0131n aksine ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcl\u00fc say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n azald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyuyormu\u015f.. Ankete kat\u0131lan vatanda\u015flar\u0131n y\u00fczde 38,2&#39;si en \u00f6nemli sorunu i\u015fsizlik olarak g\u00f6sterirken, y\u00fczde 12,1&#39;i enflasyonu, 11,1&#39;i de ter\u00f6r\u00fc en b\u00fcy\u00fck tehlike olarak g\u00f6steriyormu\u015f&#8230;  <\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p> Rapor, AK Parti iktidar\u0131 d\u00f6neminde de\u011fi\u015fim olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da sorgulam\u0131\u015f.. Ankete kat\u0131lanlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 60&#39;\u0131 dindar ki\u015filerin, y\u00fczde 55&#39;i de laik kesimin devlet kurumlar\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kald\u0131klar\u0131 tav\u0131rda olumlu de\u011fi\u015fim oldu\u011fu y\u00f6n\u00fcnde g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f belirtiyormu\u015f.. AK Parti iktidar\u0131nda ekonominin olumlu y\u00f6nde de\u011fi\u015fti\u011fini belirtenlerin oran\u0131 da y\u00fczde 67 olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yormu\u015f!.?  <\/p>\n<p> <strong>TESEV Raporundan \u00c7\u0131kan T\u00fcrkiye Tablosu <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sorunlar olsa bile demokrasi en iyi y\u00f6netimmi\u015f.. <\/li>\n<li>Laikli\u011fin korunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ordu gerekli de\u011filmi\u015f.. <\/li>\n<li>En \u00f6nemli sorun i\u015fsizlik ve enflasyon imi\u015f.. <\/li>\n<li>T\u00fcrban yasa\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kalkmas\u0131 rahats\u0131z etmezmi\u015f.. <\/li>\n<li>Laiklik tehdit alt\u0131nda de\u011filmi\u015f.. <\/li>\n<li>\u0130ntihar eylemleri tasvip edilemezmi\u015f.. <\/li>\n<li>T\u00fcrkiye&#39;nin sorunlar\u0131 sivil y\u00f6netimle \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclebilirmi\u015f.. <\/li>\n<li>Dindar \u00e7evrelerin laik \u00e7evrelere bask\u0131 yapm\u0131yor imi\u015f.. <\/li>\n<li>Ekonomik, sosyal, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 olanlar birbirine yakla\u015f\u0131yor imi\u015f.. <\/li>\n<li>AK Parti iktidar\u0131nda iyiye do\u011fru de\u011fi\u015fim ya\u015fan\u0131yor imi\u015f&#8230; <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>\u015eimdi; sicili belli, ge\u00e7mi\u015fi kirli bu TESEV ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 nas\u0131l okumal\u0131y\u0131z?<\/strong>  <\/p>\n<p> <strong>&#8226;1-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>Ordu T\u00fcrkiye&#39;nin ba\u015f belas\u0131d\u0131r. Her \u015feye burnunu sokmamal\u0131d\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p> <strong>&#8226;2-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>AKP eliyle Milli ve \u0130slami uyan\u0131\u015f yozla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc saltanat\u0131 i\u00e7in bir tehlike olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p> <strong>&#8226;3-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>Ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc sorunu AKP eliyle \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmeli, Tayip ve ekibi kahramanla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p> <strong>&#8226;4-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>AKP d\u00f6neminde s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc sermayesi ve rantiye ekonomisi en karl\u0131 \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ya\u015famaktad\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p> <strong>&#8226;5-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>T\u00fcrkiye&#39;de Milli ve Manevi de\u011ferlerle sava\u015farak de\u011fil, onlar\u0131 laytla\u015ft\u0131rarak\u00a0 bertaraf etmek daha kolay ve daha ak\u0131lc\u0131d\u0131r!.  <\/p>\n<p> <strong>&#8226;6-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>Erbakan&#39;s\u0131z, yani Milli \u015fuur ve yerli onur ta\u015f\u0131mayan her olu\u015fum, d\u0131\u015f g\u00fc\u00e7lere yaramaktad\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p> <strong>T\u00fcrkiye Ekonomik ve Sosyal Et\u00fcdler Vakf\u0131 (TESEV)&#39;in demokratikle\u015fme sorumlusu Derya Demirler&#39;e g\u00f6re:<\/strong>  <\/p>\n<p> <strong>T\u00fcrkiye&#39;de dindarl\u0131k var; ama irtica yok mu\u015f!\u00a0 <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p> <strong>\u0130\u015fte 22. Kas\u0131m. 2006. Zaman Gazetesindeki yaz\u0131s\u0131 kendilerini ve kirli niyetlerini ele veriyordu:<\/strong>  <\/p>\n<p> &quot;T\u00fcrkiye&#39;de modernle\u015fme s\u00fcreciyle birlikte yeniden d\u00fczenlenmesi tasarlanmaya ba\u015flanan ve Cumhuriyet&#39;in kurulu\u015fuyla birlikte yasalar ve kurumlar arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lan din-devlet-toplum ili\u015fkileri; g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde de sorun alanlar\u0131ndan biri olmay\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor.  <\/p>\n<p> Zaman zaman toplumsal ve siyasi yap\u0131lar nezdinde kutupla\u015fmaya sahne olan bu mecran\u0131n e\u011fitim hakk\u0131, inan\u00e7 ve ibadet \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc vb. ki\u015fi haklar\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde &quot;bir soruna&quot; i\u015faret etti\u011fi s\u00f6ylenebilir. T\u00fcrkiye&#39;deki demokratikle\u015fme \u00e7abalar\u0131na siyasa olu\u015fturmaya y\u00f6nelik ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar y\u00fcr\u00fcterek katk\u0131da bulunmay\u0131 ama\u00e7layan TESEV, 1999 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana demokratikle\u015fmenin sorun alanlar\u0131ndan biri olarak din-devlet-toplum ili\u015fkileri alan\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyor. TESEV Demokratikle\u015fme Program\u0131&#39;n\u0131n s\u00f6z konusu proje b\u00fcnyesinde tamamlam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu son \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ise Ali \u00c7arko\u011flu ve Binnaz Toprak taraf\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen &quot;De\u011fi\u015fen T\u00fcrkiye&#39;de Din, Toplum ve Siyaset&quot; ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 rapor oldu. Bu rapor, May\u0131s 2006&#39;da T\u00fcrkiye n\u00fcfusunu temsil niteli\u011fine sahip 1492 ki\u015fiden olu\u015fan bir \u00f6rneklem ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen anket \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n bulgular\u0131na dayan\u0131yor.  <\/p>\n<p> Rapor; TESEV&#39;in 1999 y\u0131l\u0131nda kamuoyuna sundu\u011fu &quot;T\u00fcrkiye&#39;de Din, Toplum ve Siyaset&quot; \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye&#39;nin ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi toplumsal ve siyasal d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmlere paralel olarak yeniden ele alma amac\u0131yla haz\u0131rland\u0131. Aradan ge\u00e7en yedi y\u0131l i\u00e7inde, AB s\u00fcrecinin de etkisiyle, demokratikle\u015fme y\u00f6n\u00fcnde \u00f6nemli yasal ve idari d\u00fczenlemeler ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilirken; toplum nezdinde vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 bir demokrasi anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 i\u00e7inden tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaya, kimliksel aidiyetlerin (etnik, dinsel ve cinsel) ve ili\u015fkili olarak hak taleplerinin daha y\u00fcksek sesle ifade edilmeye ba\u015fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir s\u00fcrece girildi. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n &quot;De\u011fi\u015fen T\u00fcrkiye&quot;ye vurgu yapmas\u0131 bundan kaynaklan\u0131yor. Di\u011fer bir deyi\u015fle, s\u00fcrekli de\u011fi\u015fim halinde olan bir \u00fclkede, her sosyal bilim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131nda oldu\u011fu gibi sadece bir an\u0131 foto\u011fraflayan bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, etki etme potansiyelinin, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bizlerin sorumlulu\u011funun artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir &quot;De\u011fi\u015fim&quot;e i\u015faret ediyor.  <\/p>\n<p> <strong>TESEV&#39;e g\u00f6re: Halk, irtica tehlikesine inanm\u0131yor(mu\u015f..) <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p> &quot;\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma, &quot;laikli\u011fin muhafaza edilmesi kayg\u0131s\u0131&quot; ve &quot;irtica tehdidi&quot; olarak ifade bulan ve de\u011fi\u015fik \u00e7evrelerin kamuoyuna ger\u00e7ekmi\u015f gibi sundu\u011fu izlenimler yerine verilere dayal\u0131 bir tart\u0131\u015fman\u0131n zemininin olu\u015fumuna katk\u0131 sunmay\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131yor. Ankete dayal\u0131 t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda oldu\u011fu gibi bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma da \u00fclke \u00e7ap\u0131nda genel e\u011filimleri tespit etmeye y\u00f6nelik olarak d\u00f6rt temel soruya tatmin edici yan\u0131tlar bulma hedefiyle haz\u0131rland\u0131: 1) Dini hassasiyetler ve siyasi tercihler aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fki; 2) K\u00fcrt ve Ermeni meseleleri gibi T\u00fcrkiye&#39;nin di\u011fer toplumsal sorunlar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik alg\u0131 ve g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler; 3) Aile ili\u015fkileri, g\u00fcndelik davran\u0131\u015f bi\u00e7imleri ve 4) Kamusal alan ve vatanda\u015fl\u0131k ili\u015fkisi, ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcl\u00fc kad\u0131nlar\u0131n kamusal alanda &quot;g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr&quot;l\u00fcklerine ili\u015fkin fikirler ve ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc yasa\u011f\u0131.  <\/p>\n<p> <strong>Bu sorulardan hareketle yola \u00e7\u0131kan ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n en \u00f6nemli bulgular\u0131ndan birini, &quot;laik&quot; ve &quot;dindar&quot; kesimler aras\u0131ndaki toplumsal kutupla\u015fman\u0131n odak noktalar\u0131ndan biri olan &quot;ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc sorununa&quot; ili\u015fkin yakla\u015f\u0131mlar olu\u015fturuyor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmaya g\u00f6re, ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcl\u00fc kad\u0131nlar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki % 64 d\u00fczeyindeki alg\u0131ya ra\u011fmen, 1999&#39;dan bu yana ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6rten kad\u0131nlar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n artmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, aksine % 9 oran\u0131nda bir azalma oldu\u011funu g\u00f6zlemliyoruz. T\u00fcrkiye&#39;de irtica tehdidi oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnenlerin bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n, bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerine gerek\u00e7e olarak ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcl\u00fc kad\u0131nlar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015f\u0131 g\u00f6stermeleri ise alg\u0131 ile ger\u00e7ek aras\u0131ndaki \u00e7eli\u015fkiyi ortaya koyuyor. Bu noktada ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6rten anne ve b\u00fcy\u00fckannelerden farkl\u0131 olarak kamusal alanda var olma talebiyle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcl\u00fc kad\u0131nlar\u0131n; modernle\u015fmenin \u015fekilsel g\u00f6stergelerine b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem atfedildi\u011fi T\u00fcrkiye&#39;de h\u00e2l\u00e2 tehdit unsuru olarak alg\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p> <strong>Bununla ili\u015fkili olarak ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n en \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 bulgular\u0131ndan bir di\u011ferini ise ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc kullanan kad\u0131nlar aras\u0131ndaki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn en fazla 18-24 ya\u015f grubunda yer almas\u0131 olu\u015fturuyor. Nitekim ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya kat\u0131lan herkese y\u00f6neltilen &quot;\u00fcniversite \u00e7a\u011f\u0131nda ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6rten bir k\u0131z\u0131 olsayd\u0131 \u00fcniversiteye devam edebilmesi i\u00e7in k\u0131zlar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7mas\u0131n\u0131 onaylay\u0131p onaylamayacaklar\u0131&quot; sorusuna % 64,9 onaylayacaklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. Ancak \u00fcniversite e\u011fitimi almak i\u00e7in ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fcnden vazge\u00e7ilebilece\u011fini s\u00f6yleyenlerin y\u00fcksek bir oranda \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131, \u00f6zellikle 28 \u015eubat ertesindeki uygulamalarla, &quot;ya ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc ya da e\u011fitim&quot; ikili\u011finin dayat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n demokrasi, hak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckler ba\u011flam\u0131nda bir soruna i\u015faret etti\u011fi ger\u00e7e\u011fini de\u011fi\u015ftirmiyor. Ancak, dindarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n artmas\u0131yla laikli\u011fin tehdit alt\u0131nda olmas\u0131 aras\u0131nda bir korelasyon olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. 1999 y\u0131l\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada da oldu\u011fu gibi, 2006 y\u0131l\u0131nda da \u015feriat devletinin \u00e7o\u011funluk taraf\u0131ndan desteklendi\u011fi bulgusuna ula\u015f\u0131lm\u0131yor. Aksine 1999&#39;da % 21 oran\u0131nda seyreden deste\u011fin 2006&#39;da % 9&#39;a d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmadan hareketle, laiklik konusunda toplumsal d\u00fczeyde bir gerginli\u011fin oldu\u011funu tespit etmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Zira, laiklik konusundaki sorulara verilen yan\u0131tlar, yukar\u0131daki veriyle derin bir tezat olu\u015fturuyor. % 25-30 aras\u0131nda bir kesim T\u00fcrkiye&#39;de k\u00f6ktendincili\u011fin y\u00fckselmesi, laikli\u011fin tehdit alt\u0131nda olmas\u0131, \u015feriat devleti kurulmas\u0131 konular\u0131nda tedirgin.  <\/p>\n<p> Laikli\u011fin korunmas\u0131 konusundaki endi\u015felerin nereye kanalize oldu\u011funa bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda ise ilgin\u00e7 bir tablo ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131yoruz. Bununla ili\u015fkili olarak ara\u015ft\u0131rmada T\u00fcrkiye&#39;de demokratik s\u00fcre\u00e7lere duyulan g\u00fcven ve bu ba\u011flamda ordunun siyasetteki rol\u00fc de sorgulanan konulardan biri. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re halk\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir kesimi taraf\u0131ndan demokrasinin en iyi y\u00f6netim bi\u00e7imi oldu\u011funa dair % 77&#39;yi bulan yayg\u0131n bir inan\u00e7tan bahsedilebiliyor. Ancak demokrasiden ne anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 konusuna biraz daha yak\u0131ndan bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ordunun sivil siyaset i\u00e7inde bir akt\u00f6r olarak yer almas\u0131n\u0131n kan\u0131ksand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Laikli\u011fin korunmas\u0131 konusunda ordunun deste\u011fine ba\u015fvurmaya ihtiya\u00e7 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 % 54 oran\u0131nda kabul edilen bir \u00f6nerme olurken, ordu mensuplar\u0131n\u0131n gerekti\u011finde sivil y\u00f6netimi ele\u015ftirebilecekleri g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn % 59 oran\u0131nda destek bulmas\u0131, toplum nezdinde sivil siyasete duyulan g\u00fcvenin k\u0131r\u0131lgan bir niteli\u011fe sahip oldu\u011funu ortaya koyuyor. Ba\u015fka bir yorumla ise s\u00fcrekli ordunun vesayetinde olan bir siyaset anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n yerle\u015fiklik kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve ba\u015fka t\u00fcrl\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclemedi\u011fini de s\u00f6ylemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn.  <\/p>\n<p> Ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n demokrasi alg\u0131s\u0131yla ilgili bir di\u011fer bulgusu ise temel hak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckler konusunda \u00e7o\u011funluktan farkl\u0131 din, mezhep ve etnik k\u00f6kenlerden gelen vatanda\u015flar\u0131n hak taleplerine yeterince duyarl\u0131 bir bi\u00e7imde yakla\u015f\u0131lmamas\u0131. Halk\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funun S\u00fcnni M\u00fcsl\u00fcman oldu\u011fu T\u00fcrkiye&#39;de \u00f6rt\u00fcnme, imam hatip liseleri vb. konular\u0131nda g\u00f6sterilen demokrasi reflekslerini K\u00fcrt, Alevi ve gayrim\u00fcslimlerin sorunlar\u0131na yakla\u015f\u0131mlarda g\u00f6remiyoruz. Siyasi muhafazak\u00e2rl\u0131k olarak da niteleyebilece\u011fimiz bu durum, toplumsal bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n tesisini g\u00fc\u00e7le\u015ftirmenin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, birlikte ya\u015fama iradesini k\u0131r\u0131lganla\u015ft\u0131ran, kamusal alan\u0131 bir iktidar nesnesine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcren ideolojik bir kampla\u015fmay\u0131 ve \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 k\u0131\u015fk\u0131rt\u0131yor. Modernle\u015fmenin \u015fablonlar \u00fczerinden alg\u0131lanmas\u0131n\u0131n toplumsal d\u00fczeydeki kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 birbirini anlamamak, tan\u0131mamak ve birbirine kar\u015f\u0131 s\u00fcrekli olarak \u00f6nyarg\u0131 \u00fcretmek oluyor. Bug\u00fcn, verili olan\u0131 sorgulamak ve \u00f6nyarg\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131zla y\u00fczle\u015fmek siyasi muhafazak\u00e2rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 k\u0131rmak i\u00e7in, belki de at\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken en \u00f6nemli ad\u0131m\u0131 olu\u015fturuyor. Bu nedenle art\u0131k elimizdekilerle yetinmeyip, &#39;Ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcl\u00fc kad\u0131nlar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair yanl\u0131\u015f alg\u0131n\u0131n irtica tehdidinden duyulan tedirginli\u011fe tahvil olabilmesi kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda, ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcl\u00fc kad\u0131nlar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131 artsa ne olur? Ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcl\u00fc bir \u00f6\u011fretmen veya h\u00e2kim neyi de\u011fi\u015ftirir? Tehdit alt\u0131nda oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclen laiklik herkese neyi ifade ediyor? Anayasam\u0131za g\u00f6re sadece S\u00fcnni ve M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olanlar i\u00e7in de\u011fil, herkes i\u00e7in e\u015fitlik\u00e7i oldu\u011fu varsay\u0131lan vatanda\u015fl\u0131ktan ne anl\u0131yoruz? Sivil siyaset ordunun vesayetinden kurtularak ne zaman r\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcn\u00fc ispat etmi\u015f olacak?&#39; diye sormak gerek.&quot; diyor.
