Do\u011frudur.  <\/p>\n<p> Ancak Kur&#39;an-\u0131 Kerim&#39;de yirmi \u00fc\u00e7 ayette israftan bahsederken ayetlerin \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu insan israf\u0131ndan bahsetmektedir. Ancak be\u015f kadar ayet e\u015fyan\u0131n israf edilmemesini istemektedir.  <\/p>\n<p> Yery\u00fcz\u00fc ve g\u00f6ky\u00fcz\u00fc insan i\u00e7in yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6yle ise birinci derecede insan israf\u0131 yap\u0131lmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Rabbimiz, kendini tanr\u0131 ilan eden Firavunun m\u00fcsrif oldu\u011funu haber verir.<a name=\"_ftnref2\" href=\"#_ftn2\" title=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a> <\/p>\n<p> \u0130nsanl\u0131k s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n\u0131 a\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan kendini tanr\u0131 yerine koyup insanlar\u0131 kendine kul yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan ve o insanlar\u0131 kendisiyle beraber cehenneme att\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan m\u00fcsrif olarak tan\u0131t\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p> K\u00fcll\u00fc\u011fe at\u0131lan bir cam, k\u00e2\u011f\u0131t, ekmek par\u00e7as\u0131 israft\u0131r. Bas\u0131n yay\u0131n organlar\u0131m\u0131z bazen buna dikkat \u00e7ekerler, ama insan israf\u0131na pek dikkat \u00e7ekmezler.  <\/p>\n<p> Alt\u0131n madeninden daha de\u011ferli beyinler ke\u015ffedilmeden \u00fclkenin en \u00fccra k\u00f6\u015felerinde do\u011fup, b\u00fcy\u00fcy\u00fcp \u00f6l\u00fcp gitmekteler. <\/p>\n<p> A\u00e7\u0131ktan veya gizlice k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck yayan, insanlar\u0131n \u015fahs\u0131na veya mallar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 haks\u0131zl\u0131k yapanlar, Allah&#39;a ortak ko\u015fanlar kendilerini israf eden insanlard\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p> Rabbimiz A&#39;raf suresinin 34. ayetinde &quot;Her \u00fcmmetin bir eceli vard\u0131r. Onlar\u0131n eceli gelince ne bir saat gecikir, ne de bir saat \u00f6ne ge\u00e7er&quot; buyurur.  <\/p>\n<p> Ayet insanlar\u0131n ecelini anlatan ayetle ayn\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130nsan yerine \u00fcmmet kelimesi getirilmi\u015ftir. Milletlerin ecelini haz\u0131rlayan sebepleri \u0130bni Haldun Mukaddime (2\/296)&#39;sinde uzun uzun anlat\u0131yor. Anlatt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n hepsini \u00f6zetleyecek bir kelime arayacak olursak oda &quot;\u0130sraf&quot; kelimesidir.  <\/p>\n<p> Sokaklarda dola\u015f\u0131p &quot;Eski demir al\u0131r\u0131\u0131\u0131\u0131m, eski ka\u011f\u0131t, eski cam al\u0131r\u0131\u0131\u0131\u0131\u0131\u0131m&quot; diyen insanlar\u0131 severim. \u0130sraf\u0131 \u00f6nl\u00fcyorlar. Onun haricindekiler anormaldir.  <\/p>\n<p> <strong>Tedavisi<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p> Davran\u0131\u015f bozukluklar\u0131n\u0131n tedavisinde genellikle \u00e7ocuk ve gen\u00e7 psikiyatrisi &#8211; psikolojisi devreye girer. \u00c7ocuk genellikle 8-9 ya\u015f\u0131n alt\u0131nda ise aile g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeleri biraz daha a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k kazan\u0131yor diyebiliriz. Tabi \u00e7ocukla bireysel g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler, \u00e7e\u015fitli testler de yap\u0131l\u0131yor. E\u011fer ki\u015fi sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n nedenini ba\u015fkalar\u0131nda g\u00f6rmeye devam ederse ve sorumluluk almay\u0131 reddederse tedavinin s\u00fcresi uzayabilir. Ki\u015filik hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n erken ya\u015flarda geli\u015fiyor olmas\u0131 ve insanlar\u0131n kendilerini bu hastal\u0131k ile tan\u0131ml\u0131yor olmas\u0131 tedavinin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc zorla\u015ft\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Tedavinin ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olabilmesi i\u00e7in k\u00f6kle\u015fmi\u015f davran\u0131\u015f \u015fekillerine, yakla\u015f\u0131mlara, bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131na, ili\u015fki yap\u0131lar\u0131na ve ki\u015finin kapasitesine bak\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekir.  <\/p>\n<p> <strong>Dikkat!!!