D-8s and ERBAKAN

D-8s ; for last a few centuries, is the first and sole universal attempt though the Zionist centers and imperialist powers out of the control of them and with humanist purposes.

D-8s; is a fair and sample world project that will cuddle 60 Muslims country around the core constituted by 8 important Muslim Countries and that will include 160 countries which are under depress.. D-8s; is the real salvation project of the manhood which is against current barbarian world arrangement; basing on peace and fertility instead of war; dialogue and clemency instead of conflict; fair and equality instead of double standard; charity and grace instead of badness; cooperation and sharing instead of exploiting and depressing;  democracy and freedom instead of impression and domination.

D-8s and ERBAKAN

D-8s; are not the programs prepared with heroic feelings and airy editings, it is a scientific and big movement in convenient and practical nature that will response to world conditions and our era's needs. 

The real importance and nature of this historical and fortunate event accomplished by Erbakan that will change the course of manhood will show itself in the soon future.

On 15^th June of year, senior management members of  the 8 Muslim Countries which are developing and have population more than 60 millions established an alliance named D-8 by convening in İstanbul Çırağan Hotel under the chairmanship and houseownership of Turkey. At that time government in our Country was Refah-Yol government and Prime Minister was Prof. Dr. Necmettin Erbakan .

Today ten years has passed from this event and this D-8 counties Turkey, Iran, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Indonesia, Egypt and  Nigeria convened again is Istanbul Çırağan Palace on the tenth establishment anniversary and made a case evaluation and decided what to do from now. Meeting and celebration of tenth anniversary has been made in Istanbul Çırağan Palace on 16^th June 2007.   

Islam Is Being Declared As Enemy

Soviet Socialist Republics Union dispersed at the beginning of 21th century and big and small many countries primarily being Russia raised from the ruins of this Union. West countries established NATO to protect their own benefits. Upon break of the Communism which shows expansionism trend and severe, a meeting was held in Scotland in year 1990 to discuss whether NATO will continue or not. England Prime Minister Margret Teacher who made a speech in the meeting said that NATO has to continue and Ideologies can not live without enemy. Our enemy like communism disappeared and thus we must define a new enemy and a enemy like this exists. This enemy is Islam. Consequently NATO must continue not abolished and aiming at Islam is inevitable" so she defined and declared the new enemy of Europe and NATO while entering the 21th century. As a matter of fact while enemy color of NATO was perceived as red before, at this time this enemy color is perceived as green.

Further USA President George W. Bush, by saying that their actions were crusade while talking to press and public at the time of starting the Iraq occupation, declared the Westerner fanaticisms one more time in a seemingly modern era like 21th century.

What and what are not the westerner Crusade Armies defined with the words like Globalization, globalism and GMEI (Greater Middle East Initiative) has been clearly understood from Iraq and Afghanistan occupation. USA and allies who occupied Iraq in year 2003 murdered Muslims more than .(one million), violated thousands of women and children, destroyed the buildings and looted the goods in four years. Mosques and minarets dealt out from this wild movement and places of worship were destroyed. 

D-8 Is Being Established

REFAH Yol- Government and Prime Minister Necmettin Erbakan Hoca who detected the plans of USA which want to rule the world and introduces itself as super power and its allies England, France, Italy and even Germany, started an intense foreign country visit traffic and declared to whole world that D-8was established by convening State and Government Presidents of 8 Muslim Countries on the date 15 June 2007.

So establishment studies of a political block that may beard against the exploitations and murders of Wild West in 21th century and it is accomplished. Nut AKP which came to government in year 2002, by interrupting all contacts with ‘'D-8s'', flopped to no end to enter in to EU (European Union) . Of course, EU detained them and Turkey as much as possible, and meanwhile it obtained many concessions like changing of our laws as ‘EU adjustment laws'' and transfer of Cyprus to Greece. At the time it is seen that AKP government has surrendered from EU, they don' say any word about EU. 

Principles and Projects of D-8 scares West

D-8 which was provided by becoming together of 8 countries at the beginning plans to raise country number to 60 in the future. It is planned that this number will reach to 160 by the joining of the countries like Russia, China, India whish are non aligned, exploited and depressed.

D-8 determined its establishment principles with the six starts it put on its flag and declared to world. These are: 1) Peace Not war 2) Dialogue not conflict 3) Fair not Double Standard, 4) Equity not dominance 5) Cooperation not exploitation 6) Human rights and democracy not press and domination. .

Working organs have been determined by not being of a organization which convenes and disperse and speak much but do nothing. These are; 1)Summit; The highest decision taking organ of D-8 which State and Government Presidents convene once in two years. 2) Council; are the meetings made with the participations of Minister of Foreign Affairs of the member countries. 3) Commission; Meetings of the board consisting of experts of member countries and carrying out coordination studies. 4) Execution Directorate; It is an agency providing secretariat services to the studies of D-8 group and providing communication between member countries and execution directorate is an agency appointed by Turkey and its headquarter is in Turkey.

