PEOPLE MUST SELECT PUR PRESIDENT OF REPUBLIC

Public: is an Arabic word and means people, community, citizens that live in a country.

President of Republic; is the person who represent all of the people in that country and who is deemed convenient and elected to that position by a great majority with unanimity.

For this reason election of president of republic by the people is most true and most natural. The approach. " President of Republic can be elected by deputies in National Assembly but election of people directly is dangerous'' is both meaningless and foolish. It also bears a ulterior motive.

It set forth that how a people's party that afraid from the people, escape from the people and consider electing of the people their own president of republic as "sultanate" have a gap with and cold from the people.

Considering a president of republic elected by the people as "sultanate" is an indirect admission of that in fact sultans are not the man of external focal points and freemason's lodge as now many countries but the addicts of their people and homeland.

People elects the president of republic in France.  Also in United States President is determined by the people.  These are envied as sample democracies. But they raise the hell when we say people elect the president of republic in Turkey..

Whether our people are considered as chump who don't know and not have good for these matters

Or some messes doubts from electing of the people a president of republic who is respectful to their belief, sensitive to their needs and bound to their value judgments..!?

Our people know bearing arms, defending the homeland and martyr doming…

Know to work in agriculture, factory, making doctorate, engineering, advocacy, reading and researching. Know labor, manufacturing, paying taxes, electing deputies and holding public meetings and demonstrations. 

But they aren't able to elect the President of Republic, is that so ?

No, no these are afraid that our people will make conscious and proud selection; people will claim republic; people will save the country and regime from despots with democrat dresses, dark heads with intellectual labeling !

Meanwhile "A new Tour In Assembly ‘ raid of AKP also results with  a new failure. 

After president of republic election 1^st tour that Supreme Court cancelled since meeting quorum ‘'367' hasn't been found plans of AKP for establishing a ‘Deputy Purchasing Bargain' with money talked with astronomic figures for new tour it will make on 7^th May with the incitement of USA and EU and incentives of mason media and messes and carrying Abdullah Gül to the President's residence ended in nothing. ‘'367' was not reached. Because was there the effect of the meeting that Recep Tayyip Erdoğan made with General Staff Büyükanıt in İstanbul Dolmabahçe* ?  Was this development a new success of National Side against dirty side? For adoption of constitutional law amendments without referendum 367 votes are required. The clauses receiving votes between 330-367 have to be submitted to voting of public. .

The sum of the votes of AKP and ANAP supporting the package finds 372. But the clause relating to ‘' Election of President of Republic by People'' deemed as the most important arrangement of the package and seen as the stake of AKP took the lowest vote with 350 in voting.

The determinations of are deemed correct :

They will hinder the "People Elect!" attempt!

Of course why not? You change the constitutional law, it is ok.

But bureaucratic elite will do everything to prevent this. 

Why ? Because… if people elect the president of republic bureaucratic elite and politicians acting together with them will not have the possibility of the Cankaya election according to their own benefits. 

This is what is afraid! Do you want example? Here CHP President Deniz Baykal who is the voice of bureaucratic elite .. how did he response when he heard that Prime Minister Erdoğan said ‘ in this case People elect ‘  he said ‘' It can't be.. Will we go to semi,-sultanate system ‘' ?

When Süleyman Demirel coming from the Assembly use the powers of President of Republic written in constitutional law it doesn't be ‘'semi sultanate''!

When Ahmet Necdet Sezer elected outside of Assembly use it doesn't be ‘'semi sultanate''!

But when the people make the election suddenly ‘semi sultanate'' word is spoken.

Election of president of republic by people is also the nightmare of CHP not only bureaucratic elite.

Let's explain the reason :

You know, CHP doesn't want to change the 10 percent limit. Because it benefits from the limit. Only not in terms of deputy number. At the same time it can say ‘You have been government with 34 percent votes, 66 percent of people are against you''. 

All right what will happen if people determine the president of republic with two tours election?

Let's estimate by depending on the right-left structure of Turkey and 2002 elections:

İn first tour right candidate will take 34 percent, left candidate will take 19 percent vote (remaining votes will distribute between others.)

In second tour right candidate will take 60-65 percent, 'left' candidate will take 35-40 percent votes.

Result : No one can interrogate legitimation of a person who received 60percent or more votes.

This is what they afraid!

Because in such a case neither the jurist nor the coup eagers with in armed forces can say a word…….

For this reason they will try to prevent election of president of republic by the people. Whereas election of president of republic by people is the victory of Mustafa Kemal but defeat of (facile) Kemaliz. [1]4

The Ones Who Don't Reconcile for Turkey Become Together for Israel!

Almost a deputy market has been established in Ankara before the first tour of President of Republic election. AKP which's deputy number decreased to 353 with resigning of Hamza Allbayrak on 26th April required 14 deputies to find the voting quorum 367. It was asserted that money was offered to the some parties to reach this number. In the lobbies it is talked that 1 and half million dollar will be given per deputy and also there were offers between 7 and 32 million dollars.

AKP and CHP which conflicts almost about every matters as to put Turkey in to a tensions reconciled immediately when the subject is Israel. With this agreement signed in AKP government period Turkey and Israel took cooperation decision n the fields of informatics, laser, optic, mechatronics, food and agricultural products, genetics, advance material technologies, renewable energy, nano technology, aero-dynamic and space technologies, biotechnology and irrigation technologies.

At voting of Cooperation in field of Industrial Research and Development Agreement in Assembly AKP and CHP gave admission vote together and approved. While 242 of the 244 deputies joined to voting of Agreement, only one deputy used negative vote and 1 deputy used abstention vote. With the agreement made for a period of five years but may be extended to 10 years upon the desire of the parties, Turkey and Israel will reinforce and improve the cooperation with in the fields of industry and technology reaserch and development, develop the so-called cooperation between the countries primarily in fields of economy and industry depending on comradeship but in fact this will give our Agriculture and Industry to the control of Israel.

The explanation of Abdullah Gül who disappointed in Assembly ‘' Immediately we must make elections, president of republic must be elected by People'' as reminding Nasrettin Hodja saying ‘ I would get off the donkey if I didn't fall''. This was naturally meaning that our "smiling and gentle" president of republic candidate was backing down. 

All right many  people who has right mind were saying for many months ? What was Erbakan Hodja offering since 40 years ‘' People Select the President of Republic'!"

You didn't accept this, your acting as electing a butler to your farm was bearing this distress and ignominious end. 

Defeat of AKP was really a shaming and unforgettable political fiasco. As  F.Sibel Yüksel says God entrap nobody to proud and political blindness…..

Still they try to "straighten up"; anyhow we will understand these…. 

Is the only defeated of this political insolvency AKP mi? No.