<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p> Bu hastalarda dikkat edilmesi gereken en \u00f6nemli etken uyu\u015fturucu ve alkol kullan\u0131m\u0131d\u0131r. Baz\u0131 durumlarda madde ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve kullan\u0131m\u0131 ki\u015filerin antisosyal davran\u0131\u015flar geli\u015ftirmelerinde temel etken olabilir. Bu durumda ki\u015finin madde ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 b\u0131rakmas\u0131 ki\u015finin iyile\u015fmesinde \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m olabilir.  <\/p>\n<p> <strong>\u0130la\u00e7 almay\u0131 reddederler<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p> Antisosyal davran\u0131\u015f bozuklu\u011funda kullan\u0131labilecek her hangi bir ila\u00e7 bulunmamaktad\u0131r. Kapitalizm ile birlikte ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan &quot;birey&quot; \u00f6nceli\u011fi toplumun aleyhine bir hal alm\u0131\u015f, toplumun \u00e7\u00f6kmesine neden oldu\u011fu gibi &quot;birey&quot; in de yok olmas\u0131n\u0131 do\u011furmu\u015ftur.  <\/p>\n<p> Modern anlay\u0131\u015fla ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan s\u00fcre\u00e7, olu\u015ftururken yok eden bir s\u00fcre\u00e7tir. Bir taraftan yeni ya\u015fam standartlar\u0131 getiren, ticari ve sosyal s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 geni\u015fleten bu anlay\u0131\u015f di\u011fer taraftan insanl\u0131\u011fa ac\u0131 bunal\u0131mlarda getirmektedir maalesef. Ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan geli\u015fmi\u015f toplum modeli geleneksel hayat\u0131 yok etmi\u015f, insanlar\u0131n ahlaki yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ezmi\u015ftir. <\/p>\n<p> Bu istikrars\u0131zl\u0131k modernli\u011fin belirgin bir uzvu olan kapitalizmin, insanlar\u0131 buhrana bunal\u0131ma, su\u00e7 ortam\u0131na itmesinden ba\u015fka bir \u015fey de\u011fildir. Bunlar b\u00f6yle olunca Sennett&#39;in de dedi\u011fi gibi &quot;irade ile davran\u0131\u015flar birbirinden kopacak&quot;, g\u00fcven ba\u011flar\u0131 zedelenerek &quot;karakter a\u015f\u0131nmalar\u0131&quot; meydana gelecektir. Toplumumuzun da son g\u00fcnlerde artarak ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sap\u0131kl\u0131klar, sapk\u0131nl\u0131klar t\u0131pk\u0131 yazar\u0131n s\u00f6yledi\u011fi gibi karakter a\u015f\u0131nmalar\u0131d\u0131r. Maneviyat\u0131n\u0131, yani aras\u0131ndaki &quot;uzun vadeli ba\u011flar\u0131&quot; kaybeden toplumumuz, birbirinin g\u00f6zlerinin i\u00e7ine bakamayan g\u00fcvensizler ve tehlike y\u0131\u011f\u0131nlar\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Yani bir &quot;ak\u0131lc\u0131la\u015fma&quot; olarak alg\u0131lanan modern anlay\u0131\u015f, kendi ak\u0131ld\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00fcretmi\u015f, bunu ya\u015fam\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn alanlar\u0131na korkusuzca yaym\u0131\u015f, yay\u0131l\u0131nca da kendi ak\u0131ls\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ak\u0131lc\u0131l\u0131k gibi alg\u0131lanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayarak, insanili\u011fin ortadan kalkmas\u0131na neden olmu\u015ftur.  <\/p>\n<p> Evet, geleneksel k\u00fclt\u00fcrler ve inan\u0131\u015flar Bat\u0131&#39;n\u0131n icat etti\u011fi kapitalist k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn i\u015fgali alt\u0131ndad\u0131r. Geleneksel bir kuvveti olan bu k\u00fclt\u00fcrler, bu i\u015fgalin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda \u015fa\u015fk\u0131n duruma d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fckleri gibi, umudu yine ayn\u0131 anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n icat etti\u011fi suni \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler ve kurumlarda ar\u0131yor. UNESCO, UNICEF, vs. kurumlar\u0131n hepsi birer g\u00fcnah \u00e7\u0131karma kurumlar\u0131 olduklar\u0131 gibi, bu kurumlar\u0131n geleneksel k\u00fclt\u00fcrlere verece\u011fi hi\u00e7bir \u015feyleri yoktur.  <\/p>\n<p> \u0130nsan ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 ve hissettikleri ile insand\u0131r. Korkular, g\u00fcnahlar, standartlar vs. ile ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcr insano\u011flu. Ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z d\u00fcnya salt bir iyilik \u00fczerine kurulmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. D\u00fcnya, pisli\u011fiyle, nefretiyle, ac\u0131s\u0131yla var olan bir d\u00fcnyad\u0131r. \u00d6nemli olan, insan\u0131n g\u00f6revinin bunlar\u0131n aras\u0131nda en iyi olan\u0131 bulmak ve onun do\u011frultusunda bir ya\u015fam s\u00fcrmek oldu\u011funu unutmamakt\u0131r.