D-8 punishes  the countries

Do you know that as a result of the riots and strikes all of the State and Government competent persons who signed D-8 by joining to the meeting were removed from power with strikes and frauds in the countries afforded to establishment of D-8 under leading of Turkey and established by State and Government Presidents? But in the 10 years passed from, since it is understood that the sole independent and fair organization which do not include USA, Israel and England is the last ‘'life buoy' which will provide salvation of crushed and exploited countries, new managers of the country also obliged to cuddle D-8 project wily nilly.

After 11 September event president George W. Bush said that they will write the history of new century. Condoleezza Rice said that maps of 22 countries with in the scope of Greater Middle East Initiative and then latter declared that a new Middle East was required. While the map of Greater Middle East Initiative was being drawn, Turkey was shown among the counties that will be reshaped. Then after a new ‘' Middle East Map' dividing Turkey was published. During this period people governing the Turkey caused a serious conflict by giving support to Greater Middle East Initiative and being voluntary president to the management of project that created worries about that Turkey will be also reshaped and converted in to Moderate Islam model. 

New world arrangement after 11 th September, aimed to replace Islam instead of communism ideology, making enemy the energy rich Islam and controlling the energy sources by fighting with Islam under the name of fighting against global terrorism with in the ‘' Civilizations Fights''.

The ones who governs the Turkey came forward as the representative and defender of Islamic values (carried to government by breaking of from National Opinion and denying themselves M.Ç.) caused a serious conflict by supporting USA voluntarily and being against Islam at collision t of civilizations.

After cold war period EU process took a great importance at relations of turkey with EU. EU whish has no mission, leader, competitive in itself, which's future is indefinite always requested being of Turkey digestible and expressed that the membership process is endless and there is no guarantee for membership. Despite all of these EU wanted from Turkey to bound to its structure with close ties. When a possibility calculation is made although it can be seen that EU membership chance is zero , spending of Turkey's energy for this purpose was a great conflict.  

While USA and EU are in decline and East, raising power Russia, India and China coming forward with their energy sources and markets with in global Geopolitics, Turkey constituted a conflict by always looking fro its future in West and West relations and depending on West and nor adopting itself to the developments in the East.  NATO which was established for the purpose of defending the Atlantic region against spread of Soviets and communism, entered in to a evolution period in the geopolitics ambient developed after break out of the Soviets. From now on it can be expected from NATO to control the energy sources and routes under leading of USA, even surrounding the region from Baltic sea to Black Sea , Black Sea to Middle east even Russia; Russia and China in middle east and develop a mission of fighting with Global terrorism and having global purposes in Avrasya. While Turkey continue its membership in evolved NATO and providing great contributions to the benefit of West in NATO , its excluding in EU process was a conflict. .

In the reshaped Middle East, a Kurd state in the north of Iraq is being established. Turkey is strengthening the Kurd State being founded by keeping open its Habur Border Gate and facilitating making investment of Turkish Businessmen in Iraq. Turkey at the same time sees establishment of a Kurd State in its south borders as a threat and stay in contradiction by saying that this formation is unacceptable. USA is protecting Barzani and Barzani is protecting USA in the north of Iraq. Turkey's wanting help from USA to aside the PKK threat causes a great tragicomic contradiction.

Experts tells the serious potential impacts of global warming in their reports. Experts also write that global warming will cause waterlessness, diseases, poverty, social events, migrations and fights. One of the regions that global warming will effect much is Middle East. Water resources of Middle East is in the east of Anatolia. The people who govern Turkey causes contradiction by not taking in to account the potential dangers and potential regşonal geopolitics impacts of global warming. 

Turkey's future primarily pass from overcoming its geopolitics contradictions. To overcome the geopolitics contradictions grazing from the behaviors of cold war, adopting to the developments in Avrasya and developing a geopolitics vision by taking in to account the regional balances that serves to benefits of Turkey not the impositions.

Geopolitics vision, factors shaping the new century, trends and uncertainties must be determined; power struggles in Avrasya; efforts of USA to continue the global dominance after 11 September, places of Russia, China, and India which are the raising powers of Avrasya in Avrasya and global geopolitical; the risks and opportunities that current and potential developments create for Turkey must be defined.

National and geopolitical vision of Turkey must be redefined, Turk USA relations with in geopolitical vision must come out from the space on which USA is dominant, place and position of Turkey in Greater Middle East Initiative must be revised. 

Geopolitical vision of Turkey, for Turkey not in Avrasya only in West Geopolitical axial but also its benefits and opportunities in North and East axial must be defined; in what fields cooperation will be made with Russia, China, Turk world, Shangay Cooperation Organization must be explained and new expansions must be directed. .

In summary a geopolitical model according to needs and conditions of Turkey must be developed.."[1] And D-8 is the sole and first sample of this.
